Awesome job! The guys came when they said they would. Took their time moving a unit in the attic and adding 3 more vents. It was hot but they worked hard. Great work and my office is already cooler!!!It is hard to get someone out to the house to look at something but R&D was there and will recommend them any time someone asks

I was extremely impressed by the work R&D completed for me. I realized that my ductwork underneath my house was extremely damaged and would need to be completely replaced. R&D was quick to schedule the repairs and did an excellent job. The technicians were very professional and committed to making sure the job was completed to the highest standard. After my interaction with the office staff and technicians at R&D I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While no-one likes spending money on repairs, etc.... R&D makes it as painless as possible. Professional, friendly and thorough. The only h/a company you ever need to use. The only one I ever use.

The tech/supervisor for R&D found a carbon monoxide leak in my old unit. They installed a brand new RUDD unit. I became friends with the tech. Eventually he asked to borrow $500 for an emergency. He promised to pay me in a week. Never heard from him & was embarrassed to call his boss. I finally had to & he paid back $100 of it.I found much dust in my home mos later. Called another co to clean vents in home. They found a gap between my brand new unit & the house. Dirt was being sucked in. Had it repaired, ducts cleaned but still having issues.Called owner of R&D to report these issues. Id tried to track down the tech/supervisor whod done the work (& borrowed the cash) but he stopped answering his phone. He changed his no.MONTHS later he texted me from a new no & said my UV lights were in. I never ordered them, but thought maybe his co was installing these as a remedy for my troubles. I asked him about it- and about the money he owed me. He never texted back. I plan to call the company again. It looks like Ill have to take them to courtto settle this. They are not with the BBB.

R & D Refrigeration promised to dispatch a Tech to an emergency service call for us, but would not be able to get there until the following morning. They promised to get there same-day if possible, but they didnt think it likely. I accepted grudgingly, but to my amazement, they were able to fulfill that promise and Brian was on site that same afternoon. Brian diagnosed the issue and returned our unit to running operation. He also was able to inform us of other conditions that existed onsite that needed to be repaired by an electrician. We represent Freezer all over the US and have to find and dispatch companies in emergency situations very often. These guys rate very high among our vendors and we are glad to have found them.
