February 12, 2020 our house was hit by a tornado so we called Michael to submit a claim for our loss. A few minutes passed and Michael drove up to our house to check on my family. Throughout the claim process Michael continued to follow up and make sure we were making progress with our claim. Michael has not only saved us money but has also demonstrated how much he cared when we where displaced from our home for several months while it was being repaired.
