Excellent service, I stopped in to swap a flat tire I was able to drop off a tire and rim they were able to change the tire in two hours even though they were very busy. The staff is very helpful and even helped me check the tread depth of my tires.

We got a screw in our tire. I took it in Monday morning at 8:30 am. It could not be repaired so they got us a used tire and by 11 am it was done and we were on the road for less than $50! It was super busy after a holiday weekend and Juliecould not have been nicer and more knowledgeable! Thank you!!

They did an awesome job I dropped my truck off right when they opened and had it done before my lunch break! Only thing I found wrong was the tires were filled to 58psi when the truck recommends 35psi. Other then that I would definitely go back!!

Im only giving them one star because I have to, if there was an option for no stars it would have definitely been no stars!!! Very disappointed. I had a lot of parts replaced, that has to deal with my wheels. I took my vehicle in to do a wheel alignment, me being a woman I think they tried to make me spend more than I wanted. Well let say about 2 1/2 weeks later my alignment is completely off. I took it back in, know they tell me, will you need to replace some more parts in order for us to do it. Well why wouldnt you have told me the alignment was going to go back to the way it was IF you didnt change this. Knowing this know I wouldnt have gotten the damn alignment to begin with. Now Im spending more money on a second wheel alignment when I shouldnt have had to period lack of communication with these guys very unprofessional. A lot of people told me to begin with dont go to this place. I should have listened

Best in the business for repairs. Honest, fair, and dont repair vehicle till you approve on whats needed to get job done. My family been going to this garage since the father owned it back in the day. Lee curtious and always up front on what needs to be done. If I could give him 10 stars it would be worth it! !!

As a woman, I felt the customer service was dismissive and impatient. Even though I wanted to spend money, that day, on mid to higher level tire replacement, I was met with a gentleman on the phone who was obviously not interested in helping me to understand my purchase. There was an obvious tone of disinterest. Too bad. Lost hundreds now and in future. Made a second phone call. Lucky for me.Went with Matthews and could not be happier. They took the time and education necessary to help me make an appropriate purchase. I will recommend them highly in the future. And let me tell you, I will spread the word!

I called in the morning and asked about making an appointment to get my tail light put in.(both the break light and blinker light were burned out, I had purchased the bulbs already.)unfortunately I was for some reason not able to make an appointment the man on the phone wouldnt let me. he insisted i come to the store after dark(with my lights out) and see if he had time.I dont wanna risk getting a ticket because I was refused to be put on the schedule. I had pretty high expectations for this place based on it being reccomend by my uncle who said he is a friend of the owner.i just moved to fond du lac and i will be looking for a different place to take my car in for repairs.

Would absolutely recommend Hansens! Im a student at Oshkosh and My car broke down on the freeway. AAA towed me to Hansens. They were great! They stayed late and waited for me to drop off my car. The next morning they diagnosed it and ordered the part right away. As soon as it came in they repaired it and I had my car back, saving my parents a few trips to Oshkosh. They communicated with me the entire time the status of the part and when my car would be done and their rates were reasonable even for a college student. Very Happy with them!!

Always great service! they explain the work done or needed in a way I understand, and the only place I have ever been where they took me back to look under my car while explaining the issue (s). There is a reason they are booked almost a week out with appointments!
