I have been coming to sky nail for over 10years now. I would recommend not going anywhere else. Unfortunately they are busy for reason of being the best.Here is my amethyst crystal vibez nails. Custom request I had made. They will do anything you want to the best of their ability, be it long tricked out nails or natural style. They have SNs and that really lasts the longest but anything they do lasts for me because they take care and do it well.I have been to other places and it didnt ever compare, on quality or care and one place even cut me with the tools and then laughed about it. Ill never be going anywhere else unless Im out of town.

Had a great time at this nail salon.. Frankie is my favorite he did such a good job on my nails and was really funny. 10/10 am going again.

Really liked this place! Since it was my first pedi of the season, i opted for the Deluxe pedi. It was wonderful!!! Loved the massage chairtoo. But dont expect to get in and out quickly. The Deluxe pedi took about 2 hours. No complaints from me. I needed to relax and have some down time with my friend. We will be back!

I’ve been to sky nails a few times and the customer service is always great, the quality not so much. I had the pedicure that was $65 which was amazing I loved it and polish turned out great. My shellac polished full set not so much the acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail on almost every fingers and when the black shellac polish was to runny the owner used regular black polish and then just put shellac top coat on although she herself was very nice I will not be back to have acrylics put on here . It total it cost me $110 not including the tip I left since my pedicure was great.

Everyone is friendly and wonderful! Only place Ill go for great pedicure. Ive been coming for about a year and never had a bad experience

The owner Eli is very kind and friendly. She did my first mani with the SNS powder and at first, I was a bit skeptical but after 3 weeks, they still looked great. Too bad my nails grew lol. Bee did my pedi and she was funny. The second time around Bryan did both and used OPI which actually turned out even better. I was hella surprised. Plus, my 5 yo loves the Tinker Bell massage chair during her pedis. Definitely my new spot out here since moving from California. One thing though: some ratchet lady left without paying after all the work was done saying she wanted a different shape. I was angry to watch it unfold as the owner was sweet about it. If you go here, show respect and pay what is due. Know what I mean?

I liked being pampered mainly. Its been a llloooonnnng time since I went to get my toes and nails done. The massage chair I think was the best part of the service. I definitely think I will be back

9.9 out of 20⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ive been getting my nails done for years. I am very very picky . They probably sigh when I walk in. But Ive been bouncing around after leaving OBI after years of service trying to get somebody to shape my nails the exact way I want and pay for. And finally I got it! Its exactly what Ive been begging for. They are a few dollars more than my old salon but Ive never in all the years had a technician spend the time they spent. They wasnt rushing to get to the next person. She spent an hour on my nails. I tried the new milkyway line of Polish done with the magnets. They are by far the most beautiful set Ive ever had. They were so stunning that her co workers were taking pictures. They oil treat and cut your cuticles and provide a free moisturizing hand massage before heading out the door. The only critique I have is in regards to the hand lotion . It smelled no awful it was thin and very watered down and left me feeling sticky. My fill in and Polish was 46$ I think they could stand to part ways with Dollar tree quality moisturizer. So I give them a 9.9 outta 10

I called on a Sunday to ask how long the wait was just for a polish. Was told 2 hours. Came up and there were 2 customers in the shop. They guy in front never looked up from the nails he were doing, never greeted me or anything. I HATE giving businesses with horrible customer service my money but has an event and needed polish change. After waiting 20 mins the guy came and told me they aren’t available til 2...it was 11:10am

I have gotten my nails done at many places but I can say sky nails was by far the best!!!! I will be back definitely

Did a great job. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it exactly how I wanted them. Great service. We got in and out very quickly. And nails look great.

The staff was nice and the guy who did my nails the first time was great but the lady did my nails this past time and she doesn’t shape your nails the way you want she does them the way she prefers and unless you tell her to do something different she won’t and she isn’t very good at stiletto shaped nails mine are almost all crooked and she applies the gel way too thick making it bubble and you can see how thick it is when you look at the nails from the side. Would’ve been one star if not for the nice man who did my nails the first time I went.

I have been going here for months and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is always great my nails are always beautiful and the employees are awesome. Always treated very well and happy when I leave.

I struggled to find a good nail salon for years now and this place has definitely stole my heart. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming and no matter who you go to, your nails will always look good and I love that!

Ryan is your man here! He does a fabulous pink & white! Also, he did exactly what I wanted and never complained! He is also very personable and sweet. A friend of mine recommended him and Im so glad she did!. He had gone out of the country for a month and I had to go somewhere else and it was awful! I have to say, he was missed!

I came here with my friends to get a full set SNS and a pedicure and was not happy at all. The first time my nails were done sloppy so I went back to have them fixed and the lady wanted to argue with me and make things difficult until she finally made someone else redo my entire nails. The second time wasn’t any better than the first; my nails were like press on nails. My friends nails weren’t any better they looked like bubble nails & done poorly. Was a big waste of money and time. Toe polish chipped off within 24 hours and I didn’t even feel like going back to deal with them again for a 3rd time. Definitely don’t recommend!!!

Didn’t have an overall good experience at this place. The girl who did my nails was pretty rough and kept nicking me (even made me bleed once) and I told her multiple times it hurt and she didn’t try to be any more gentle. She didn’t even use a duster to brush loose powder but actually blew on my nails a couple times which I thought was unprofessional. There were snacks and drinks on table right next to me and just looked kind of dirty. My nails look ok but certain spots are bumpy and not very neat. I won’t be going back.

Beware the massage chair...My daughter and I went there for my birthday to get pedis. Got in right away. The pedis were fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive. However, unless you need your anal glands expressed, I suggest you ask them how to operate the massage chair. The seat of the chairs have rollers that massage your whole back as well as your legs. Nice. Only problem is theres a roller in the center of the seat that surprisingly violates your butt, after the side rollers squeeze your legs into place. I was frantically pressing buttons on the controller but couldnt make it stop. The tech asked me what was wrong and all I could say was, This chair is probing me!! My daughter was laughing so hard she was crying. Her tech said, Its your birthday surprise.

Went there and they were nice but i told them I wanted the 35 dollar pedi and was charged 40. Worst French manicure I have ever gotten or seen on anyone. Very rushed and a horrible job.

Had a relaxing experience but the fact is that the nail places here in Florence including this place are way overpriced. I paid $35 for a French pedi, in FL I was paying $25 for the same thing. The experience is pleasant but for what they charge they dont spend enough time on you and the quality of the pedi is not great. My friend paid $45 for a spa pedicure yesterday and it didnt even last 24 hours before chipping! When I called they said they could fix it but when I told them my friend is leaving today they didnt even offer a partial refund so she could get it fixed back at home. Dissapointed. Anyone can recommend a better place?

I would give it NO STARS if I could!!! I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life!!!!!!!!!! I got my mani and pedi done there before going on vacation. On the third day, while on vacation, my entire shellac manicure started peeling off completely. By the end of the day I was left with nothing but my natural nails. I called the manager that day because I couldnt believe what had just happened, after paying for my services. He told me to come back after my vacation and they will fix it( no apologies whatsoever..) Wanting to get what I originally paid for, I went back the week after coming from vacation. Upon entering the salon, i told the woman closer to the front desk that I wanted to talk to David( the person with whom I talked on the phone while on vacation). She seemed to had known the situation and extremelly rude told me you should come back the day after, not wait a week! I was in shock!! I told her I was on vacation when that had happened. She proceeds to tell me go find him! ( David) At this point I was in disbelief of the rudeness of this person!!! Just to later find out, she is the wife of the owner, David! She starts talking in her native language to David and all of her workers, making me feel like the smallest person on earth, when it wasnt even my fault at all! David sends me to a different nail technician who chooses the wrong/ different color of what I told her I wanted( at this point I was so disgusted by this place that I just wanted to run the heck out of there!!) I never write bad reviews, but I was so upset by this incident, that my husband insisted I should make people aware of this very unprofessional place. My husband is a business owner and he was extremely upset by the way these people are treating their customers and how they conduct their business!! It was my first time getting my nails done at this place and will never EVER get back!!!!!

I went on New Years Eve for a fill in because they were only place close that was open. Long story short i didnt wait long but while I was there the Nail Techs and clients made me feel like Family and informed me about SNS which is better and healthier formy nails. So I L💗VE this Nail Salon 💅 ! Looks like i found my Nail Salon 💅💗😍Thanks for taking care of me and making me feel like family 😘!

Had the sns nails done and wanted them short and the lady said no they look better long so here I am back in 1 week later to have them cut down and my top gel coat she chipped and didnt fix then charged me $5 to have them cut down! Not happy and wouldnt recommend this place!!

Was charged 70.00 for a new set. It was a hack job!!!! Uneven filing, paint, shape. Will never go back or recommend.

I went to Sky Nails today because G Nails was closed. There is no music and one t.v. that sits very high and is impossible to read the captions. My nail artist was nice but did not spend the quality time I get at G Nails in Florence or Sno Nails in Fairfield, OH. She was very quick and I could tell she just wanted to be done. She was very messy as well and I have nail polish all over on the sides of my nails. She also let me leave after only 5 minutes under the dryer and just simply told me to be careful, they were still wet. Thus the inevitable happened and my nails have several dings and marks from the children when I got home. Sky nails also did not offer me gel nails which I always get so now I have pink and clear nails under my nail polish when they should be all pink because of the gel I need since I work in water all day long. Even though I decline every time I am offered, Sky nails did not offer me any water or soda, in fact, they charge you $1 for a soda! If you live in Florence I would highly suggest going to G nails or even better, if you are in the area- I would recommend Sno Nails in Fairfield Ohio even more.
