One of their tow truck drivers tried to run me off the road 2 times and was driving on the shoulder on the freeway I have the video footage to prove it. He is such a liability to this company. The manager or whoever I talked to was very nice and seemed concerned but we will see if anything happens to this guy and I will be checking my car to make sure there are no damages. I would not use this company simply because of the that driver if he did this to me he will do that to anyone and probably has. I hope the manager is a man of his word and does what he said he is going to do. Hopefully they have cameras in their trucks and if not I would recommend them. I have the video but it will not let me upload it so I’ll put it on Facebook.

Very good customer service, guy was very nice

They made me waited for nearly an hour from their ETA then told me they can’t tow that car since front wheels were missing. I told them there is another complete car to tow that’s 5 min away. The driver said he will meet me there but ditched me. The office said they know nothing about the second car. This wasted my 2 hour afternoon under 100+ degrees!
