I have taken my car to this location a few times now and the staff is very nice and informative. They don’t make you pay for things that you don’t actually need and they explain what you do need in a way that’s easy to understand. They are reasonably priced for what I’ve had done. I’ve had no issues with them and will continue to use them for my car needs for as long as I’m in the area.
I will never in my entire life take any car I own, rent, borrow or use to this establishment. They are nice people individually. All I know is they broke me car.
I absolutely love the online link that was sent showing the progress of the work being done as well as the report card of my vehicle. That is so neat! Meineke has become my favorite!
The location on N Lindbergh(next to the car wash) is very professional and trustworthy. They are quick and they do a through job with explaining what’s wrong with your car. Stacie is always nice and professional.

Shop has horrible service. Got a diagnostic on my car and they replaced my timing kit. Had the car towed back to shop twice in twice in 3 days and the they say I blew a head gasket. Tried to say it was my fault. Was not having any leaking problems until they worked on my vehicle. Horrible horrible service. I have contacted corporate and waiting for response. I spent money on first repairs now my car does not run at all!!!
I scheduled an appointment for an emissions test. When I got there for my appointment they said they were behind and could not service me. They didn’t even call me or anything prior to me going up there, and I had took time off work for this. I left and went to Vavoline. I only had to wait 30mins before getting my emissions done, no appointment was needed.
My daughter ran over a curb and busted both passenger side tires and bent both rims. Mieneke towed her car quoted 2 days and called me before they started working to quote me the price. They were great!!! Courteous and very professional!! The prices are always right. This is where we go for regular maintenance as well.

Dropped my truck off at 730am for my 8am appointment for a new muffler. I can install a muffler myself but have no time so I figure Ill just take it to Meineke up the road. Get a call at 11am to let me know exactly what it needs as far as pipe, hangers, muffler, etc and the cost. I say hey lets do it, sounds good with me. They are finally finished at 635pm. And the weld looks horrible. Im going to have to redo it all when I find time. Not sure I trust the integrity of it.

As in the past, Meineke is fast, efficient, and reliable when it comes to car servicing. I was disappointed to see that when I dropped off and picked up my car for an oil change, two employees inside the building were not wearing masks as they were taking in cars, billing out customers, and talking on the phone. From this, I would assume that employees who get inside customers cars to move them would not be wearing masks either. As we are still in the middle of a pandemic, I would expect of a business that services customers to require their employees to wear masks (or face shields) for not only their safety, but the safety of their customers also.
I was very pleased with the guys. They was up front with the work that needed to be done to my vehicle and with the price. My vehicle Drive better I was very pleased will be back.
The guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. My vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I had both motor mounts repaired and my car drives like its brand new again. Thank You Meinke!

Once I received my car and took my own review of it. They shorted me half quarter of full synthetic oil. DID NOT TOP MY FUILDS like they said they would. I consider these things to be horrible business practices. Also encourage people to look at their vehicles before and after.Also owners response is horrible. You say whatever you want but the service I received was terrible. It’s like your all talk no show.
Lacking in professionalism, customer relations, and exhaust system knowledge. This Meineke performed an emission inspection on my Toyota Sequoia. They told me that it needed a new catalyst converter. After asking numerous questions about that actually being the main problem to solve the issue; I paid them to replace it. Got the vehicle back. Check engine light came back on and the exhaust sounded the same; sounded like an exhaust leak. FYI; on my receipt it said they did an exhaust inspection. I told the manger Tom about this; Tom was still pleasant to work with at this point. He told me they sometime may get an bad catalyst shipped to them and he would like to replace it again. He called me before replacing it and told me he figured I would want another universal catalyst and already ordered it. Never did he say that there are multiple leaks in my entire exhaust system. So they replaced the catalyst a second time. Check engine light came back on and exhaust sounded even worse. Called the Meineke the next morning and told the receptionist that I brought the truck back and will be leaving it in the lot for couple of days before I take it to toyota dealership because the problem isn’t resolved; she said ok. Toyota found multiple exhaust leaks throughout the the entire exhaust system. They even showed me leaks while the truck was lifted; and they diagnose all this in 30 mins. I called the manager and informed him of these issues. His initial reaction was one of reacting in defense instead of accepting responsibility and making it right. He eventually half way apologized and offered to reduce the price of the OE catalyst by the amount that I had already paid..... But the damage was already done; trust and competency in their expertise lost. Not to mention there were leaks on the other side of the exhaust system. To add salt to the wounds, he had an issue with an paying customer leaving their vehicle in the lot that has not been fixed. It seems the receptionist never even informed the shop or Tom about the check engine like coming back on and me leaving the truck there to take it to Toyota. Pick up My truck about 40 mins after speaking with him to find a Tow Notice on my car. No one had the courtesy or decency to call a paying customer to inquire about a problem that had been on going. I work in education, and as an result of experts not caring enough to actually diagnose the real problem, I lost a lot of money. I can no longer recommend my colleagues and students to any Meineke. Lesson learned; take your cars to the manufacturer dealership! You pay more, but your vehicle is diagnose and fixed properly, and the customer experience is in a different league.
Very rude. Broughtmy vehicle there because I had a warranty on a part, and it took them three times to actually fix the part some what correctly. Just ridiculous. Dont recommend this place to anybody.
They were rude I had an appointment with them for safety and admissions test they told me I had to wait 2-3 hours to be seen unacceptable I would give lower stars if I could.

I have taken my vehicles there in the past as well, they have always been professional and honest.
This was the worst and I had to call corporate. I spent $600 on rotors front and back and a couple days later noticed they are very rusted like they had been sitting for yrs. When I went back up there the guy said it was normal and nothing was wrong with them. There were a bunch of other cars on the lot and when I told the guy to show me a car on his lot whos rotors looked like mine he couldnt. Had 2 other car repair places tell me they did a horrible job and I should go back up.
Very disappointed. Went in for oil change and tire repair and I guess they were so happy to find several big dollar potential repairs that the tire repair was completely overlooked. They apologized and said they would pull the car back in if I wanted. I said no thanks, Ill find someone else to check my tire. I was not very happy!!

I got an oil change / tire rotation from the North Lindbergh Hazelwoodlocation. Their work and customer service was excellent. I would recommendtheir services! They also have an app that gives you the progress of theirwork!
I went there on a Monday for an inspection for an appointment that I made 10 days earlier. Took off work for this. They said we dont do inspections on Mondays, but would try to take care of me. They got the inspiration done and I went to the DMV. Couldnt get plates because the tech put the vin# down wrong. I had to go back to Meineke to get the inspection and emissions paper redone so that that I could go back to the DMV for my plates.

I would give them a four or five star but we have been put on a mandatory mask indoors or Outdoors for 2 days now in St Louis. Not a single employee in that place wore a mask. And thats including the people that directly interacted with people. One girl walked in with the mask on and then took it off to go to work. Thats the exact opposite of what you should be doing. Whats bad is I went to the wrong Meineke at 1st and guess what they were not doing, wearing masks to protect their customers. Otherwise the work was good. They did not however when I called the day before check to see if they had my part in stock and because of that a 30-minute job took four and a half hours. And for reference on how long it should have took, all that I needed was the terminals on my battery replaced so all that need to be done was a couple wires need to be cut and stripped and crimped. Thats it.
This was my first time using their location. My appointment made online did not go through but the store manager was able to get me in for an inspection still. Went in at 2 and they called me back at 3. Did not take long to check me out and have me on my way. I love when businesses are a smooth process. Im most definitely using this location rather than any other.
Called these guys last minute for a vehicle inspection, they got me in the same day. Had the car pulled back within 10 minutes of my arrival of my appointment, just a simple state inspection. You have to be careful with some places lying to you about inspections just so they can get some work orders going, they took their time and made sure everything was actually functioning the way it should be. Car passed with flying colors (like it should) might bring it back here again for future work since my previous mechanic I trusted decided to try and screw me.
The manager Tom and technician Rob were very professional and worked with me on getting the repairs done so that I would have a safe vehicle road worthy and at an affordable cost that didnt break the bank....I would highly recommend anyone in need of car repairs to give them the opportunity to at least look at the problem and get a fair quote.

I made my appointment on line. I must say every time I go there, they are so busy. You have to be patient and just wait your turn. I do suggest you make an appointment first. Customer service was good and you can tell they are trying to help everyone as swiftly and professional as possible 😀. The manager was very helpful and hes very nice and he listen to your problems about your vehicle. I got a oil change and tire rotation. Even though it seems he may be working short, Ive never got mess up services from here or anyone unprofessional. Just be patient and prepared to wait.

9:30 am appointment. Was told maybe a couple of hours for labor and it would be pulled in in 30 minutes. Called at 1:30 pm for an update, no service had been performed at that time. I understand the circumstances and being busy but this was not communicated to me. I was told that many appointments had been scheduled around the same time, and that it should be done around 4. I called back at 4, no service had been done. No phone calls no updates, had my car all day with a scheduled appointment at 9:30 am and nothing. Sorry, but thats a deal breaker.

Didnt even waste my time with them. I had an appointment scheduled last week and I showed up on time just to be told that the young man that was supposed to do my inspection called out sick.I didnt get notified the morning of and its not like the appointment was scheduled for super early in the morning either. It was set for 11 or 1130am. I ended up rescheduling for the next week and canceling altogether after I was able to go somewhere else and get my vehicle inspected that same day. I just think it was rude and a waste of my time that I wasnt notified that the appointment would have to be rescheduled before I wasted my time pulling up.
Meineke is my go to for my car care especially for my 85 Buick Regal. The managers have always taken care of me there and the new manager, Tom Eyman, is the best. He always takes care of each issue carefully as well as thoughtfully especially when regarding cost.
Tom and his staff took care of my car and was professional and consciousness of our time. Most importantly, they honor the veterans in our community.

Want a laugh, go here. My car was pulled in for an inspection pretty quick to me getting there. Awesome. Then someone showed up 30 minutes after me and left 30 minutes before me for the same inspections, not so awesome. I waited an hour and a half for an inspection to go on. That same morning, I changed 2 starters on a car, old one out new one in, in 35 minutes, why is this taking you guys so long?! honk the horn push the brakes it doesn’t take 1.5 hours to do an inspection. Also leaning all over the car playing on their phone, so maybe that’s where the time was spent. That was very nerving as well! Joke of a store.

Went in for a simple oil change. They recommended me to have a wheel bearing replaced.. I said no cause I drive my car every day and it rides fine shakes bumps or anything like that. Get in my car and drive off and everything was good. Then I hit the highway get up to about 65 and my car was shaking and rattling soooooo bad. I called back up there and they tell me the only thing we did was Change the oil. Yet they told me I need a wheel baring and I know I didn’t for a fact (my car had no signs or never shook or rattled) it didn’t... so please don’t go here they will destroy your car and leave u with the high bill!!!!!!!
I have been using this Meineke for about four years now, and they have always done an excellent job on my car. They have really reasonable rates, I am on a fixed income and they always try to help me cut corners with discounts.
Went with a flat tire due to hitting huge pothole very hard. Tire was replaced and received front wheel alignment. I was a walk-in, there was no waiting at the time I got there. Performed the services right away. I was out of there in 30 min. Great customer service! Used Mieneke card, 6 months same as cash promotion.
