Sports Clips is my place of choice if you want to get pampered a bit. If you dont mind paying a little more, try the MVP. I love the hot towel treatment and the shampoo and head massage. And I want to give a shout out to KARRA. She rates a 10+ in personality and service. It is relaxing getting the MVP. And my wife loves the scent from the gel in my hair.

Checked in online. Noted a 9 minute wait. Arrived and that suddenly jumped up to a 25 minute wait. Maybe it’s because both stylists were standing around on their phone in the back? Will not be returning. As poorly run as this place is with scheduling and professionalism, I wouldn’t risk them with my hair.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go to for haircuts. I only really go because of the MVP upgrade with a hot towel treatment. It makes me feel like a million bucks, and promotes good hair health. 1000% reccommend giving these guys a shot if you dont have a barber.

Very fast, excellent attention, very good haircut

I am in retail and of course we have to wear masks while working with the public. Not a problem. However, making people wear masks to come to your establishment is NOT a law. I was informed that I, along with my son must wear one. My son who has asthma cannot breathe well at all if made to wear a mask. So needless to say we walked out. I am also a $10 tipper as I was in the tipping business for a huge part of my life. We will never go back to this establishment again. You have lost a customer and I will share my experience with everyone I know. Word of mouth can be your best networking system or your worst. In this case it will be your worst. It also seems that the owners do not care about bad reviews as they give the same response to all bad reviews. I stead of addressing the problem they give the same general response. Highly unprofessional!!!! I will let everyone I know and do business with that this is not the place to go.

Made a appointment on line then got there 10 minutes early then had to wait 45 minutes after for my son to get his hair cut and then she messed up up on the back and sides

Just went in today to get my standard cut unfortunately my stylist cut my hair a little too short I guess ill just have to explain better next time.

Great things to say about this location! Jade was always great. The store manager Kara does an awesome job and doesnt nit pick you about your life details while in the chair. Simple smile, cut n go! I love all the women in this place. They do great and look beautiful doing it. Highly reccomend to anyone searching for a clean cut look provided by clean people!

I always go to sports clips for haircuts but will never go to this location again. The lady night manager cut my hair and she was more worried about closing up the shop to leave then giving me a good haircut. I have a really simple haircut so I have no idea how she messed it up so bad. One of the worst haircuts of my life. I’m probably going to have to get a buzz cut to fix it.

My husband enjoyed his special treatment for a few, had a free first time hair cut. He loved the lady who cut his hair, very nice. He enjoyed the hair wash, hot towel on the face and little massage too. Hes just disappointed how expensive it is.

I arrived 35 minutes before closing to grab a quick cut, not only one but two workers are sitting in a chair doing nothing, another cutting a customers hair and stated they aren’t accepting any more customers for the evening...? When online it clearly states they are accepting walk-ins. How can you run a business like that? Terrible. Won’t be returning to that location again.

My husband comes here all the time for his haircut. His hairdresser has become like our own family! Angela is the sweetest person, and also a beast with some clippers! He is a very VERY picky person when it comes to his haircuts and Angela and a couple other girls here are the only ones he trusts with his hair. Its always clean here and smells very nice, always playing some sports on the TV, and you wont be waiting longer than 30 mins for a walk in, or about an hour if you wait for a specific person (if they have a decent line ahead of you). They really know what theyre doing here and we highly recommend it.

Any time past Sunday at 2:00, be prepared to wait at least an hour, which is understandable for a busy weekend. Getting skipped over twice and realized they have moved onto a new sign-in sheet was extremely unprofessional. Maybe late summer 2017 will be better for this specific store.

Only place I can find that is able to cut thick hair like mine and give me a nice clean even cut every time. Their MVP service is also worth the money as they really go the extra mile to make you feel good!

This poorly run place apparently closes at 4:50, not 5! JUST A FYI.Pathetic.

I arrived at about 4:49pm on sunday to get a haircut, and was basically told, Sorry guy, we are closing soon. Youll have to come back. I would be understanding if they werent just standing there messing about. They werent doing anything and my haircut wouldve taken 10 minutes. To deny someone service just because you are close to closing is very rude.

Staff are always friendly and keep clients moving. This location is often busy but the wait is usually kept under 30 minutes. Have had only had a few issues with messy haircuts but staff is willing to work with clients on what exactly they want.

Me and my son went for haircuts he was called back then 6 people went 30 minutes later the woman calls my name my son has already finished and is sitting with me and she says its my turn but then she says to the only other person in there now if he had signed in he said he tried but couldnt get in so she tells me he was there first and takes him back. So I had enough and left with no cut. Thanks sports clips. Made my day NOT.

Worst experience ever took my boys there normally they love getting hair cuts Tara was extremely rude and hateful toward them basically yanking my sons head around which is weird cause he always sits still.... messed his hair up being belief he didnt even want to go to his first day of school because of this... Stylist did not follow instructions she was given. When brought up to the manager the manager stated that some people like it that way. When asked for a refund the manager did not have the authority to do so and had to call her manager.

Went in and registered. Watch 45 min count down on the timer beside my name. 10 minutes later someone walked in the door where we sat and waited together for another 5 minutes. And when the stylist finally came back I looked up to the screen only to see another 45 minute count down as the new guy took a chair with her.
