Ive been with this agency for years now. I have always gotten excellent service and quick call backs whenever they were busy. Staff seems to really care for my household on a personal level. On a related note, staff seems to be more needs-driven when mentioning certain products to me. My wife and I sat down with a staff member, Brian, to discuss life insurance. It was something that we had been considering making some changes with. He met with us in the evening after regular business hours to work with our schedule, and when we ultimately decided we didnt need to make any changes at the moment, he was not pushy with trying to make a sale. If anything, he encouraged us to stick with what we have until things were different.PS - the Old Town Florissant location is cool too.
