I blew out a tire on my trailer on the expressway and I was able to put on the spare and make it into Pomps. They were able to mount a new tire on my old rim, and they squeezed me in asap.Very courteous and knowledgeable. I checked around and they were also cheaper in the competition. These guy are super nice. They do a great job. Had new tires installed and than scheduled an appointment for an alignment to get done because where I bought my tires from I didnt realize the alignment wasnt included so made an appointment for that and both times the guys were great in there. I bought my tires from Goodyear.com and I set up appointment on it with my purchase and they called me the next day because they were booked to get me in on the day I picked but was super nice to get me in earlier than the day that I chose so I was super happy with that. I recommend them for sure.

I had 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 AS tires installed on my 2017 Audi A4 along with an all wheel alignment. In removing the old tires, Adam the tech, noticed the wheel stud came off rough so he needed to purchase a tap set so he could tap the threads on inside wheel lug stud on RF and cleaned up lug stud. I thought this was going above and beyond when explained in detail by Ed the sales advisor.I especially appreciated that there was no additional charge for the extra repair. I am extremely satisfied with the careful attention to detail and quality service provided by the tech and sales advisor at Pomp’s Tire Service in Fond du Lac, WI. I am a returning customer and also a fan of the tire guard protection plan!Finally, I appreciate the fair prices and being informed about the Michelin $70. Rebate program currently being offered for the set of new tires purchase.I definitely plan on getting my tires rotated every 6,000 miles at no additional cost. I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire 15 minutes before they closed. I called and they said they would stay open for me as I slowly rolled down the road. Not only did they stay open a few minutes late, they had my new tire on and ready to roll within 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing service when I really needed it!

Got in my truck on a Saturday morning only to find I had a tire with only 13 pounds of air in it. I pumped it up and drove down to my normal tire dealer who was closed on Saturday. I did a quick search and found Pomps was open. I drove in and they fixed the tire for me in less than 30 minutes while I waited. Pomps will be my tire dealer from this day forward. A great experience.

I went in for an oil change, replacement windshield wipers, and a quote for tires and all things were perfect. I only had to wait about 40 minutes for it to be all done and I got the quote that was very well priced.

My check tire light came on when I was driving away from my hotel in fon du lac and I was headed home 5 hours away. I googled where the nearest shop was and found Pomp. Great experience from initial visit to leaving the lot with new tires.

I called and talked with Ed about a slow leak on my steer tire on my Class A diesel motorcoach. I was an hour away and he said bring it on in. I walked in the door and within minutes a tech (Josh) was on it and looking at my tire for the leak. He found the base of the valve stem was leaking and replaced it with a new metal stem. Josh did excellent work as I was observing everything. I tip my hat to Ed & Josh for putting me back at ease worrying about that steer tire. Thank you for the quality and efficient service. I was also instructed to stop at another Pomps location within the next 100 miles to have lug nuts checked for retorquing. Happy customer.

I should mention that Ive been a long time Pomps customer, beginning when we lived in the Sheboygan area. We relocated and I tried the Fond du Lac location. Never again. The technician didnt know what kind of oil to put in my car. He asked me. When I suggested he check the owners manual he informed me that information wouldnt be in there. I had to repeat myself three times and offer to call the dealership if he couldnt find the information needed. He found it when he decided to look. Further, they have signage requiring masks inside their location. Many of the employees werent wearing them, including the person driving my car to me. So inside a vehicle that wasnt his, he didnt follow the mask policy set forth by the company he works for. The manager was also not wearing a mask or enforcing a policy they have posted on their door. Completely unprofessional staff overall.

Pomp’s has always treated us with respect and completed the work in a timely manner. Tires have always lasted like they said they would. Great job guys.

Looked to see if tire could be patched which it couldnt then he told us he could get a tire by Monday, the same ones I had on my car. Very reasonable with pricing. Ordered right away.
