My wife was in Florence on business and I had a little time to waste. I had her drop me off at Sport Clips and got lined up before my little league football game the next day. Great atmosphere! The women who were there cutting hair that day were all kind and helpful. They ran through customers in a timely manner and everyone I noticed had a real good clean cut. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to anyone in the area to check this place out!!

I have never had Sports clips cut my hair. I guess I may never know the quality of services they provide. I needed a haircut today and I searched online and their name appeared and I gave them a phone call to confirm their hours and to confirm their services they offer. I was greeted by a friendly lady on the phone and that was a very nice experience . They told me that they do walk in service and that I could also be put on the waiting list . The waiting list could only be 30 minutes before arrival. I agreed with being put on the list. I arrived and saw my name on the screen ! I thought that was pretty clever. Nice touch. They said they would be right with me as they cashed another patron out. They asked my name and I confirmed with them. Then I sat... And sat. Two other people came in WITHOUT having their name on the list . They happily served them when they just walked in. But they were really nice when they told me they would be right with me. I dont usually have to go this conclusion but maybe just maybe this is a whites welcome establishment. Maybe the owner will have a response. I even received a message that they cancelled my appointment because I didnt arrive on time. I find that odd because I was sitting in the lobby.

I miss going to this place when the stylists actually enjoyed their job. I pulled up in the parking lot and as I am walking to the door with my daughter they decided to put up a sign that said due to short staff, we are not accepting any more walk ins I thought that was extremely rude of them. I would rather give my money to someone who actually appreciates their customers and doesnt use a sign as an excuse for laziness. I guess this is the new the shake machine is broken If I could Id rate 0 stars.

They were great. My 6-year-old son and I walked in without making an appointment. She gave him a new look that he loves. And she gave my style a big boost. And taking my son to the barbershop... For me will always be time well spent together.

They did a pretty good job. My boys are ready for school. $17 per kid cuts only

Never had a bad experience till today. My daughters hair is uneven and was cut way shorter. I just suggest making sure you get the right stylist. Im gonna start remembering their names. Been going there for 2 years and this was the only bad haircut, so we will go back.

The first time I went tbe girl done a great job. I didnt have much cash on me so I told her I would bring her a tip back and I did. The second and will be the last I got the same person to cut it and 2 days later went out with out my hat on and my friends were laughing and saying who chopped up your hair. Well I can se it now. Ridiculous!! Never going back!!!!!

The staff here is extremely friendly and talented. They make you feel like youre the only person that matters; even when theres a long line of people waiting. The worst part about getting my haircut has always been the awkward small talk. The stylists here engage in a real conversation; not awkward in the least. Also, if youre on the fence, get the MVP you wont regret it.

Best haircut that Ive paid for in years! This was my first visit to Sport Clips and I must say, it wont be my last! Laid back, friendly atmosphere. The young lady, Lisa, took care of me that day and I must say that she was great in everything she did from my cut to my massage, which that part in itself was a sweet surprise that I didnt really realize was offered at first. Hadnt had a cut in about 3 months or better and was looking pretty shaggy. She asked me how I wanted my cut, we talked it over and she did her magic on me. Great gal! And all for a very affordable price. Yeah, Ill be back again someday.

Im giving this place 2 stars because I was allowed to leave looking like a bowl was used to cut my hair. I also had multiple lengths that didnt match. I went in the next day and had to have most of my hair cut off to fix it. I went in with longer hair and came out like I was in the military, again. Although I was compensated, it was a bad experience that Ill be cautious of; if I go back. They get the second star because of how nice they were about it and Summer saved the trash-cut I had. I guess its hard to scissor-cut hair and they just like to use clippers.

Literally had The worst experience ever, The day manager brittney is the most rude horrible person I’ve ever met, she has no concept judging talented barbers, the hair cut I got was the absolute worst haircut in nearly 35 years, the woman who cut my hair had to be on drugs or drunk. Prbly in bathroom smoking bathsalts. I cannot understand how anyone would Hire such a incapable person for a job. Literally had the IQ level of a dead rodent. N the night manager recommended her as she is brushing day old cheese crumbs from her shirt. Totally disgusted do no go here, they are liars who will take your money then stand behind the horrible people n say they can cut hair. Brittney is a liar and cheat. No not go there!!!!

Was skeptical at first. Boy was I wrong. I have never felt so important and deserving of such great treatment. Gave a short description of what I wanted after years of not getting my hair cut and my stylist went above and beyond. You have to stop in and see Lisa. She is amazing and is the reason for five stars. I will never be getting my hair cut anywhere else again as long as she is a part of sports clips team. Wonderful exsperiance

Will not be going back to this place was in the chair for an hour and a half. Asked for a scissor cut and didnt get what i asked for. Watch who you let cut youre hair. Because some of those ladies dont know how to take care of certain colors. ...dont late the black girls cut your hair up there

I went into the Florence, AL location on Sat morning Aug 10th. I checked in and was next in line. This was around 09:50 am. I was never spoken to. After I arrived about 6 more people came in. I sat there next in line and waited patiently. One of the three girls doing cuts finished the cut she was on and disappeared to the back. I continued to wait another 15 minutes and got no response from anyone as to who was next or an apology for the delay. I got up and left. I don’t live in the area but if I did and this is how the service always is then I would not be going back!!

I usually visit one of three barbers in the area, but had a coupon so Id thought I try out Sport Clips. They have a nice shop with a good atmosphere. They had some basketball on to watch while I waited. Didnt wait too long, and the employee was friendly and courteous. Overall, I was satisfied with the haircut I got, and was pleased with the service. Not a lot of upselling products there either. The stylist even gave me a quick rundown on styling my hair, which was nice. All in all, the prices were inline with the area, but still on the high side.

I will not be going back to sports clips. The atmosphere is very cold and not inviting at all. I was greeted by a computer...not a human. The provider did not engage with me at all with small talk or anything at all. There was just a ridiculous tv screen right in my face. The provider had the sniffles...I have NO problem with this since there is a lot of pollen in the air. What I do not appreciate at all is that the provider sneezed into their hand right in front of me. The provider then put their hands right on my hair. There was hand sanitizer right there on the counter.Cold and mechanical atmosphere.Unsanitary.Stay away.
