Great customer service. We use them for our home insurance as well as our business. When we have any problems are issues we call them for everything and they get right back to us the same day. One of kind customer service I was missing from previous insurance company and agent. As long as they keep providing me with the customer service I need I will continue to do business with them.

The staff is unwilling to work with the customers as far as direct care, I asked for a check up on my car insurance. 1 speeding ticket 9 years ago and no other blemish on a perfect 32 year driving record.My insurance keeps going up every 6 months, no explanation given just take it. I am currently looking for another insurance company.
