Great nail salon! Tony Jenny and all the other techs are WONDERFUL! Very sanitary during this whole Covid-19 ordeal! If you have a chance to try OBI i would definitely do it!!! Love their designs also, they get it done!

I loved my experience getting a pedicure. I loved the music, and my nail tech was super precise and thorough. I figured I was getting an upgraded experience but realized - nope! Shes just that good. I didnt catch her name but I recommend the business nonetheless.

I have psoriasis under my two nails and under 2 toe nails. They didnt have any issues with taking care of my nails or feet. As long as the psoriasis is not infected or going to cause you pain they will not say anything. One of the nail techs recommended their nail oil to help with my psoriasis. I will be trying that soon. Very polite and professional place. I accidentally smudged my nail and the nail tech fixed it. I will definitely be going back.

I had not had my nails done in years. I went to another nail shop a few weeks ago to get acrylic nails and was so unhappy with them that I couldn’t wait to get them fixed. I went to OBI and I got a pedicure and acrylic nails filled in/ redone. Sooooo much better!!👍👍 I love them and my pedi was great too. This will be my go to place from now on!! Super friendly staff too 😊😊 Thanks for making me feel pretty today!!

I went into Obi salon on 3/13/2021 with the worst manicure I had received at a different salon the previous day. The salon was very busy for a Saturday but the staff was super friendly and very attentive. When the lady had gotten to me she did such an amazing job fixing my nails. She did exactly like my custom picture and was so friendly and caring while she fixed them. They even did polish on my daughters nails who wasnt even on the list. I highly recommend this salon. Definitely a five ⭐ and I will return when I need my fill.

Overall pretty good, they took me in quickly and did a decent job and very friendly. However with the manicure I asked them not to change the length of my natural nail however they squared them and shortened them all the way down, not exactly what I wanted I had to reshape what was left of my nails when I got home, they were just to jagged and sharp. There ended up being 2 people work on my nails so I think it was just miscommunication. Last thing is you have to dig through a bucket of nail samples to find a color, I came in with one color in mind which I mentioned several times but couldn’t find it. I have a couple nails that were not painted all the way on the sides not to noticeable though. If your looking for something quick and cheap it’s worth it. I paid 30 bucks for a manicure and a gel polish on my natural nails.

And is nice and helps out with what you want. You never feel like you are getting on his nerves like other places. This place is clean and kind. I am so happy with my nails every time. This was my first time having services done here. I was very impressed. The atmosphere was wonderful. My manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax were all very well done. Maybe even the best I have had. Everyone was super friendly and the place was really clean. I will definitely be back!

Welll my nails look great. But I was there for over 3 hours just to get a full set done. The nails only took maybe 45 mins, the rest was spent waiting. I was told there was only a 40 min wait. Then after a hour or so went by they took me to a chair, but found out there were people still infront of me. So after waiting another 30 mins Im told Im next. THEN 30 mins go by so I go look at the list again they SKIPPED ME BY 4 PEOPLE. So obviously I say something and I finally get to get my nails done. Also I wanted to try a new shape out that my sister gets and the lady that did my nails swore I couldnt get them any shorter. But my sister got hers done 2 weeks ago and mine are still waaaaaaay longer than hers so that does kinda suck lol

Even though it took an hour wait to just get our nails painted and even touched,(we were seated),it was worth the wait. The staff is also very friendly.

Very poor craftsmanship; an very sloppy job. Very rude with the way the speak to you. Was highly unprofessional. Continuously filed too ruff; cutting and filing my actual skin several times with out apologizing or anything. Didn’t really finish wiping my nails after the final top coat. And extremely over priced for non requested short nails (Asked for medium to long) with a gel top coat. I was very unsatisfied with how the treated me and my hands and they couldn’t have cared less. I would never recommend them to ANYONE.

After going to the Florence mall to get my nails done they ended up looking HORRIBLE, I went to obi and they did such a great job filling in my nails and fixing them and they were very patient with my two girls ages 3 and 4 who got their nails painted! We will be returning!!

Very clean facility with friendly staff. The guy who did my pedicure took his time to ensure that the job was done right, which is rare these days. He did a phenomenal job! Best leg/foot massage that Ive received from a pedicurist in awhile!I definitely recommend.

Excellent pedicure at a great price. The nail salon was very clean. I was very happy with my pedicure. Unlike other salons, callus removal was included in the price of the pedicure. The massage chairs were clean and comfortable!

I went to this salon since all the reviews on google maps seemed pretty good, I was glad I went! Great place and clean. I left one happy customer and will be going back, its not all that close to where I live but I really dont mind the drive.

I love coming to this little hidden gem. The manicurist takes his time when he does my nails. I always leave happy. I usually get a shellac manicure or a shellac acrylic set and it has never chipped! Been to other places and this has been the best!

When it comes to nail salons, I am extremely picky. I have only found 2 places that do a great job and are consistent. This one being one. Had a gel mani done it looked beautiful. Very great place and very modern!

I have gone to OBI since the early 2000s, I have never had a bad experience and have always been treated warmly. In the past I would get nails with the white powder, but Jenny noticed they were lifting and not lasting as long. She asked about my job and she recommended the pick powder. Wow, what an improvement, her knowledge helped with my nails looking fantastic. The pink powder gives them a nice healthy, warm glow and they are much stronger. I will forever go here for my nails.

I came here for the first time tonight. I was receiving a pedicure.The gentleman who was doing my pedicure was quiet but he did an excellent job.A younger male employee walked in and started speaking to my tech in their language-- no problem for me at all. I was looking at my phone at the time anyway. I happened to look up at him & make eye contact and he blurts out, Oh, were talking funny and you dont like it??? I said, Not at all! and tried to smile at him and he walked away. I was a little flabbergasted. Strange to be a new customer and be treated like that.4 stars for quiet but good tech. 3 stars for awkward, unnecessary interaction.

Very busy nail salon. I have had several technicians take care of my shellac nails and have always been pleased with the service, especially when I have broken or chipped a nail. Prices are reasonable and technicians are friendly. All in all, a nice salon but I think the decor could use some refreshing.

I typically do not post reviews but in this situation, I feel it is necessary. I recently relocated and I am trying to figure out what nail salon I should establish myself with. I visited another in my community this evening and it seemed like a fabulous place. Thus far, I have been completely unhappy with the shops I have visited in the area. One specifically stands out for the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. I have been getting my nails done for 25 consecutive years and I encountered a behavior this evening that truly baffled me as a parent. I went to the OBI Nail Salon in Florence, KY. At the time I did not have a sitter for childcare, so I took my 3-year-old daughter along. This is not the first time I have taken her and normally she behaves well. This evening, she had hard time settling down, but she was watching videos, so she calmed down after a short while. Prior to that she was not listening, and she fell a couple of times, being a “busy body”. Suddenly, a worker appeared and asked her to go sit in a chair. I had reinforced the message, as it was the same thing that I had told her to do previously. I was sitting in the chair prepping for a pedicure and the woman cleaned out a chair and brought it in closer proximately to me, I appreciated that gesture because the baby wanted to be near me. As she brought the chair over, she told my daughter, if she did not sit down, she would “call the police on her”. The lady sitting next to me and I had baffled looks on our faces from her choice of words. She then helped my daughter get in the chair but repeated her statement, “if you don’t sit down, I will call the police”. Now, I had to sit back for a moment and digest her statement, as I felt that was very inappropriate to tell a 3 yrs. old child and she could have said a great deal of other things instead. Along with myself, the lades next to me were extremely shocked at her poor choice of words. The message did not sit well with me; especially after seeing the baby have a confused look on her face. I politely asked her colleague for a towel and proceeded to leave. Prior to departing, the same woman asked me what was wrong by stating “she won’t it still?” I briefly explained that I did not appreciate her choice of words, when she could have selected anything else to say. She doesn’t know the context in which the child identifies with the police, so I left an did not do business there. Driving home, there were a lot of things that ran through my mind, especially her message of promoting the police because a 3yr old misbehaved????? What crime dis she commit???? The police’s mission is to serve and protect; not to threaten a 3-year-old child because she was not listening. I honestly do not fee that I am overreacting to this situation because she would have followed through on her words to call them, I would have called my attorney for fear of feeling unsafe. Considering we were the only other people of color in the shop, was that why she used those words (I do not even speak toward race) but I am truly perplexed as to why she chose to say that to a toddler.????? Honestly, she could have reinforced, listening to the mother or she really didn’t have to say anything to the child at all. I am not sure, if she is a parent but I pray that if someone ever says something to her children out of context; especially in a professional setting, she be mindful of her actions towards mine. Once the statement was made, I did not feel safe (or welcomed) in that environment. Just food for thought!

I’ve been going to OBI since I was in high school 9+ years. Great service and awesome employees! Everyone always makes you feel so welcome! I would recommend them 1000 times to anyone.

Im a creature of habit, and this is definitely my go-to place for a mani-pedi. I usually go in for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The staff takes the time to get to know their customers and the conversation is always entertaining. More importantly, theyve always done a good job. Even though Ive moved out of Florence, I still make time every month to come by -- its definitely worth it.

Love Obi Nails. Its so hard to find a great mani pedi without having to pay a ridiculous price in Florence. Not only is it very very reasonably priced, they do an awesome job and really take their time. They also do your manicure first which I love!

I Love My Nails!! I Went In for A Fill In and Pedi. My Nails were really damaged and the lovely nail tech convinced me to get a full set. I thought I would take forever and hurt. Needless to say it was painless and quick!! They are amazing Im very happy I found this place. My boyfriend got a pedicure as well and he was very pleased. The staff were very nice and the place was very neat and clean. Im from Louisville but the next time Im in Florence I will definitely go back to OBI. I highly recommend this place if your a picky perfectionist like myself💋💋

Wont go anywhere else

Owner did nail, was rude and unprofessional. I got SNS on my nails, the began chipping 2 days later. I came in and he only offered to fix the nails even though the nails would look completely uneven and horrible. Very unhappy with my service, and would absolutely not come back. The prices are not competitive enough for the outdated look of the salon as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY HAVE DISEASES!! Do not believe any of their fake 5 star reviews!! I brought my sweet little niece here for a Mani and Pedi. I thought that because OPI is a classy polish that it would be an upscale place but apparently they cant even be bothered to clean the equipment. She got Cellulitis from the calves down. Poor little thing. Luckily, her moms a nurse and we caught it early. But, they turned what should be a fun thing into a disaster. Wheres the Zero Stars button?

Very nice customer service. They took special care of my 10 year old for her birthday and made pretty designs on her nails that she didnt even ask for. She loved it! We both got mani-pedis with shellac. Its been a few days and Ive been super rough on my nails, and there still look perfect and havent chipped or anything. Well definitely be back!

Got my nails done for graduation and usually the place is fine. Not this time. Technicians were rough during both Mani and pedi and made it seem as if they had better things to do. When I kept speaking up to tell them about the pain I was feeling as they cut too much while doing my cuticles, I was told it was fine. It wasnt fine. I was also chastised for the skin on the side of my fingers being chewed (its a nervous tick, thank you). You used to be my favorite but Im moving on!

Ive been going to this nail salon for years and the service has gone down every year I will no longer go to the storeUpdate I just read my response from the owner and it says something about the pricing and they told me that. I think they have me mixed up with someone else I didn’t go back because the long wait times and the girl that did my nails cut me! Don’t believe all the responses from the owners they’re not true. Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and the lady who was doing her nails was rude and had an attitude about everything she asked for. She even made her nail crooked and when we told her it was crooked she said oh it no crooked until we finally got her to realize the nail wasnt straight. I will NEVER be returning to this UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon ever again. GO TO VIVID NAILS INSTEAD THEY DONT UPCHARGE YOU FOR EVERY REQUEST.
