Great haircut, got exactly what I asked for and at a reasonable price. Very relaxed, laid-back atmosphere in a classic barbershop. Clientele was diverse and the place felt welcoming. Johnny Bs doesn’t require reservations and I experienced a very short wait after I walked in (only ten minutes). What a excellent cut!! Johnny killed the fade, one of the best fades I’ve had. They cut hair great. But no appointments only walk-ins. So they seem to always to a long wait. And they only had 2 barbers that day I went.

This Barbershop is well run. Our wait was about 5 minutes, and that was only because one of the barbers had to go to the bathroom.The staff is very professional, and they did an outstanding job. The cost of my sons haircut was 15 dollars, and its well worth the money. We will be back.

I originally came to this shop to be more budget conscious due to the fact that I am in college. The owner is very nice. However, one of his barbers actually fell asleep standing up while he was cutting my hair. I wish I was kidding. I could only assume he was under the influence of some substance. The haircut took one hour and the owner was fully aware that this was happening. Not only did I receive a botched haircut that the owner tried to fix, but he then proceeded to make me pay for it. This is unethical and unacceptable. Its understandable to make mistakes, but making amends is good business practice 101. Therefore, as much as I would love to support this place, I simply cannot due to poor business etiquette and poor customer service.

Highly recommend this place FAX! Amazing cuts, good line up, good fade I mean what more can you ask for message? Overall just amazing. But one thing they could do better is when I get a design on the side of my head the use water with the razor which hurts super bad. Instead they should use shaving cream were its way less painful and smoother. Might even have a better result. Like I said overall really nice and not expensive good service. So what are you waiting on COME ON DOWN TO JOHNNY Bs Theyll have you looking fresh again!

I moved here from NYC 2 years ago. Ive been looking for a barber since to be as good as the one I had a New York. And I havent found that no one even close. No one who can do good fades and nobody who does the straight blade for your lineup. Greasy hands is good in downtown but they are way overpriced and their app is just too complex for a haircut. So I decided to give up on finding a good Barber. Until I decided to go to Johnny Bs. Not only was he as good as my New York Barber but he was better. Not only are they professional but they are very kind have a great conversation and most importantly they have a lot of confidence in their work. They definitely take pride which is most important. Even when hes cutting my hair and I told him about my situationE he said he guarantees it would be better then my New York Barber. Not because he knew my barber but because of his confidence. And Ill be damned it was. this guy has confidence and he knows what hes doing. I dont care what barber anyone tells you to go and Florence or anywhere in Lauderdale county for that matter. Do you want to look good? Then go to Johnny Bs.

Was looking for a local barber who could actually give me the type fade I wanted the right way. Have tried nearly every barber in the shoals. Even have been to GH downtown more than once. Nobody could actually do what I wanted.Juan did a FANTASTIC job. True high skin fade, top like I wanted, excellent beard trim and shape. Jonny came and inspected and gave his approval as well. Customer service was fantastic as was the whole experience.I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will never go to another barber. They definitely have earned my business for life.

My boyfriend absolutely loved his haircut and said he would definately be back.

Went in for the second time hoping to get the same guy only to find out he got fired. Took a chance on the other guy and my fade is bad...bad enough I need to go get it fixed. It looks like I have three different fades between the back and sides. The straight razor was even but what ever gel or balm they used felt like half dry glue. I wanted to say something but it was close to closing time and he was there with his family so I just left. Sorry man, wont be back.
