I bought a brand-new Traverse (Premium). If I could go back in time, I would have bought this from Bergstrom. Holiday does not stand behind their products and the communication level is extremely poor. Even if you are buying a new car; go elsewhere for better customer service. I now have a car I am embarrassed to drive.

Had a recall on my vehicle and they got me in quickly and had it done within a few hours. Great service and having a shuttle take me home and pick me up was so convenient so I didn’t have to spend a few hours in a waiting room! Highly recommend
Google maps directed me to the wrong location, which was no fault of Chevy Buick GMC Service & Parts, but they did say it happens often. Anyways, they helped me get where I needed to be. Service was wonderful, the man who checked me in was so friendly! I left (and went shopping🛍) but they have a nice little waiting area. They update you with texts and call when they are finished. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed AND vacuumed which was a very pleasant surprise!I purchased my car at this location which is why I brought it back for service. I live 35 minutes away, and have considered going somewhere closer to home, however I was very satisfied and will definitely make the drive to come here again! Thank you!!
They had the truck from Friday til Tuesday. In the body shop for a rear defrost repair, and garage for trailer brake warning light. The truck was damage free until we got it home, there was a dent in the tailgate. We had this happen with a windshield crack after a oil change at a different dealer and they blamed us, so we went to a different place...heavy sigh....didnt report it to them, it would probably be our fault again.
Excellent service and parts department.. went over and above to fix my 2010 Chevy Malibu and get back to factory specs.. thanks again to my service advisor, the technicians and the parts department.. AWESOME 😀😀😀
This was the best experience I have ever had. Very very helpful and willing to listen. Very professional staff. No one else (all bergstrom dealers..even tho I purchased it at the Appleton Bergstroms) and the surrounding areas were willing to help me. Erin is the best!! She got it done for me.
I had an amazing experience! I brought my car in for a recall. The staff was absolutely awesome. Letting me know the whole time where my car was in the process and how much longer it will take. I would recommend them for service any time.

The mis communication between service and sales was quite disappointing. I purchased a vehicle 50 miles into my newer vehicle my check engine light came on and brakes squealing. After waiting almost 3 weeks to finally get it in it was looked at. I recieved a text and voicemail that it was not going to be covered and I needed to come up with the $417. The brakes were never looked at as I guess that was my problem. I spoke with sales across the street and the cost was taken care of. However the lady Heather Dorn text me rudely in CAPS when I asked the status the following day after I spoke with sales. Made me feel like I was no longer important or a burden to her day. It wasnt nessesary or appreciated. Lucky I didnt tell her off. I will never return to service at GM Holiday. Most likely not to purchase a vehicle from them either.
Had an issue with my transfer case while returning home from picking my son up from college. They were very helpful and getting me in and repaired. They had a rental vehicle waiting when we arrived with the tow truck, kept me very informed throughout the process. Great service and great dealership!
They got me in on a Saturday to check what was wrong, gave me a loaner car so mine wouldnt get wrecked more and got mine fixed the following week. Thank You!

I had previously had my vehicle in twice for servicing regarding my back up camera not notifying me when someone is walking behind my car when I am backing up. Until my dashboard went completely dark for over 45 miles of driving did they find the issue.
Full service car and truck dealership that has gotten better over the years. I always get great service from my service manager and technicians on my cars. Purchased my last two cars here. I have also used the parts department and would recommend them.
Mark in service was/is great! We had some vehicle problems and he went above and beyond to help me out and get me a loaner vehicle for a few days while they worked on my Equinox. He was great to work with and took care of buisness.. Your the man Mark!!

Fast oil changes and a solid inspection
Holiday was able to diagnose and fix my warranty covered issue that Lynch GMC was not able to. I will go to Holiday for the rest of time. Andrea, the advisor I worked with was INCREDIBLE - A great listener, kind, took alot of notes, and her customer service was 100%. Because of her, I will always come back.

Very disappointed with timeliness and honesty of staff. My appointment was December 10 in the morning and told I would have vehicle back Monday or Tuesday if following week. I was provided courtesy vehicle on the 10th which was helpful. Through various calls was told afternoon of 16th they haven’t even started. Ended up getting it back afternoon of the 18th after calling multiple times and complaining. What’s the point of the appointment if it doesn’t mean anything. Was told they didn’t start the work until the 17th. I’ve always taken my vehicle to Holiday for service but unfortunately will never have work done there again.

They were very courteous to work with. My experience went very well. I received a loaner vehicle while mine was worked on. Which helped me immensely. When I got the call my vehicle was ready, I swiftly went and dropped off loaner and drove away in mine. Quick and easy.

My 2019 Chevy Bolt-EV needed its first service of tire rotation and fluid check. Holiday Auto had a virus control system which was efficient-I had no close physical contact and never entered the service area. Car work completed in about an hour, and was cleaned inside to reduce the chance of virus spread. Besides that, the first service was covered by warranty, so no cost.
Very busy while we were there! The sales rep we had went out of his way to give us a good deal!!! We did have to wait all day to finish the paperwork while our sales rep was tending to two other couples that were also purchasing vehicles.
They got me in in a timely manner. I appreciated their professional service and letting me know what additional maintenance needs I am going to have to attend toThank you holiday

Great car was done and Cleaned Always bring car here friendly Very detailed about what to do The only thing was we had an appointment at 10:15 .My husband dropped it off at 9 am he works at Walmart .He gets done at 1 . Still no call that it was done he called them and they said they just saw on the sheet that we wanted it at 1 .They got it done at 2:10 . I understand with shortages of people and everything going on . It may take longer but if you have an appointment we figured it would be done. It was cold out my husband waited .They apologized and gave him a $25 gift card. Like I said I know we are all going thru tough times and appreciated the gift card . Everything else was outstanding

Usually I have always been very satisfied with the work done at Holiday. This time was not a good experience. I had brought in my GMC Terrain to have some recalls taken care of. When I got home my second key fob wouldn’t work. When I called in they said it would have to be reprogrammed because of the work they had done. I was to just stop in the next time I was near and it would take about 20 minutes and they would reprogram. I stopped in and was then told we’ll you’ll need to make an appt and it will take about 45 minutes. So I made an appointment for the next week. When I came to appointment I was told I couldn’t wait inside because pd the Covid 19 situation, which I understand but this was the first time I was told this. Shouldn’t they of let me know that when I made the appointment. So after walking around thru lot and sitting outside on bench for one hour I finally called inside to see what was taking so long. (Remember it was to be 45 minutes) I was told they were just finishing washing it. About 15 minutes later I see them pull it out to the parking lot so I walk over by it. The young man cleaning it said he had to get the paperwork from inside that I couldn’t leave yet. So I wait another 15 minutes, then call inside again to see what the hold up is. It is now 1 and a half hours I have spent there for my 45 minute appointment. I’m told I’m sorry I was in a meeting. I’ll get your paperwork and keys right out to you. Soon the young man shows up with my keys and says you can leave. Now there’s no paperwork? Again I understand that Covid 19 Has caused some issues but I really felt this was not what Holidays standards usually are at.
I was in big trouble when my power chair tire got forced off its rim but a storm drain do to a car get to close to me. I had no idea what I was going to do. I was able to push me power chair to Holiday where 2 of the men working there gladly grabbed tools and fixed the tire. I greatly appreciate all that they did do get me back in my power chair and back home with my groceries.

My car broke down on the side of the road and we had to have it towed there. They looked at it right away the next business day and called me to tell me exactly what was wrong, what they were going to do, and when I’d have it back. Prompt and friendly customer service.
It was cold and windy outside, i was waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change and to have the tires rotated. I had a 2:30pm appointment, they came out to get the vehicle right around 2:30pm and it took almost 2 hours to finish my vehicle.

I was shocked to get a bill for over $100 for an oil change. They gave me a type of oil (Mobile One) I did not request or ever use in the past. Not happy about that at all.
