My husband has reached out to this agency and went to the location numerous times. Its been almost 3 months and we are still without insurance due to an internal issue with this company’s processes. Its really frustrating when we have to chase people to protect our home. Now it appears to other companies that we’ve been dropped which is raising our rate. Great rates but the company definitely needs to solve the issue they have with availability or just be upfront with clients about what they can make happen.
