One day before my girls trip I walked in only to be 1 week early for my scheduled appointment. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Mark immediately offered to squeeze me in and Tammy made me feel very comfortable and paid close attention to detail. Mark did an amazing job shaping my full set and my toes and nails looked so pretty for my trip! This is by far the best salon Ive been too and I cant wait to become a repeat customer! Thank-You Zen nails for making my girls trip even better!!

First time. Lindsey was great. Had the Zen pedicure with gel and ombre natural manicure. Was spendy so next time will dial back on the specialty services.

I can bring Lianna practically anything to put on my nails and she makes it happen! Always just perfect finish, too. I always have gel, no tips.

This place is wonderful! They turned my bad experience at Glamour Nails into a happy one thanks to Zen Nails! I went to Glamour Nails five days prior for nails just like these, same designs except the woman there could not do an Eagle and didnt know how to do Ohio (although I had a picture, long story...), so she did #1 Dad instead. Mark at Zen Nails fixed my broken nail, free of charge, and did a fill in to fix the bubbles in the acrylic nails themselves (from Glamour Nails mess up) and did this beautiful paint job! Not once did he complain about my design ideas and didnt mock me for wanting what I wanted. This was a very important design because it was to honor my father who passed away recently, so it meant a lot to me even if others thought it was stupid. They are SO nice here and were very helpful. I went in with the idea that I was going to need another full-set but they saved me money AND made it look PERFECT. Could not thank them enough for saving my previous nightmare looking nails. Definitely recommend and I will be back! Thank you so much Zen Nails, your customer service and your quality is OUTSTANDING! ♥

I usually really like getting my nails done at Zen Nails, but this time was the LAST time. I have specifically made an appointment with Lianna TWICE and each time I get redirected to Mark instead. This time, I was scheduled to get my nails done at 12:15 pm. When I walked in she was still working on another client so I was like “cool no problem, let me find some polish.” 12:30 rolled around and I was finally seated. About 20-30 minutes later, another woman who was scheduled with Lianna came in. Lianna continued to do my full set but suddenly started rushing and then says to me, “I’m going to switch you with Mark so that I can do the other client’s nails, okay?” I was absolutely shocked and extremely irritated because I felt like I had to play musical chairs as the other client was obviously more of a priority than me. I’m a great tipper too so I felt that would have been an incentive for them to provide better service but I guess not. It’s just extremely unprofessional to overbook people. I hope they see this review and reply with the same rude comment that I’ve seen on other reviews saying, “your name wasn’t on our client list,” or make up some excuse to justify their horrible customer service. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye, Zen Nails!

To be fair, my daughter had another tech who did a 5 star job. My tech cut me and we had a problem communicating. It appeared her mind was elsewhere. Neither manicure nor pedicure were good. Place was clean, people pleasant, but getting cut is a big problem for me.

This place is always busy, for a reason! I have only been here twice but the attention to detail and amazing customer service is why I will never go anywhere else. I could tell the person I had servicing me was newer to Zen but she did not lack talent. The way she took her time to make sure my nails were perfect is so reassuring. Not only are they amazing at what they do but you can really tell they want each customer to leave happy.

I made a last minute appointment with Lindsey, she was perfect on timing! Lindsey did an amazing job & she definitely earned my business for next time!

My nails are 4 weeks old today!!! I have brittle nails but I am going on 1 solid month of my gel mani. I could not be happier or more impressed. I am a working mom with a toddler and a newborn. I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks like clockwork at Mi Salon. I love that place but my unpredictable schedule doesn’t allow me to plan ahead anymore. Tami did my nails and she has done the best job I’ve seen in my 20+ years of getting manicures. I’m going to make this my place. I can’t speak for the pedi service since I didn’t have time last time but damn! My nails are on point!

Zen is the best! Ive gotten manicures and pedicures at several different local salons and Zen is consistently the best. They are always busy which speaks volumes as to how great their service is, yet they expedite getting their customers taken care of. The prices are very good and staff is beyond friendly. They take their time and my nails always look great. Love going here and I highly recommend them!

I don’t get my nails done often, and when I do I usually go to a different places because I haven’t found one I liked with great quality work. I think Zen Nails is my go to from now on!!I got a basic shellac manicure, nothing fancy, and my nails came out beautiful. My nail tech was an efficient worker and got my nails done pretty quickly without sparing the quality.Now two weeks later, I still have no chips in my nails and they are still going strong. I will be returning to get another shellac manicure because I felt like I got such a great value because it lasted quite some time!

I travel 25 minutes out of my way to go here. Im never disappointed! Consistently great service! I really love that they do natural looking acrylics. Mark does some of the best work and I always enjoy looking at their Instagram. Ive been featured twice!If youre looking for a great place go here! Ive recommended the place about six times after receiving compliments at work from customers and coworkers. Love this place and cant even fathom going elsewhere.

My granddaughter and I were walk-ins here and were greeted immediately and counseled regarding our choice of manicures. My granddaughter wanted custom art on her nails which was no problem at all. The nail artist perfectly reproduced the image freehand. We were both very pleased with the personal attention and finished product!

Thank you but no thank you. The man done such a horrible paint job and didn’t do the coffin shape correctly on my nails. Two days later I went to a different nail spa to get a new shape and paint job. They did wonderful and they also knew who did my horrible nails before I could even say anything. I will never be back again, and will never suggest this spot to any of my friends.

She was super sweet and engaged with my 3 year old the whole time. I was greeted the second I walked in the door and sat for my pedicure immediately. After I was done my daughter asked for her toes to be painted. The girl quickly went to help another customer waiting already for a quick fix then promptly came back and painted Amelias even added glitter. Im just in town for the week but drove 10 miles out of my way just based on the reviews and it was very worth it.

I have been to Zen Nails several times and have never been disappointed. I’ve been through many nail salons in the NKY and Cincinnati area, and have never found one worth going to regularly, but I finally found Zen Nails! The staff is always so friendly and do a great job every time. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I’ll be going here for years to come.

I would rather not rate them at all, but you cannot write a review without one so there is one. My best friend and I were looking for a great place to get our nails done and read the reviews and thought we would go out of our way but we were not greeted we signed in our selves and were told that there would be a wait. . They did not give a time and were rude. We understood that they were busy but there was a lack of hospitality and we sensed it and felt that we werent welcome. So we left.

In times of need Ive tried other nail places in the area only to come to the same conclusion every time - Zen nails is the place to be. Ive been going there for 2 years now. Everyone is so wonderful and friendly. Their place is always clean and every thing is done in such a hygienic manner. Lianna and Mark and the rest of the team feel like friends for me now and Im so sad Im moving away and wont get to see them every 2 weeks.I wish them all the success!

The salon is fabulous! The owners, Leann & Mark, are friendly & greet you everytime you walk in the door. If youre getting a pedicure, they have the most comfortable chairs in the area. I always recommend this salon when people compliment my fingers or toes.

I walked in to get shellac. I told the guy who was going to take care of me that I didn’t want the mechanical file used on my nails (because it’s extremely unhealthy). He promptly told me they all use it there and I could go somewhere else if I didn’t want it done, so I left. Part of a service business is to provide the service asked of you and if I don’t want my nails worn down by the file you’re using, you should use a different file. Wow.

This place is awesome!! I have been to many nail salons, this is by far the best!! The polish stays on longer and look so much better!! I love the staff, they are wonderful!! The best part is they take time to get to know the customers!! Did I say, they do a fantastic job!!

Pedicure wasnt as relaxing as it should be, my heels are sore and rough feeling..ive dont a better job using a pumice stone at Home..

Love this spa, Lianna, Mark and the rest of the staff really do awesome work. The salon is very clean and always up to date on all the new colors and products. They greet everyone as you soon as you walk into the salon to make everyone feel at home.

I’ve gone here for a few years, and I’ve never had a problem. However, I went a week ago for a pedicure and I noticed that when the lady was clipping near my toenail, she clipped off a chunk of skin. I was bleeding that night. I now have a toe infection and I’m assuming it’s due to the tools and lack of attention in the pedicure (how do you clip off so much skin?). Very upsetting. I will not return here. I didn’t say anything at the time of appointment because I thought I’d be fine.

Im always hesitant about nail salons but this one has probably been the favorite one Ive been to and Ive been to three different places this year. Basic pedi is 30 or 10 bucks more for a nice sugar scrub and hot towel. Clean shop. Very nice employees. Wide selection of nail polish. And I walked right in and only waited a minute or two. This will totally be my new go to nail salon. Ill be back for sure.

I had medi-pedi with a full set of French acrylics. Jimmy did both. The pedicure was good no complaints there and jimmy is very nice guy. The reason for my one star is the manicure, its only been three days and it looks like they will already need a fill and that makes me so angry. I also could tell he was doing it wrong compared to everyone one else. It was a very thin layer he put on. It was a very crappy manicure overall. He didnt soak my hands or put lotion on them or do a hand massage and when done my fingertips had crusty glue all over them. Worst manicure ever had. I would not visit again nor recommend a friend. Come on guys treat your manicures like your pedicures and learn how to do acrylics properly!

I have friends who rave about Zen Nails. My experience was good! The problem that i had was an employee was scolded right in front of me smh. Not a good look. I am assuming the person who did the scolding was the manager. She literally took a bottle of polish out of the employees hand like she was 2 years old. Again not a good look. I felt bad for the employee, however the employee played it cool, and kept it professional and continued on polishing my toes. If the employee was using the wrong bottle of polish, cool, pull her off to the side and let her know that, dont do it in front of a customer. Aside from that little episode, I walked out a happy customer, a job well done, both mani and pedi.

And I didnt give them one star but wouldnt let me post with out it.....Walk in... did not great me at all. Let me sign in and still said nothing. Wanted a full set but sit there for 35 mins and still No one said nothing. Waste of my time
