My barber is Joe Bias and he always keep me clean. Everyone love his work as well myself. Recommend everyone to visit this shop. The other barbers are clean as well I recommend them as well.

It was my sons and I first time at this barber shop today. We have been to other that were not so welcoming. We walked In took a number, Long wait without an appointment but well worth it. They were very busy and apologized for the wait and being short staff. The environment was great. They made you feel welcomed. My son said he really liked it and we will be back.

I got a hair cut there today and asked for a taper and did not get what I asked for. My curly hair was cut and bow the curls are not showing and it’s ruined. 35$ for a hair cute that was not what I asked for and ruined my head🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

My boyfriend recently moved to Kentucky and was a week away from starting a new job. Naturally we started looking for barbers in the area to give him a haircut beforehand. We found this business and it had great reviews so I booked him a haircut. When he left not only was the haircut completely different than what he went in for- but a day or two after his appointment he broke out in a rash around his scalp. The rash of worsened over the course of a week and he ended up having to use antibacterial soap to clear it. He had been using no new products or anything. So it’s very clear the rash came from this barber and the tools he used were not clean. Definitely not a good experience.

I’ve been coming to Dream Team since they opened at there first location on Turfway and I can’t be more thankful to George and Luis. We have 4 boys and they have always given them what they wanted, my boys refuse to go anywhere else . If youve got time to wait, this place is definitely worth it. The price is amazing for the work they do. After a move to Florence, I needed to find a new barber. Two weeks ago I did a quick search in the area, up to 15 miles. Out of the crowd, this is the business I went with. I was not disappointed.My barber was Joe. Great guy. Friendly to talk to. He was entirely professional and knew the trade well. Hes got steady hands which worked well with the straight razor he used. I didnt feel uneasy at all while he was lining up my beard.I didnt know exactly what I wanted as far as a haircut goes. I asked Joe if he had any recommendations. After a moment of looking at my hair, he gave me a few suggestions of what he would recommend that I choose. We discussed some modifications and I told him that I trusted his judgement and to go with what he believes is best based on his experience. Once again, I was not disappointed.These guys know what theyre doing.Overall, this business definitely gets four stars. Why four instead of five you might ask? The only downside about this place at all is the wait time but I would gladly wait over an hour again just to do business here. Ill definitely be going again. Well worth it.

This place is always behind on your appts. And their people always have attitude. Super poor attitudes. This was my 10th hair cut and last. I tried many times to look past it. TodY I scheduled an appt. needed to move it up. And I couldn’t so I grabbed a number. and then they told me I couldn’t go in the spot of my number because I had an appointment. I offered to even pay the guy the extra 10 bucks that I made the appt with. Trash service. Poor attitudes. It’s obvious reasons why everyone I talk to said they came once and Are never going back.

Made an appointment for 12:30pm, waited til about 1pm. I’m not paying $10 extra dollars for an appointment not to get cut on time. Left to go to another barbershop. They probably do give good cuts but Time management was piss poor in my experience.

Hands down the best barber shop in florence. Always plenty of barbers and you have the option of making an appointment to skip waiting. The owner is personable and speaks with everyone. Clean and comfortable and they all do a great job.

Honestly, great hair cut! The main reason I am giving this 3 stars is because they charge $10 extra when you book ahead of time. This is incredibly annoying. Why do you punish someone for basically guaranteeing business? I get that that they get a ton of walk in business and only charge $25 (there was a line 30 people deep waiting for an appointment) but the hair cut wouldn’t be worth $30 (after tip) to sit and wait for potentially 2 hours.

Came in twice in a 3 day span and was barely greeted when i came in. Sat down and watch customer after customer get their haircut, then watch barber after barber leave without making sure the customers were good. No one knew who was getting their haircut or really wanted to cut anyone’s hair by that time. Definitely not going back

If you aint getting your haircut here, youre wrong and you dont know what youve been missing. So just walk on in if you need to grab a number and wait a few minutes, then sit and wait because the art work theyre creating takes time and it well worth the wait.

Our first experience with the dream team was exceptional. We had Rafael Mercedes as my son’s barber. He was fantastic and actually gave him his first shave! Today we went for the second time for a haircut for my son and the barber we had, whom I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, all he did was text on his phone, my son was secondary. I’m giving three stars on this review because the first time was exceptional but this time made me not want to go back. Not enough personal attention from this barber. He also charged $25 instead of the normal $20. We will not be back.

Ive lived up here for almost four years now and the only person I let cut my hair is Goerge. Hes been cutting my hair for years now and hes more than just my barber hes my friend. Everyone else is good to. Its not possible to go in there and leave with a bad haircut. This barbershop and my wife is the main reason Ill never move back home.

First time customer. Just got my usual Medium fade. I will say, I’ve been getting the haircut ever since I was in the marines and that dude josh (17) did a hell of a job. Even was at work on his day off and still showed out cutting my hair. Thanks guys. I’ll be back. How do I find out when josh will be there to go for round 2?

UPDATE: I met with the owner who took responsibility, apologized, and said he would address the issues. He gave me the haircut I initially asked at no additional charge and did an amazing job at it! He certainly knew his way around a straight razor. Love the fact there is a free pool table for use while you wait.UPDATE: In response to the owners comments I will be reaching out to him tomorrow morning and attempting to set a meeting as per his request and address his comments. I will let everyone know how it goes.The haircut was not what I asked for. I waited for about an 1.5hrs while watching 3 people who came in after me be seated before me; 2x by the ex-marine in the back corner. The two Mexican barbers refused to speak with the only female barber. It is cash only and my barber couldnt make proper change. A $28 haircut cost $2 atm fee+$7 tip (didnt want to give $2 so couldnt tip my usual $5)= $37 trip for a low fade when I asked for a high fade. When mentioned was told Id be back soon.

I bring my 9 year old son here for his cuts, its the only place he likes to go. The guys are all ridiculously nice (every time a barber comes in they shake hands with every other barber already there! Not sure why but I freaking love that), they have high energy and are always laughing and cracking jokes. Its a great upbeat place to go! Not to mention we have NEVER had a bad cut. The first time we came in my son wanted a superman logo, the guy had to pull his phone out and held it on my sons head while doing the logo. The wait can be long but you can leave and come back with your number, and trust me, its worth the wait to see that smile on my kids face! I highly recommend anyone at Dream Team!

I normally have only had great cuts from this barber shop, but this time I recieved a long wait and a terrible cut. The cut was uneven and not what I had requested. Now the left half of my head is very short and other side is very long. It looks wierd and I have had people looking at me oddly. I will be paying another barber to attempt to fix it.

Best barber shop Ive been to. Owners are very professional, and the other barbers are friendly and funny. There is a real since of loyalty by the customer base. U will have to wait tho so if u are in a hurry, u may want to back at another time or day...they are open Sundays till 1pm which is helpful!

My 3 yr old got his first hard part here. The lady did amazing. She rules her chair with an iron fist and my son knew it! He fallowed her every command. This was my first time and will not be my last. Word of the wise either get there early, go on a week day and prepare to wait bc they take their time on EACH client and they make sure every hair cut is done perfectly. Its worth the wait!

I have only taken my sons here a few times (it is a little out of the way for us). Overall we have been very pleased with the service here until today. Because of the long wait times, I made 3 appointments online. No where online does it say that there will be an extra $10 charge for making an appointment. Apparently there is a sign hanging in the shop, which you see only AFTER you make the appointment. Needless to say we just spent $100 on 3 haircuts, not including the tips. To make matters worse, my best friend takes her son there. Her son was in the chair before my youngest. She was not charged the $10 convenience fee and she also had an appointment. My son also only has half of a head to cut because he keeps the top long and in a ponytail. So why were we charge more for less work by the same barber?Needless to say my oldest just texted me as they are on their was home from this shop and said that he is NEVER going back there. That they messed up his hair and cut it all off. I will never take my sons back here again.

My first time here was awesome my barber listened to what I wanted and executed the hair cut he but my beard as well and was well worth the $28 I paid plus the $10 tipThe second time around I got a young lady and I felt super rushed and she didn’t really do what I wanted. I asked her for a fade and she just gave me a weak trim. I asked her to fix it and it seamed fine. Looking at it in the dim lighting I though it’d look nice.When I got home o basically had to trim the side of my heads and she my beard and mustacheI’m not sure if I i would go back. Well to that lady.The only critiques I have to the shop it’s self is maybe getting a third party to do your bookings like an app called “booksy” and dusting the place up
