One of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. They didn’t rush to get me off the chair, the barber took his time and did a great job. Hot towel at the end also, which I always love. This place is my new go-to!

My Favorite Best Barbershop, Alway Clean, Classic, And People there are real professionals, I will recommend everybody to go to that barbershop shop, And my man Phil be fixing my hair up, and he also know how to deal with little kids while cutting they hair, my son is 4 year old and he does a real good job, So yes I will gave this place 5 Star .

Stumbled across this place a few months back on a walk-in, they were booked but were going to try to work my son in. We had time limits so went elsewhere but that attitude made me think of them when I needed to get a haircut and beard trim. I called and luck had it that a new barber started and they could get me in immediately.I went in and talked with them and the place is great! The atmosphere is great, the employees are nice, I loved the decoration. Im very happy with the cut and beard trim and the price was great. This place is an easy recommendation and Ill be back with my kids.

My experience at Nells Barbershop reminded me of what it was like fifty years ago to get not only a haircut, but the attention to detail and time spent doing an excellent job. All the things barbers used to do, they do today. I am all in for supporting local businesses, where you talk with the people who actuality control the business. This shop was an excellent find on the internet. Yep, I will be a returning customer!

Darnell is a super stand up guy aside from being the best barber in Florence! I travel to his shop from Cincinnati & its worth the 25 minute drive. He always takes care of me and does the job right. Highly recommend!

Walked in at 0930, no one in the building except a guy and a girl playing on their cell phones,, They turned me away said they were appointments only barber shop. I don’t think you can legitimately call yourself a barber shop being appointment only, Well you won’t have to worry about me ever stepping foot in your shop again bro.

Superb cut, perfect atmosphere, great price and untouchable customer service. Darnell and Jess are the kind of Barbers that are worth traveling to for a haircut. I will gladly be making the 2 hour drive to Nells every time I need one. A TRUE barbershop experience.

In reply: Well, I wasnt ecstatic about not being able to schedule an appointment anymore because I missed one and I rescheduled two. I was blocked from using the app anymore. Even after apologizing. I get it, thats how you all want to do business. by appointment; and its a free country. But I started going back to my barber all the way in Louisville because at least I can walk in when I need to not when I have to. Thats third shift life!

They worked us in without an appointment, due to being from out of town. Everyone was really friendly, and the owner created a very customer friendly environment. Recommend to anyone that wants a quality haircut!
