I just came her to get a pedicure and it was done in under 20 minutes with gel polish...so it was basically rushed

They took forever to get my nails done. My nails shape wasn’t straight and the shape looks TERRIBLE!!!! I had to take the polish off it looked so bad. Was not worth the money!

This was my very first and last visit to this nail salon. I asked for the plus gel pedicure and immediately became unsatisfied when it was rushed through and I did not receive callus removal. When letting my sister know that was my first and last visit the male doing the pedicure heard me and stated he was not finished. He took his time to provide me with a nice massage. I paid for the pedicure and even tipped because he did a fantastic job with the polishing (or so I thought). I decided to leave a review because it has not even been two weeks ( only 10 days to be exact) and I am missing polish completely off one toe and it is chipped off on two others. I’m not harsh on my feet, nor have I worn closed toe shoes or socks since the pedi so this should not have happened with GEL polish. Avoid going here it was definitely not worth the $60 I spent.

So I googled Best Nail Salons In Florence and Fancy Nails Had some Great reviews... Since Mothers Day was yesterday and I had my child all day I wanted some adult time by myself... When I called bout the different types of pedicures they offered I was told about each one and so I picked the one that comes with the callus remover, sugar scrub, and a minty foot mask with a hot towel wrap... Bao (Bo) was my Nail Tech and I truly enjoyed our conversation and he did an amazing job on my pedicure and my fullset with gel polish... if you look at my photo of my fullset ...the nails are even,sealed down and the gel polish is polished perfectly all the way up towards my cuticles...everyone was very friendly and the salon is very clean ... Being a nail tech as well its hard to find a place where the other techs dont feel some type of way or feel like your being nosy... We nail techs like to relax and be pampered too ... I will be back soon ...a great place to refer others to...didnt feel rushed at all

Will never get my nails done anywhere else. Kinda pricey but very worth it. Nails dont chip and extremely resistant to breaking

Very horrible customer service waited over 40 minutes to get a full set to sit down not find a color and be turned around because they close. very ignorant people.

The woman doing my nails did a great job on my feet but a poor job on my nails she redid it 5 times and each time it’s wasn’t right all I asked for was the natural dip powder. I don’t think I’ll be returning ☹️

Fancy Nails is a hidden gem. AWESOME experience!!! Deluxe pedicure was amazing and includes a free glass of wine. I will be back!!!! 👏👏👏

People were nice but my pedicure was rushed. He cut my toe and there is polish all over my toes. Sorry, hate to write bad reviews but I won’t be back.

Decent services, but felt rather rushed. I went when they werent busy, and my manicure was still rushed. Had a 2 second hand massage, they barely let my hands soak, and my nail techs kid was running around messing around with me, it was annoying. Language barrier made it hard to get the nail design I wanted.

Good experience overall. My wife and I went there for pedicures. The young man that gave me mine was deliteful and made for some good conversation. My wife says the lady that did her pedi was a little too delicate on the messaging of her calves, but otherwise good. We were both a little put off by the large difference between the price for mens pedicures versus womens, however it was clearly spelled out on the pricing board. We just failed to read it before getting the service done.

Pedicure was awsome!!! full set was good however one of my nails came out a little crooked thats why i gave a 4star rating.

The woman did a good job on my brows, but the guy who finished my polish rushed and my nails were a hot mess that took forever to dry.

I stop supporting this place cause the lady owner is often rude to other customers.
