Added on and changed my coverage when it was not needed. I do not appreciate this and will not stand for it.

Whitney gave me wrong information and did not do all she could have done to help me. Another agent in another office told me about a similar situation that they took care of and brought comfort in these trying times. Shame on Whitney at this office.

Would not help me was dobble charging me for insurance opened 2 polices on my car and still havent refunded me 5 months of payments
