Please do not come here. My spouse went to sports clips as a last minute thing and came back looking like Alfalfa. Its very obvious that the stylist who cut his hair either wasnt paying attention or just didnt care.He gets his military ID picture updated today and were going to have this haircut memorialized for a while.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Every time I come up here there’s a completely different staff. Most of the barbers here can’t fade hair at all. Wait times are absurd

Fast, convenient, & always a pleasurable experience. Stylists always know when to talk with you, and when to get you in & out. Go for the MVP. The shampoo & scalp massage always uplift spirits & melt the days stress away. 10/10

I went in and there were people waiting to be seen. I asked how long of a wait and all I got was not long. All she wanted was my info to check me in. I asked again after giving her what she wanted and again I get not long. I come back outside and go online and it says they have reached the maximum limit on their waiting list. I’m guessing not long was going to be awhile.When someone refuses to answer a valid question with an honest answer, RUN! I did.

I took my son here Monday for the first time. He didnt have to wait long. I showed the lady a picture of what he wanted and she done a great job. He like it and said he wants to come back everytime

After waiting for nearly 3 weeks for my usual barber and him never being available (Always sick) I decided that I couldnt wait any longer. So I went to sports clips and I cant tell the difference from my usual barber and Angie. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back to see her and the rest of the team for now on!

This place is straight garbage, do not go here unless youre trying look like youre about to sign the declaration of independence. Id rather eat Arbys than go here.

My hair was about 4 in long and I went in and asked for a trim. The lady who cut my hair proceeded to give me a buzz cut, leaving about a half inch of hair all over my head. I even use my fingers at the beginning to show her that I wanted a quarter inch taken off everywhere. Not to mention the clipper she used on my neck put about 15 cuts in it. Never again

I visited during the covid pandemic. I have several health issues which prevent me from wearing a mask, I do have a letter from my doctor. When I entered, I had my service dog, the manager asked me correctly if she was a service dog, which I appreciated. She was also accommodating when it came to my medical issues and inability to wear a mask. She did ask me to wait outside until she was ready for me, which I was fine with. Polena was very nice and professional and understanding, as were the rest of the employees. I truly appreciated their kindness.

I usually go to local barbershops but came here because my friend gave me a “send a buddy card” that gets you a free haircut. I showed her what kind of haircut I wanted based on the previous haircut pictures I’ve taken. The haircut turned out to be awful, nothing like I requested. Another customer when I was there had to get taken back for additional haircut after getting shampooed. When it came time to pay, I gave her the referral card and she had no idea what was going on. Initially, she said that it is only for a free shampoo when the card explicitly states free men’s or boys haircut. She calls the manager and she tells me they haven’t done it in over 2 years. The friend that gave me the card got his haircut last week. I wanted to ask for a refund but it was pretty clear that none of these folks had any idea what was going on and I would’ve wasted my time.Bottom line, don’t waste your time here.

My first time visiting Sports Clips and I WAS IMPRESSED!! Felicia took real good care of me and did an outstanding job. For being a first timer, she introduced me to M-V-P treatment (which I will using). Its beyond awesome! Will be back!!

I really enjoy getting a nice haircut, but especially love the shampoo while in the massaging chair. The shampoo has ingredients that make a pleasant tingling to your scalp. I would give them a 5 star rating, but the MVP cost is $25, which is a bit expensive, although I do buy a discounted 6 visit coupon that saves me some money.

Haircut was great looking when she was done and fast as well. And Imma come back just to get one of those massages, she spent a good 20 minutes massaging my shoulders up to the top of my head. Well done Sport Clips, well done.

I take my boys (ages 5 and 18 months) to get their hair cut here and I cannot say enough how great the staff is. Becky does an awesome job with them and all the other women are super helpful. They joke around with the kids to make them feel comfortable and really help each other out. It really is a very friendly place. And most importantly my boys hair always looks perfect!

I told them just a little off the top, and showed a picture, I ended up with whatever they wanted to give me. They were supposed to take an inch off the top, they took 4, its going to take a while to grow back. This is the second (youll get what you get) mess up out of 2 visits, no more for me.

Both my sons and husband like goining here for their hair cuts. Shop is always clean and staff is very friendly. Like that you can call ahead to get your name on the daily appointment schedule.

Ive always had good service from the stylists here. The online check-in has made it even more convenient to get a haircut if your pressed for time or busy with errands. Its always clean and the TVs just add to the enjoyment. I have connections to a few of the stylists and have been a loyal customer of theirs when they were at another place so it only made sense to go where they went and its been a good decision.

Summer gave me a great haircut! She was friendly and there was no waiting. Ill definitely be coming back and asking for Summer!

Been 4 times and I havent liked it. They dont listen and every time I leave theyve cut my hair uneven in a spot I dont notice until later on. This past time a girl dug so hard with the electric clippers it shaved the hair almost off in a small spot above my ear. This cant be adjusted unless its shaved and if I wanted to do that I would have myself. I will not be back. I returned hoping the poor service of the girls prior was perhaps an oversight, I was wrong. Lesson learned.

If negative stars was possible thats what I would give. A medium fade does not mean a one guard to the top of my head on one side and a medium fade on the other. I will never go back. I gave them a few chances but this was the last time.

Son always got a Faux Hawk....until one lady decided to do a #3 guard buzz cut. Never again.
