This company never answers the phone or returns phone calls. Their voicemail is not set up like a professional company’s, and the inbox is full. The air conditioning unit they installed has stopped working 9 months later, and I have no way of contacting them. Shameful business practices.
Had unit installed a year ago and it’s been down hill every since. This company didn’t do quality work and isn’t professional in business. I’ve had to have them back to my home again this year and was told the coil needed to be replaced it had a pretty bad leak. They ordered the coil and it wasn’t the right one. I had to wait little over two weeks before it was installed. David came out and charged it with stop leak until the correct coil arrived. We were told they put the new one which was done while we were at work (how convenient) we weren’t made aware they were coming until they call wanting to know if the dog was out. It was less than a month later had to call for them to come back due to the unit not cooling like it was prior to them replacing the coil. David came back and did what we don’t know. I called when I noticed they were gone. I wasn’t told what the issue was. I only was told it should be much better and thanks for your patience. That was June 25 we notice warm air blowing again at the end of July kept calling, emailing finally David responded back to me Aug 5. I let him know what was going on he originally was going to send someone that day and get in touch with Stacy. I had to get back with him to find out plans changed due to rain and he sold the company to Stacy. Someone came out on Monday recharges the unit and states they didn’t know how long it will last it has a leak. It could be a day, month maybe a year. My daughter was home we were at work once again no one called and said anyone was coming or when they would be there. When finding out this I contacted Stacy and haven’t heard back from him or anyone from the company. The unit is back not cooling I don’t believe they ever replaced the coil. This company showed poor quality in service, addressing and properly repairing HVAC lacked professionalism. When repairing, installing or maintenance time should be taking to make sure it’s working properly and communication with customer would be nice.
Purchased brand new unit in summer of 2018 for over $6,000 from this company. Took them three days to install. They did not come when they initially stated they would. Fast forward to the middle of October. Turn heat on for the first time, and heat did not work. Woke up in the middle of the night, temperature was 85 degrees in house. Turn air on, nothing but hot air. Called them, was told they would be there the next day at 3:30. Two days later, they finally show at 1:00. Was told they would be there by 11:00. They said they had to run a wire and duct work. Stacy said they should have done that the first time! I do not recommend.
Do not trust this company. Nothing that we discussed is what I received. Poor quality of work. They don’t answer there phone when there’s a problem. I never did get my receipt so I can register for my warranty. Do yourself a favor and call someone else or you will regret as I do.
Terrible communication. The owner will tell you hes on his way and will be at your house in 5 minutes only for you to be left twiddling your thumbs for well over 45 minutes. God forbid you try to call and get an answer. Youd have a better chance at seeing snow in July. This is based on two separate yet identical experiences with them. The actual technicians and customer service reps are great but this place is very poorly operated. Steer clear.
The experience I have had with this company has been pleasant. Their customer service was way better then most companies. I would recommend to a friend, cheers!
These guys are amazing. Our AC has been going in and out for months and no one could tell us why. We called them and they got it fixed the first time out. I should have called them first!
Extremely pleased with them. Air conditioning stopped blowing cold, they were here in less than an hour and had it fixed very quickly. Highly recommend.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Advanced Air systems. This past summer I called about my AC not working and a technician came out to fix my AC. The technician did get my AC to work for a few hrs (less than 12) and took the money I paid them and pocketed it. Afterwards they were very apologetic and fixed my problem over the course of several days but when winter came my heat did not work. I had thr foresight to check with another company who told me it appeared it would take $600-800 to fix. Another technician came out and found that the wires had been inappropriately switched making it appear that the heat did not work when in reality there was nittitn wrong with it. Uncertain who would have done this but this was the only company that serviced my AC in the time between now and last winter. Buyer beware!

Very poor workmen ship and even worse customer service. I called them on a Thursday afternoon to have someone come to look at the problem and they didnt show up until 6:45 pm Friday. They promised me theyd have it fixed Saturday and they didnt show up or even call me. I called them several times on Monday, and once I finally got someone to answer they told me Id have AC tonight. Once again no show and no call. Tuesday someone(s) comes a replaces the part that needed to be replaced while I wasnt home. They left wires hanging out of the ac unit and left the fan where it hit a metal bracket inside the unit. Wednesday they ignore my cell phone calls to where I call from my office phone and they hang up on me. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Bad bad experience from Mr. David and the company. Call to set up appointment and a no show. Call to ask what was going on he said let him find out he will call me back. He never called back. After that he never answered my calls. Mustve been screening me.
I am a first time home buyer and I had been assigned this company through my home warranty company to fix my air. My experience was horrible. My air went out on Sunday night June 24th 2018. I contacted the company as instructed on Monday June 25th, 2018. I was told that someone would come out on Monday afternoon. No one came or even called to follow up. On Tuesday June 26th, 2018 I called back and spoke with a guy (Stacy) who said he had a blood vessel bust in his eye and that messed up the schedule. I was understanding and excused the Monday no call no show. The guy stated he would call me back with a schedule. I received no call. On Wednesday June 27th, 2018 I called back to Advanced Air Systems and was informed that a crew was in my area on Alligator Road and would be stopping by after 3:00 p.m. I sat patiently and waited. My clock struck 5:00 p.m. I called back to see if someone would indeed be coming. I was informed that someone would be coming and that I would be freezing in a blanket by morning. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. Its now Thursday June 28th, 2018 and no one called to follow up so I called back since no one called to follow up. I spoke with Stacy who said that they hired a new guy who would start today at 12 and it may be dark before they can get to me. At this point I am frustrated. I spoke with my father about the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. My dad called to speak with Stacy to find out why I had constantly been lied to all week. Stacy got irate and states he did not have my work order and that he told me it was on Davids truck. He never informed me of that. He then states the company will not be fixing my air. I had been waiting all week so I imagine I should have been the one irate however I was not. I immediately contacted my warranty company to cancel with Advanced Air System. The agent with Home Warranty of America contacted Advanced Air System and spoke with Stacy and he was very rude to her as well. This company had no intention of repairing my air. This company never once called my phone. I did all the reaching out even after no call no shows they did not contact me. I also left voicemails. I did not have a pleasant experience. I only pray this does not happen to anyone else. Its been 84 degrees in my home and I have a 7 year old daughter. The promise to be at your door in 2 hours or less is misleading and very much false in my case.
My mom has had to use this company since our ac broke through our property management company. The ac breaking has been a reoccurring thing for the past 3 summers, and we always need it repaired. This is the first time we’ve had to use advanced air systems. On Monday july 9th they were called by our landlord to come fix the ac, and told our ac was not working at all. On wednesday my mom was told to wait at the house between 12-3 during the hottest part of the day with no air and they didn’t show or call. We were unable to contact them at all until David finally showed up the following monday the 16th, a full week later. The air seemed to be working when they left, but they left exposed wires on our ac unit, and the thermostat is not working, so our fan is always running. We reported this to them the next day, and they sent someone to look at it. He claimed he was coming back with a ladder and we never heard from him again. We heard nothing from this company until the following week, because when fixing the unit in our attic, they used no drip pan to collect the water and condensation, and our bathroom ceiling fell out onto the floor. At this point David came back to look at the hole in our cieling and clean up the mess, saying he knows how “disappointed” my mom was that her cieling was on the floor. Since then, we have heard nothing from them, and our thermostat is still broken. The fact that they claim to be at your door in 2 hours or less is actually laughable, and i wouldn’t waste your time or money with this company as there are multiple reviews similar to this one, and they left us worse than we started off.
