They are an amazing company that allow a lot of leeway if your having trouble or are just running lat.

They are the only insurance company that you can’t reach. I need to switch my insurance over to my new car but every number that is listed no one answers. I have 5 day’s to get my car insured or the dealership is coming to get it. I have already made my payment for the month. Every other insurance company I called to get a quote answered without a problem even explains how they will come out to the car to get me to sign all the paperwork. I have never had to deal with anything like this and it is very unacceptable and unprofessional, at least tell your clients what to do especially in this time of need. People don’t have money just to throw away. Meaning since I have already paid my insurance for the month but because I can’t get anyone on the phone I will have to go somewhere else to get my car insured and to keep them from coming to get it for something so simple to do. I just want a refund and I will go somewhere else.

I will never use another agency! Their prices can’t be beat and the staff is so kind. I came at a very busy time. The place was full and some people were being very rude but the staff stayed professional and nice the whole time! For such young girls working there they handle people very well.

I have not got my email.with the document I need to sign or the insurance card .When I talked to them 4 days ago she said it would be in my email in 10 minutes . Smh .Brandon Cochran

Edited, 3/19/2020Still no luck, got a response from the owner to call but the 800 number wasnt for usagncies.Original review:Horrible all the way around! First they didnt apply my payment which cancelled my policy and caused me to have a lapse in coverage. Then they want to charge me a fortune to start a new policy because I have a lapse in coverage!?!?!? Next, my VIN number was entered into the computer wrong. The state needs proof of insurance for dates I was with USAgencies and a wrong VIN wont work. I waited the 2-3 days they said it would take to correct it but it never got fixed. I cant get a tag because of their mistake! Theres no supervisor in the office and I cant even get anyone to call me back.

Great company when they answer the phone. I have been on hold for a combined 6 hours in the past two days. Ive currently been on hold 15 minutes. I called at exactly 7am. Its awful

I was on the phone the past 2 days trying to pay my bill after waiting nearly 2 hoirs both days I drove 45mins to pay it and there is a sign Be back at 3:15 that was an hour and 15 minunte wait.Its nearly impossible to pay my bill becaise they wont answer so I can pay it by phone and when I try to pay it in the store they are never open.

Worst damn insurance company very rude and they wait time is awful I know yall dont stay that busy
