DAMN PAM!!!I came in with really fried bleached hair, my hair texture was dry and Brittle. I knew I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin, knowing hair is the most important in a women’s body to make us feel confident 😍 Pam made a special formula for my hair to be alive and flowing again!!! We chopped my hair off and she picked the best curl cream for me!I came from out of town. I just took my niece there to get her hair colored for the first time. Stephanie was our stylist and she did the most amazing job! She was just so great with my niece - talking with her the whole time. She did a big reveal when she was finished and I think my nieces reaction said it all. I went in on a spur of the moment and was fortunate enough to get Pam. She listened to me and gave me honest feedback about what would and wouldnt work with my hair and what to expect during my growing out process. She gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten anywhere. If I didnt live so far away she would most definitely be my permanent stylist. Very down to earth and make you feel like an old friend.

As most women know, my life problems were solved with a new do. Seriously, I saw Stephanie and she made my hair beautiful. The highlights were exactly as I hoped they would be.

So I never been here before. But my sister apparently goes all the time so I was just there with her. However, the lady was really nice and thank goodness a pro at what she does. She say my sister down and she was done in seconds, shaping my sisters eyebrows. My sister always walks away satisfied. So I guess I would recommend her if you want some nice thin eyebrows on your forehead. Yet, Ill keep my nice thick eyebrows. The process looked painful though my sister didnt look like she was in pain. Yet, it doesnt seem like a good idea to pull at my hair with thread. It was cheap also.

My husbands hair stylist is Stephanie and she does a great job on his hair. Hes satisfied and that makes me satisfied. God bless

I am a regular here from the past 2 years. The girls are really good at their work be it cut or colour. I have never been harmed till now. Just dont get appointments when required.

Im new to the state and was referred to a gal here. Had 2 appointments: the first was canceled on my way in due to her being late that morning. The 2nd time I waa actually there waiting: she calls after my appointment time to say shes going to be 20 mins late. I walked out. Who does this with a new client? Someone who doesnt care about growing a clientele. I would not recommend or go there again. And this is my 2nd location to try....Regis is going down hill fast. Disappointed.

My stylist does an awesome job on my hair I dont go anywhere else now

I went to Regis salon on Saturday to have my hair shaved. It was falling out in clumps due to brain radiation. The sweet young lady that did it ask my story and cried with me. Then they wouldn’t charge me for it, which was precious. They were professional and sweet as could be. I give them 10 STARS!?!!!!

First time here at Regis and my stylist Stephanie did a absolute wonderful job. Believe me my hair needed some work. The price was reasonable and I would recommend!!

Botched haircut from girl who cut mine, no matter where u go its the individual cutting your hair that decides the outcome but Ill stick to cheaper places who dont sneak up charges for the shampoo and blow-dry, also a licensed Cosmo in other state so I give chances. Def not this place anymore

Ive went there 3 times. Before 8pm everytime I try to get my hair cut they say their booked. Tonight I sat in the lobby and didnt see one person come in for the next 40 minutes. Im a guy. It would only take 10 minutes to cut my hair. They just clean up early so they can leave right at 9pm

3 stylists 2 sitting doing nothing. Walked in for a simple mens haircut, and they said they were booked 20 min later they are still sitting doing nothing....not good customer service at all...

Came in shortly after 5PM, 2 employees working (doing nothing) with no other customers in the store. Said they were done with appointments for the day but they dont close until 6PM. Walk by 20 minutes later after going to GNC, still 2 employees with no customers doing nothing.

First visit 5 stars, tried to schedule a return visit - called two weeks straight no one answers phone, no voicemail. Must cater to walk ins only.

Went in for highlight and lowlights on long, curly hair. I had Bethany as my stylist. Bethany was extremely detailed and knowledgeable in her craft. She is a Mastercolorist and an asset to the Regis team. Prices are comparable to other salons in the Florence, Ky. area.

Absolutely terrible! went in at 7:50 on a saturday and they close at 9:30. said they only have one stylist and she wasn’t taking anymore appointments today. they are still open for another hour and 40 minutes! would not recommend at all 👎

I went in for a regular men’s haircut which is $26 and the girl was nice but she didn’t even line o the front of my hair. And she didn’t even blend it in the way I wanted it to. And she left it wet. I was very unhappy with my visit there. And she was rushing for another girl who had an appointment so she barely even tried. I just know I will not be going there again. Now I have to pay another $15 just to fix what she didn’t cut. Smh

I liked my hair at first sight but once I got home I hated it..the color lasted a week if that. And the cut was all wrong. I paid alot of money and tipped very well. Im very unhappy with my experience at regis florence mall

Had my hair highlighted & had to return 2 days later for them to fix it . All young girls working in there & too much party planning going on not enough attention on what theyre doing plus turning down customers an hour before close when they are all just SITTING THERE DOING NOTHING
