I am SOOOOO impressed with the ENTIRE staff at Bob Boswell’s State Farm agency in northern Kentucky! They are great and will lend a helping hand when they say they will!!So my SUV was broken in to and whoever did it stole ALL my tools out of the back. I called the police and the officer didn’t seem to care and some of his comments made me feel a certain way.. after all the fear and worry, I called Bob Boswell’s office and S.B. answers the phone, and tells me a personal story about an interaction she had once that was very similar to mine. After a 15 minute conversation with her, my fear and worry wentboit the window and then S.B. gave me the good news. Since I live where I work I was able to use my renters insurance to make a claim to get me back to work!The process was so easy and the staff would call to check to see how everything was going and to see if I needed anything!It wasn’t just another claim to S.B. or the other staff I spoke with. (S.B. Are the initials of the agent I started with. Don’t know if name dropping is allowed!) but she was so happy to help and very VERY responsive.I filed the claim with no hiccups and I’m back to work, with tools, that are MINE! Turnaround time was less than 96 hours!To the staff at Bob Boswell’s State Farm agency, THANK YOU! Thanks for actually listening to my concerns and getting a plan in place while I was in a panic. There have been technology complications along the way and she has sorted out every single one while keeping me posted on what’s happening. NOT to sell us something but to make sure are needs have not changedIn the fall someone hit my car and left the scene. Bob’s office took care of everything. Then, a nice surprise to me, they called recently just to make sure all was good with the repair and the claimSo nice to know that they have us protected

He helped me realized there are several things that are uncertain, but one thing that is certain is my family will be taken care of in the end if something would ever happen. Between life insurance coverage and retirement planning, Bob and his staff did an awesome job helping me see what is important.

Ive been a customer of Bob Boswell (and his son Robbie) since I was 16 and got my drivers license. They are both fantastic! They have guided me through many life events including marriage, home purchase, auto purchase, and identity theft prevention. Bad service, used to be good. Rude customer service. We asked to renegotiate our contract to get cheaper price when we renew it, they asked us to leave and our business elsewhere, although we had always been a great customer for several years.

Really didnt have any complain with State Farm until now.. My son was hit from behind by another State Farm driver which causes a chain reaction with three other cars.The driver was speeding over the speed limit and hit my sons car at 40 mph while he and other drivers was at a stop..After a week State Farm is blaming my son with 50% of the accident.All physical evident points to the driver that hit my son. Way to go State Farm.

I WAS MANIPULATED AND ROBBED BY THIS AGENCYi would give this place negative stars if it was possible. I was contacted by bob boswell insurance agent (Abby), with the promise of saving money on my car insurance, i later came in to discuss everything with her and gave her all my information and signed a few documents to have insurance switched over and begin the next month. Not only did this agent NOT discontinue my insurance with my current provider, they also charged me within the same week, so i was charged 2 premiums which ultimately cost me $53. Earlier the next week i received a call from rebecca to let me know (even after they had me sign all the documentation, taken my money and had me end my plan with my previous insurance provider) that i was unable to be covered by them for violations that they (Abby/Bob boswell) had failed to realize before promising me their coverage. I was manipulated by these people and lied to, i had to ultimately go back to my previous insurance company and re-start my old plan for an extra $75 fee. I was only trying to do good business and save a couple dollars for my family and ended up costing me $128 out of my own pocket and bob boswell offered me nothing but a middle finger for my troubles.

Bob Boswell was my Grandmothers agent. They have always been fair and are there for me when I need them.
