This was an awful experience. My toes and nails look awful and it was a total waste of money. I would never recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I have been going to Julie’s Nails for several years and have been consistently pleased with their manicure and pedicure services. Thao in particular does a superb job and reaches beyond expectations to make sure I am pleased. She makes special efforts to disinfect against COVID19 to keep myself and other clients safe. I highly recommend this nail spa.

I got my nails done here before my wedding. She did acrylics with gel polish. When she painted my nails, she didn’t ask me to wash my hands first and just painted over the dust from the acrylics, so the gel didn’t have a smooth surface to stick to and it peeled off within half an hour. I had to redo them myself on my wedding day. Do not recommend.

Omg. That was the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to so many before and I’ve never had an experience like this. They’re very nice people and the woman who did my nails made sure everything was perfect for me. I was nervous at first but the environment was so welcoming. I highly recommend this salon if you’re searching for a new place. Love my nails!!

I was told it wouldnt be more than 5 min for a basic pedicure so I waited...and waited then someone walked right in and sat down and got the water and all...meanwhile.im sitting with an empty tub.. I waited another couple of.minutes looking around to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me just sitting there not even soaking...nope so I left. Drive 5 more min for somewhere better girls

This place is horrible. I got them done two days ago, yesterday I had to go back because the clear coat came off my nails. I get my nails done very often and have never had this problem anywhere else but here. They fixed the clear coat when I went back yesterday, but today the paint off one of nails fell off today. Still in the shape of my nail. Not to mention when I did go they made every single one of my fingers bleed. Will not be going back.

Everyone is nice, polite and professional. Veronica is my nail tech. Im so happy to have her taking care of my nails!

They made my nails crooked and i got acrylics and they chipped them while doing them and didn’t fix them they also i got gel and they kept applying the top coat about 10 times and she would pull my hand out of the dryer and would mess them up and they are so uneven and my thumbs are different shapes do not recommend

Best nail salon I have ever been to! Super nice and does a great job at nails and pedicures. Everything is very clean and overall great experience and great results.

My nails looked amazing both times that I have been there, but I do think their prices are high considering I paid $45 (appropriate) for a full set and $30 (this is what shocked me) for a fill-in.. Plus if my hand wasn’t placed how he wanted it he smacked the top of my hand and yanked my arms to move them instead of speaking to me.

This place is so great. Stopped for pedi and they were awesome. Loved the fact the pedi kit they used was entirely new for each customer. Veronica did a great job. Go by and see her.

A few of the workers here are rude. They jerk your hands. I showed a picture of what I wanted to one of the women who were doing my nails and I paid 25 dollars for something that I DID NOT WANT. Then I went back in there and complained and told them that wasn’t what I wanted and they were calling me a liar saying that the woman asked me if that’s what I wanted when she didn’t.

Was here visiting out of town !!!! Came in with my husband their was a little wait which was completely fine . Well I proceeded to go look at the nail polish bc they never offered for me to pick a color . So I go looking at the bright colors behind their desk . Didn’t go behind their just looking . Then the lady comes by and slaps her hand on the wall and said these ma’am !!! Colors I wasn’t interested in at all . Point of such a low rating is bc they where very rude and I couldn’t pick a color “ I “ WANTED !!!! May I add I came down the road to a different nail salon called sugar nails salon way better experience and I’m beyond pleased!!!

Best pink and white in town the whole staff is very polite and respectful to their older clientele and very up to date for their younger clientele, lovely, clean shop!

I made an appointment for my daughter a mani and pedi for prom. When I called the lady was very friendly and offered to stay late in order to get us in. Upon arrival they offered to do mine too. I met sisters and their dad and Tiffany who did my toes. I left feeling like I had made new friends. Excellent service and very clean! We will be back!

I was under the impression that they knew how to apply the dipping powder nail gel. The person who applied mine was not properly trained in the application. He did not know how apply it. I have had the dipping powder applied in Oklahoma and Texas by professional nail technologists. This was a cross between regular gel polish and dipping powder. With dipping powder there is no need for the light to complete the process. I will not be going back. I was also charged a lot more than should be charged. In Oklahoma City, I was charged $55 for a mani-pedi with the application of one acrylic nail. In Longview Texas I was charged $48 for a mani-pedi. Both were done by correctly trained persons At Julie’s, I was charged $66. I was supposed to have a manicure. The nail tech did not even ask me to wash the powder off my hands

This place was awful. I got a manicure with french tips and none of the white tips were straight. Horrible manners! Will not be going back!
