Came here for the first time the other day and I have to say, my experience was pretty incredible. Like most people I don’t (didn’t) enjoy going to the dentist but they were really kind and careful through the whole process. They let you know what they’re doing which made me much more comfortable. Honestly, I booked a follow up appointment and I’m not dreading it.

I’m glad I found a dental place I’m happy with! My regular dentist and others wouldn’t see me quickly when my crown came off but this dental office saw me the same day! They also have evening appointments which is good work me since I work nights. Dr Lee and her staff are the best!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. They worked very hard to get me an appointment quickly and worked well with my insurance. Patrick at the front desk was always super helpful and understanding. Tatia made me feel comfortable and confident with my smile. Dr. Kim and Bana were the best! They would not rest until my teeth looked absolutely perfect! I am so thankful I found Smiles Family Dental!

This is the best dental practice that my husband and I have been to in years. We both had quite a bit of work done and we were very satisfied with it all. Patrick at the front desk is very friendly and will explain all costs for each procedure that needs to be done. Zoe always has a smile and so does Colandra. Very sweet people. Dr. Nguyen is awesome and shes so caring and is a beautiful light in this office! The entire staff makes you feel at home. We are 71 yrs young and both still have all of our teeth so we are good for each other! (They also have a sense of humor!)

By far the best dentist appointment Ive ever had, everything was clear and they were very professional, they worked with my insurance to get me going. Definitely switching here from now on.

I’m in Flower Mound from out of town working. I broke a tooth and visited close by Smiles Dental. They were able to get me in quickly with little wait time… Dr. Nguyen did my crown and was very attentive to how I felt the entire process through my two visits. She was methodical and precise on the work she did and I couldn’t be happier!Bana who assisted Dr. Nguyen was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing, making the entire “dental visit” about as comfortable as it could possibly be! She was great, and although I may not see her again, now consider her a friend!Patrick in the front office was awesome as well! He explained everything that was going to happen and the related costs, and what my insurance would cover. Smiles Family Dentist is the greatest I’ve ever been to. I’m 73 years old and have had years of experience with dentist. My partials fit like a glove. The staff is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. They work well with or without insurance. They take a sincere concern in your dental health, partnering with you to insure your success. I especially love Dr. Michelle, Dr. Nguyen and Michael in the Flower Mound office.

It was easy to get an appointment. They were polite and friendly.

Really like Smiles Family Dental. Been apprehensive about seeing a Dentist for many years. Dr. Nguyen is very good. She has taken any fears about seeing the Dentist away. Explains everything up front, is honest, and cares about you. The whole crew is great. From the Receptionist to the Hygienist.This is definitely the Dentist to goto. If your lucky you might, just might get to see the service dog.Who loves pets. Put the TV on with your favorite show or crank out some music.1 plus year after Covid everyone can use a good cleaning. I have used Smiles Dental for the past 3 years. They have not only cleaned my teeth regularly but have made several fillings and put in 12 crowns. At 82 years of age my SMILE is better than EVER!!!

Omg I had not had a cleaning in a year due to covid. The Doctor and hygienist recommend a gum laser therapy and boy, best thing Ive done in a long time. I highly recommend it if you suffer from gum disease.Michelle was fantastic, she explained everything in detail. Love her.

I just recently got married and my husband added me to all of his insurance but his employer somehow only added me to the medical but left me off the dental. Smiles Family went ahead and did my cleaning free of charge even though I did not have insurance. He was a prior patient of theirs so they knew we had insurance. They could have told me to come back once I was on his insurance but since I had made the trip in, they went ahead and completed my cleaning. They have a patient for life! My hygienist, Michelle, was fantastic! She was very personable, bubbly, kind to her coworkers, and great about answering any questions I had.

By far the best dental facility Ive ever been to. Tasha {the hygienist} is one of the most gentle and caring people I have ever met. To give you an idea of how comfortable I was, when Tasha was done giving me my 6-month cleaning, I felt the same way I would after getting out of the barbers chair. So fresh and so clean clean!!!

I have have been going to Smiles Family Dental for over 10 years, because Dr. Z is the best dentist you will ever find, ever! She treats you like youre family, and she is amazing at what she does.Today I visited the Flower Mound location(I usually visit the Las Colinas office), and everyone there who helped me really made me feel welcome and at ease. Patrick at the front desk was extremely kind as soon as I walked in the door, and was so polite and calm. Ru and Brennan who were the dental assistants caring for me were so gentle and professional. Brennan even make me laugh and feel comfortable the whole time I was having a crown put on.Ive never ever had a bad experience with Smiles Family Dental. Ive lived in Austin, TX since 2013, and would never dream of finding a local dentist just because its convenient. The personal care they deliver at Smiles really is worth it!!!

Dr. Kim and her staff at Flower Mound are wonderful. She takes a personal interest in your dental health and helps you make decisions that are considerate of your finances. She is professional and kind. I feel I can trust her to guide me along the way to keeping my teeth healthy. I am in my seventies and she made me partials that fit like a glove. I know what its like to have ill fitting dentures. Im thrilled.

Walked inside to ask questions about the insurance plans they accepted. The front desk staff was informative and professional.

They did not tell me what my financial responsibility was for oral surgery at any point though it had been scheduled weeks in advance. Then they blindsided me when I walked in the morning of my surgery. $1400 upfront with no possibility of a payment plan. I had no choice but to cancel after fasting and making arrangements for my husband and I to be there. I think its poor customer service to blindside your patients with giant copays. Ill definitely be letting my friends and family know.

Another wonderful visit. This was my final Invisalign treatment. I now have perfectly straight teeth and I’m smiling more than ever. The staff here is exceptional. From Patrick in the front to Sylvia, Dr. Kim, Michelle, and so many others gently working on my teeth - this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. It’s worth every second in their chairs to let them transform your smile.

Hi, Can you guys pls share an explanation of charges with us. You have billed us for something and we have no idea what it is. I have checked my provider and you have been fully paid and in addition to that you charged me $149 on the day of my visit. We have spoken with your Flower Mound front office 2-3 times for an explanation and nobody has been able to provide us anything. Now youre saying youll send it to collections? Come on! I just called your office now and theyre closed; Open only for emergencies!

Smiles does a great job! Never disappoints! They are consistent and provide excellent care. We have been very satisfied with this Dentist and her team. So much so that we drive out of our way yo visit. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly, prompt appointment start. Provided a plan and recommendations for oral health. Explained why they recommended the changes to my normal brushing/flossing routine. This was with no major issues, all preventative recommendations. Im all for only going to the dentist for cleanings if possible, and they seem to be on the same page👍

Very clean office with friendly, kind, fun staff. I enjoyed my self. The cleaning was a little rough but overall it was a great experience. Not to mention they have great payment plans and really know how to work with you to make sure you get everything you need taken care of.

Like a lot of other people, I dont like going to the dentist! However, Smiles Family Dental makes it a pleasant experience. Their facility is state-of-the-art and the people are awesome.

Staff is so friendly

Very nice and welcoming practice. On top they are working very careful for example with my son today. He is normally anxious being at the dentist, but that wasnt the case. He came out very happy and they also are able to explain you every question you have.

Angie is always a pleasure to be around. She has been doing my sons braces since he started wearing them. We have had others not to fond of them. Angie is the only reason we keep coming to smiles family. Once my son comes out of his braces. We will be saying bye to Smiles. The flower mound location is no longer as organized and on there game as they once were. Flower mound location is horrible. They can’t keep a staff there. They continue to cancel my sons appts for his braces over the last 12 mos. I am no longer happy with this location.

The front office people were nice but a waste of our time. I called before I brought my son in to make sure his insurance was accepted. After filling out most of paper and his xrays done found out actually dont accept his insurance. Then was asked if I would still like to pay the $20 co pay for the xrays. Umm no I dont. Why would I pay a co pay if you dont accept his insurance and you wont even be able to treat him. And that was your bad for doing xrays when you no longer accept his insurance when we were told you did. Total waste of an hour of our day would have never went to the office should I have been told the correct info about the insurance.

This was a horrible experience and I deeply regret getting treatment here. The staff was unprofessional and the filling replacement was ground so much that Im not able to chew properly on that side and still experience some discomfort almost a year later. I would stay far away from this place.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and theyve been fairly good on some occasions. I said SOME because Ive had a few not so pleasant experience with cleaning. Their hygienist is just too rough and sloppy. I always feel anxious when its time for my cleaning. But all that wouldve been overlooked and not to have to write this review if my appointment today went as planned. I was scheduled to come in today to pickup my invisalign trays. This appt was scheduled 3 weeks ago. After getting a reminder and confirming my appt, I thought everything is good to go. So i came in today on time. They prepped me and waited patiently for almost an hour on the chair....just to find out my INVISALIGN trays were not even ordered. Why didnt anyone call me atleast ahead of time to let me know my INVISALIGNs not there??? OR atleast NOT let me wait for an hour!!! So disorganized. It really irritates me for wasting my time. I am very disappointed.
