If you’re in the need of heating and cooling services, CALL THEM! Leah and Jennifer are very friendly when you call. The OWNER came out himself to do my full heating/air install. I thought the weather was going to delay, but he showed up and got it done in no time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about hvac systems. I am very happy with the system and service I received.

This company and mostly the owner John deserve a zero star rating. John installed a new AC unit for me a year ago and now it is not working properly. I contacted John to see if he could come take a look at he unit he installed and see what was wrong with it. He said he was not going to because he had an argument with the me, the owner, a year ago. Basically not standing behind his work as a professional and letting his fragile ego get in the way of workmanship. Always stand behind your work John, always.

This company has got to be the worst. Do not be like me I checked the reviews and so a great amount of bad ones. I just thought maybe people were being to harsh. Now I know that those bad reviews was not overwhelmed people from heat. I wont go into a full detail description of the problems I encounter just know that you will be overcharged and cheated. This company is not at all a good one. PLEASE I BEG YOU, whoever reads this find someone else this company is not it!

Philip arrived within an hour of my call for help. He was extremely courteous and diagnosed the issue with the AC in short order. He also answered other questions about the older unit here. Top notch service by a well-trained guy! Thanks to him and Palmetto Heating and Air, we are now enjoying AC again!

Phillip did a great job fixing my AC unit, he came out second time free of charge to make good on his work and our AC unit is running like brand new unit!!!

I had been without air for almost a week due to a bad experience I had with another company in the Florence area. My home warranty company put me in contact with Palmetto Heating and Cooling and let me just say within minutes of calling them they had already had me scheduled for a visit the next morning. Leigh was my first point of contact. She was very welcoming and friendly. She set an expectation for my appointment the following day between 8 and 1. My phone rang at 8:30 and it was Phillip who let me know he was on the way. Phillip got me up and running and my issue resolved within 5 minutes. All it took was 5 minutes (impressive). That is Awesome!! He even stayed to make sure everything was cooling properly and talked with my dad and father in-law just like he had known them for years. This was A+ service and I want to personally express how pleased I am with this company and there professionalism. I highly recommend Palmetto Heating and Cooling.

I might as well have struck a match and burned $290.00. The service tech was nice but all he did was add Freon and never looked for a leak. 10 minutes after he left the Freon had leaked back out. Called another company and they located the leak and fixed it within an hour. Never again unless you guys make up for the money that you ripped me out of.

Woke up to no heat. Called another company three times and nothing. Called these folks once and within couple hours (other service calls) they replaced my thermostat. I remember good service will call on them next time..
