Ive been coming here for a few months and they always deliver dedicated and quality work. Emily does my designs and I love her work. Very friendly even with my children. The best pedicure Ive ever gotten. I love them and the prices are reasonable.

I want to thank the owner, which I did not know until I was almost done with my service. I am a professional in the business and have special problems with my nails. I must have nails at all times. In my case it is a necessity. I had been calling and looking at all reviews and even stopped by other salons and people just turned me away and even laughed at me. Not here at Venus. When I called he told me to come in. I explained my situation and he did a wonderful job. I am from Tampa and have been using the same place for 16 years. I can not just go anywhere and I am in this industry, and know how trying this industry can be. He even done a service for my feet he doesn’t even offer because it is difficult and trying. He took extra time to be gentle with me because of my nail condition (nail psoriasis) which is painful when your natural nail is exposed to normal elements like heat or cold. My husband took a job here and I will be back for services again, if needed when I am here in Kentucky. The prices were a little higher than my prices back home. But, will say this, for me I will pay those prices again, because he done an excellent job and his staff and even customers were friendly. One girl named Brandi even helped me pick a color, which my guy back home normally picks for me, because I am so indecisive and it takes forever for me to make a decision. So, I must say big thanks🙏 to Venus and I truly appreciate everything you did for me. 😊😍

I walked in and had to wait quite a while and it was close to closing. That did not affect the quality of the services at all. In fact its probably the best pedicure Ive had! I will be definitely be going back!

I made an appointment today for a pedicure but didnt get seated until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Once seated, I waited another 15 minutes before the tub was filled with water. Granted, they were busy. So I tried to be patient. I would t even be posting this except that the pedicure I recieved was rushed. It was half the time it normally would have taken and done very speedily. It was clear that I was in the way of her going home. To charge me full price but give me second rate service was very disappointing. I recommend not making any appointments or going there within a couple hours of closing. Ive had good service here in the past, but definitely not this time.

I wouldnt even give them one star. I walked in and was seated while I was waiting three other people walked in and they were taking them back and not even acknowledging me. Not happy and I wont be going back. Definitely wouldnt reccommend.

The people there are so friendly and amazing. They are fantastic. I went there for a relaxing time with my fiancé and we had a good time. I would definitely recommend this place

NO REFERRAL FOR THIS PLACE!By the questions they ask, they knew that I was out of towner and other places, in my area charge $35 for gel nails, Tee charged me $50.00.If they know you are not a local and since the prices are not visually posted, I guess they can charge you what they want.Not cool to take advantage of people.

Nail tech was very rough, cut my toes as he was doing the trimming of cuticles. Hurt me so many times, I almost walked out mid appt. Kept dropping the tools on the ground and picking them back up and used them..... Then unfortunately he did my manicure and it was awful, same experience. Generally, I like this place, I’m a recurring customer but the experience has been the same the last 2xs.

Well upon arrival I was told to go sit in the chair in the back for a pedicure. I waited for 40 min to notice all the workers just ignore my request to get me started, before I walked out. It was very unprofessional for the old man to argue with my girlfriend about her bad experience and then decided to treat me with the same disrespect. I will not be using this place or recommending it anyone that I know.

Was very pleased to come because some reviews have decided to take the opportunity because this is the only place to open late at night. Im glad I took that opportunity. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who took me on foot - no problem. The conversation was great. I quickly got water to drink. I usually get cuts from my manicurist but she didnt cut me once. Venus Spa Nails is incredible! I showed her a picture of what I had in my mind and she did exactly that. My nails are in perfect shape and for the first time I made acrylic pigments and loved it. She was quick and efficient as well as attention to detail. I will never go anywhere else! If you need your manicure there! Great! Will come back from now on!

Came today for the 1st time & Im super happy I found my new nail spot. Yen & Emily were both incredibly sweet and very attentive the entire time. My acrylics & gel pedi came out perfect. Everything looked super clean. I would 100% recommended.

I came here to have pedicures because I was recommended by a friend. This is the best salon Ive ever lived in. Ive been here all my life and ever since I went to beauty school, Ive become very picky about where I go ... Id rather call MYSELF a toenail! and that defeats the purpose lol. She took the time and gave me her leg. Every step I take at school is done on me. It is not just a simple scrub snip snip like all other places. SHE PAYMENT details. The polishing job is very good and the massage is great. She did a 15 minute massage and my feet became smooth. This is the place to go !!!

This is my first time at this nail salon and I must say they did an amazing job. They had a verity of colors to choose from and the lady who did my nails interacted and had a conversation with me throughout my whole appointment. Customer service seems to be their number one priority. I defiantly recommend this nail shop. Also Id recommend making an appointment prior to coming because they seem to have a lot of clients and the shop seems busy. Im glad that If I choose to walk to get my nails done I can. Not to far from my home.

I love this nail salon! I’ve been to plenty over the years and they were terrible! I will forever come back as a loyal customer. Every time I come here I am greeted by the staff and they are very nice and friendly and I am always satisfied with how good my nails look. Even though they close at 7 I don’t get off work until 7 and they always welcome me even though it’s probably a big inconvenience to them they don’t treat me any different.

My nails look gorgeous! So glad my other place canceled. They got started on my nails right away, and were very nice and attentive to detail. My wedding day nails are perfect!

I’ve been coming here since Venus Spa opened about 8 years ago. I’m not really someone to write reviews but today was a particularly special visit! Every visit is special to me as this is the cleanest, quietest, most peaceful salon I have EVER been to. The entire staff is incredible time-efficient. Two weeks ago I was here and forgot my credit card. I looked everywhere at home and retraced my steps but never found it. I locked it and nobody tried to use it so I never reported it missing. I walked into Venus Spa and the FIRST thing Von said after he greeted me was ‘I have your credit card!’ Not only is the work from every nail technician honest, but so is the quality of every employee’s character! I STRONGLY recommend Venus Spa nails and I encourage everyone to visit Von and his employees! I am so appreciative of these people!

The staff is friendly, you are offered a drink while you are tended too. They have the BEST massage chairs, never had a bad manicure/pedicure here. They listen to the customer and have a talented staff. Love it so much that I took my daughters bridal party there and everyone loved it! Reasonably priced too!

The salon is large enough for a group manicure-pedicure. Its very clean and has comfortable massage chairs. Pricing is reasonable. This will become my new nail salon for certain.

They do extremely good work, but the last time I had an appointment I waited for 45 min and ended up leaving without a pedicure. I will give them another try.

My wife said the pedicure was a amazing. There are four tiers with different pricing. The 3rd tier was the one she got I believe it was $55 and she said they did an amazing job.

I have been to many different salons and I have made Venus my go to for over a year. The entire staff are very friendly. Von is Amazing and keeps his eye on his staff. Hes picky on who he hires. Also I have had a few issues however they have always corrected it and then some when given a chance. Sad to be moving, have to start fresh.

I looooove this place! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Ive never had anyone hurt me in any way and Ive had a ton of services done from a full set to a spa pedicure and the quality is out of this world. Way better than G Spa Nails down the road... I go here all the time and the experience is always the same.

The first time I came here I got a full set of acrylic nails about a year, and got the usual pink and white ombré design, and mountain peak shape, and they charged 45 dollars (which is pricey in my opinion compared to other nail salons with higher reviews) I came back again just a few days ago and got the same thing, full set acrylic nails, ombré affect, and mountain peak shaped, and they charged me 67 dollars, and I’ve already chipped one of my nails! That’s insane I’ve never been to a nail salon that charged me that much for just a full set of acrylic nails, without also painting toe nails or doing some other service. Please do not go to this nail salon! There are plenty of other nail salons that will do what you want for cheaper and better. Also there’s this creepy dude that yells “hello gorgeous! Hi beautiful” to every girl that walked in.

My usual nail place was closed, so I decided to try them out based on reviews. I regret it. I got a full set about a week and a half ago, and they’re already lifting! They usually last three weeks to a month with no need for a fill. They also look like they were painted by a little kid. They aren’t shaped very well, each nail is a different shape! I will never give them my business again. The staff was nice, but that doesn’t make up for terrible service.

My mom went to this place first and loved it she told me what she was charged and how good it was. When I called to make my appointment they gave me a way more expensive price. I told them that my mom was just there and what she got and for how much and they insisted they didnt and thats what they charge. Its shady to give two totally different prices for same thing. The workers need to know what they charge for what and apply that accross the board to everyone .

After having several instances where I had to return for numerous repairs ( because of the manicurist error) the owner let me know that I was to receive a free gel manicure. I went in with my daughter and the owner told me that it would be $50 off. I thought it was strange, but I said ok. When I went to pay, they told me my total was $40. Now mind you my daughter received a fill in, which should have been $18-$22. How they came up with $40 when my manicure was supposed to be a no cost because of their terrible work is unknown to me.I will not return, and I suggest no one else return to these unscrupulous people either. They lost good customers, and I will tell others not to patronize them as well. Just because someone calls you sweetie and beautiful, doesnt mean they care about you as a customer. Shame on you.

I’ve gone to this place multiple times, and I went to go back to get a nail fixed. The lady who did my nails was in an obvious rush and didn’t take her time doing my nail. I got the gel done and she did one coat of polish and that was it. My other nails look darker, and she didn’t properly shape my nail as the other ones where shaped. Highly dissapointed. Before I could even pay she left and I had to pay someone else. I went back in to ask the owner to fix the shape of the nail and he was very rude. He asked me if I was sure I got my previous nails done there when I have for months. Never going back, was embarrassed in front of the whole nail salon.

I would not even give this place a 1 star rating, if Google had not forced me to do so. My mother, daughter and I just visited this establishment, after calling to find out how long their wait was. The man on the phone said that we could get in, all three of us, for pedicures at 1:15pm. Great! We get there at 1:10, they put me and my mother in the water, have my daughter sit on my lap until another chair is ready, and then we proceed to sit for 45 minutes. My daughter finally gets a seat next to me, and sits in the water until it is cold. I continually ask why we are not being taken care of, and they just continue to say, “sorry.” The woman sitting next to me came in for a mani/pedi, and she had been there 3 hours! You should not have to pay to sit in cold water. So we finally get served, my toes first, and they look terrible. The second coat of polish isn’t even down to the base of my toes. After we are all done, at 3:30pm, I ask for a discount because I am not happy with their services, and they refuse. They said they would have to give everyone in the shop a discount if they gave me one. Save your money, or go to a different shop, because this one is useless and completely unprofessional.

This is the only nail salon I go to ever, I am Genuenly confuses when people give it a bad rating, there might be a little bit of a wait but it is very worth it, I have The same guy do my nails every time (his name is either tee or twee and I can It remeber which one it is right now) but him and van do such a good job every time I go. So if it’s your first time going here ask for one of them and you’ll have and amazing experience!

My wife convinced me to get a pedicure for the first time with her. We arrived and were promptly taken to a massage chair. We waited for over an hour for our pedicures. My wife did gets hers but after waiting for additional 10 minutes I decided to forego mine. I just wish they told us up front that it would of been an hour. They did apologize but we were pretty upset.

My best friend and I went to get our nails done. These people talked about us the entire time. They were more worried about other customers than they were us! The lady didnt paint half of my nails & left the sides unpainted!!! And to top it off it was $55! And the lady told me I had to tip her!!! Very unhappy will never go back

I have had acrylic nails elsewhere many times before. This was my first and last time at Venus Nails. I paid $45.00 for a full set of acrylic nails and in less than 48 hours, 2 of the nails broke off. The nail technician glued the nail tip on the very edge of my natural nail which made a soft spot in the joint of the acrylic...as well as the acrylic being applied very thin with air bubbling. My service was rushed and i was there for 2+ hours! They had to repaint my nails because of the nail polish having a bubbling finish. The quality of products they use is extremely poor. The only good thing i can say about this place is the man who greeted me at the door was very nice....
