I would like to give a big Thank you to the Servpro staff that I worked with today. Taylor, Justin and Tom were very polite and professional and kept me informed each step of the way! They got to work right away and did a thorough job! Thanks once again!

My sister had a house fire in early May 2021. Servers was recommended by her State Farm agent. They came out to assess the damage and get started on the repairs. They said all the right things and assured her they would get started right away and keep her posted every step of the way, they did NOT!!! She had to reach out to them for everything. They NEVER completed the job and never followed up with her or the State Farm adjusters. Very unprofessional and we would not recommend them to anyone! No communication and no follow-up ever.

We had our sump pump go out and our basement flooded.Lauren Ruth was amazing and told me exactly what I needed to do, even on a Sunday morning.Then Beau, Tyler, and Fernando did a great job of coming out, cleaning up, and setting us up to dry out. Everyone was so nice and understanding. They were happy to answer any questions we have and it’s really nice to have that when dealing with a catastrophe like this one. Thank you all so much!!

Jayy and John came out today after we discovered we had a sewage backup in our basement. They were waiting on standby until the plumber finished clearing the line and then they were very prompt. Both of them were polite and did a great job of explaining what they were going to do to make sure we were safe. The result was fantastic and I would definitely call them again.

This place did our roof about 12 years ago and must not have done a very good job because it is leaking in the same spots. They do not take responsibility for their work. They only did one side of the roof and the other side had never leaked and still is not leaking, just the side they were supposed to have fixed is leaking again. Only use this company if you do not need them to warranty their work because they wont.

To all of the crew that worked on my bedroom I thank you. You all did a fabulous job on the water damage repair work. Always pleasant, kind and sure knew how to do the job correct. I dont know all of your names but I will call ServPro of NW Genesee County and Fenton again if I need repair work.

Ventless stove emitted film on walls and ceiling. It was BAD! Betsy and Cathy certainly earned their money on this job!! In fact, probably more than they are being paid!! Very happy with end results. Niece is manager of ServPro in TN - she promised the company does wonderful work and they did! Kudos to Betsy and Cathy.

ServPro was our first call when the ceiling in a bedroom collapsed. They were there promptly to clean up. In addition, they took inventory of our items, worked closely with our insurance adjuster. But most importantly they worked directly with us on our options and took care of everything to get our room back better than ever.

They do a lot in local community to support others. They provide good value at a reasonable cost. I’ve heard a lot of good things from people that have used their services and they have always been happy with the results.

My water cooler leaked all over my dining room floor. Servpro came out quickly, got it cleaned up then let their machines dry up the rest and had me back the way it was in a few days! Tom and Fernando completed the water damage clean-up today by cleaning and disinfecting the carpet in my basement. They were extremely professional and competent. They took care not to damage anything while moving the cleaning equipment to the basement. They were friendly and took the time to answer all of the questions that my wife and i had. They gave us a price of $2,200 - $2,400 to clean up a wet basement caused by a hot water tank. (Service to be scheduled at a later date). We called ServiceMaster 4U, Flushing. They came out 1 hr later, very nice. friendly & professional. They vacuumed up the water, carried out the wet discard items to the curb, helped me get a personal dehumidifier going - $500. Got a wet basement. I recommend ServiceMaster4U.

This company talks like it knows what it’s doing but they don’t and come unprepared. Once you tell them they didn’t do something right (because who’s paying if the job is not done) they only responded with rebuttals so they wouldn’t have to finish the job. So unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Sent their employees completely unprepared and had no care for their health. Awful service. Awful manager. The person I initially had contact with was nice though.

Our first project manager quit so our remodel after water damage got reassigned. Second one didnt really seem to care about us. Sent a contractor who was nice but their work left alot to be desired. Would never recommend but maybe a different project manager would have done better.

After ServPro of Lapeer did their tearout/dryout miracles, Joe Beyer of ServPro of Fenton (Flint Twnshp office) came in to evaluate restoration and reconstruction. He worked closely with me, explaining how and what would take place, and worked with my insurance adjuster. The construction crew, the movers, Jessica and Loriann and two more I don’t know their names, and the carpet layers did an excellent job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end product of an ugly situation.

Recently needed Crime Scene clean-up. Tiffany was responsive and provided tremendous assistance in my unfamiliar situation. She was understanding and re-assuring throughout the whole process. The cleaning team of Tom and Fernando performed beyond any expectation that I had before the job started. They were careful, thorough, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. When the job was finished, I was completely and totally satisfied.

We had a water supply line break in our small bathroom and we were gone for 12 hours. Mark and Dan did a great job doing the clean-up. Very good at explaining procedures and taking care of business. I wouldnt hesitate calling Servpro if ever needed.

Unable to fix our gutters after replacing them from a large tree branch falling on our roof. They constantly drip every time it rains and our bed is right under the window so we have the pleasure of hearing the noise and interrupting our sleep. They have been out twice I believe to fix it and it still drips. I even recorded a video of it dripping. I will never deal with them again.

We unfortunately had a washer overflow problem caused by a repair company - the washer was put back together incorrectly and resulted in water flooding our first floor and basement of our house. Our insurance adjuster put us in touch with ServPro to detect and mitigate the water in our walls and wood flooring. The first crew - Mark H, Dan and Justin P - came out to diagnose, document and start the drying process with their equipment. Knowledgeable, efficient and thorough crew!!! We had the equipment in our home 4 days to dry everything sufficiently. The second crew - Shane, Courtney and Justin P - was also very efficient, courteous and thorough. Very impressed with the company so far. Hoping the flooring fix is as smooth as the assessing and drying part.

Tom and Courtney were professional and courteous when cleaning a flooded basement for my elderly mother... Servpro should be happy to have them as employees... Will definitely call them again if needed.

*Update*My husband received a call from this company and the manager Tiffany was not pleased with the information we were given. I must say we NEVER expected to hear back from them. My husband said she was very pleasant and tried to make things right which we really appreciate. If we can converse with her or someone that equally care about the company as she do then we would definitely use this company again. We shouldve never been given a price before the basement was even measured. I wish I could remember the guys name that we first dealt with because he do not create a good image for the company. Hes very cocky and presented that he could act the way he act because the company needed him by asking him to come back and work for them. First impressions are everything and his was not great but Tiffany really made up for it. Thank You!Im sensing a *rip off* vibe from this company. I have only written one other negative review in my life. My sump pump pipe broke and later on water started to seep into the carpet. Do not...DO NOT inform this company that your insurance is paying for some of the clean up because your price just might jump up an extra $1000 from the original quote. My basement is not huge and my husband moved most things out of the way. The price quoted to us...$4000-$8000 for pad removal and carpet cleaning. No mold or mildew cleaning as the carpet hasnt been wet long enough. Its cheaper to just buy new carpet at that price.

SERVPRO did an awesome job for a cleanup at my home! They were prompt in showing up and did a very efficient job in a short period of time! I would highly recommend you use them for any of your cleaning or restoration needs!

I had water damage to my Kitchen & garage. I contacted my insurance company and with an hour of the report, a Servpro Project manager was on site and within another hour the team was there working on the place until almost 9 pm the first night. They came in daily to monitor the situation and adjust according to their readings. They did an excellent job! Thank you Jan, Terry and the rest of the crew!

I have always heard that things mysteriously go missing when you use Servpro. So when my parents told me they called them to help clean up a mess in the basement, I told them not to let them in before I got there. By the time I got there the guys were leaving. Everything was scattered around the basement. As I was gathering my things, I realized that my crossbow which was on the couch with only one other item was missing! It was in a black carry bag. So I have to assume that they took it with the black bags they put the carpet in which they tore up and removed. I know exactly how it was sitting on the couch and what was beside it. I know that its my word against theirs and its not like they would admit it. So I wanted to make sure that I at least got the message out so people make sure not to let them out of your sight. And dont let one person talk to you in another room while the other is working.

Dan and Tom arrived on time this morning and from beginning to end were courteous, thorough and professional. They explained everything they were doing, answered all our many questions, and gave us a most pleasant experience in our first ever mediation of water damage from a leak that damaged multiple parts of our new house.

Bobby, Tom, Mark, and Jordan did a wonderful job fixing up our flooded basement. It was a simple process, but they stayed for much longer than I expected to make sure the job was done right. Couldnt have asked for better service.

I returned home one day and, to my horror, discovered cascading water coming down my back stairs and into my basement. Two pipes had burst. Once I shut the water off at the meter and calmed down, I called my insurance company. My next call was to SERVPRO. I was sitting in a house with no heat and no water. Tyler called and got me in touch with necessary contractors. Next, I was contacted by Tiffany. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and will assist with the claim process. She really knows her stuff. I had a crew at my house in the morning that got my nightmare basement sorted. That crew was Courtney, Bob and Fernando. They have got to be the hardest working crew I have ever seen! They had to tear up, break down and pull out a massive haul of water damaged stuff. It was a huge pile and they cleaned everything up. You would not even have thought a huge pile of debris had ever been there. Courtney explained the machines that had to run for a few days, and he answered any questions I had. My problems were being sorted as soon as I hung up the phone after my first phone call. I am so glad I called SERVPRO!Update 3/3/2020 Thank you to Betsey and Robert for a fantastic job packing up things in my kitchen!Update 5/29/2020 Things are moving right along with my restoration of my kitchen and basement. Burst pipes completely destroyed my kitchen and basement. I have to compliment Chad Smith, the Servpro project manager. He is very knowledgable and he makes sure contractors are doing a good job. Anytime I have called Chad I find him to be very resourseful. Contractors that he sends are skilled and do good work. Contractor Bobby is truly an Artisan at his craft. Mike and his son, Jake, are great with flooring and carpet. Chad always answers my questions, and patiently explains the process to me. Chad creates a sense of trust that things will indeed move forward and it will look like it never happened. Thank you, Chad!

After a sump pump disaster in our basement, I called Servpro and Dominic and Jordan were out to our house early the next morning. Talk about professional, excellent work! Servpro of Fenton handled the cleanup of my mothers kitchen fire earlier this year. The people that came out to her house were nothing but respectful of her home and her belongings. When we got back her belongings, everything had been packaged very well and taken care of. When I had questions, the project managers were very helpful in explaining the process. I would recommend Servpro to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

Have used this company 3 times. First time was spectacular. Second time was very mediocre, however due to the volume of issues in the area, I overlooked it. This last time, there were many thing that didnt sit right with me.1. Requested an estimate day 1, never received anything written. Received a verbal quote 3 weeks later and that wasnt even close to the final bill.2. Manager was very slow to respond and didnt follow up on items discussed3. The techs were nice but I questioned the number of machines and length of time they were here. Way longer then previous 2 times and less water.4. Found a problem area and was told the tech spilled something there, now I am experiencing an issue after refinishing the room, could have avoided that if the tech was at least looking for a leak in the wettest spot in the room.I dont often leave negative feedback, but felt people would like to be aware of how nonprofessional this organization was in this stressful time. They did get the basement dry, but I spent a lot of money with them. It felt like I was dealing with college kids that just didnt get it.

Our basement flooded due to 2 failed sump pumps. My insurance company contacted Servpro to come and clean up the mess of a finished basement that had over 2 of water in it. Shane and Courtney were the ones that first came out to remove the carpet and base boards and move anything that was saveable up on foam blocks. They explained everything they were doing and why. I know that they were fairly new employees but they worked very hard that day even though it was a long hot day. I would make sure that they are give a special reward for well they worked that day into the night. At the end of the dry out Shina came out to pick up the equipment, she called and asked event hough it was was after 5pm if she could come and check out if it was ok to pull the equipment. I told her it was fine and she said she would be out within the hour. She arrived and went through the process of measuring every room and showing us that the moisture content was low enough to pull the equipment. She then explained in detail everything that Servepro did, why they did it and what would happen next. I work for a large company that has over 120 employees in the summer and these 3 employees I would hire in a hart beet. Over all Servpro did a great job and I would tell anyone to use them they made a bad time in our lives very smooth and comfortable, thanks again.

Had a fire in my kitchen and SERVPRO did the cleanup and construction. they have a slogan like it never even happened. well I can tell you that my experience proves that to be very true. my whole family cant believe how my kitchen looks after being covered in soot

I would give them a zero star if that was a choice. The employee arrived about 5 or 6 hours after the time scheduled. Took some wet item to garage and left the rest in the basement on my folding tables. After less then 40 hours company pulled fans and dehumidifiers out of the basement. Was told everything was dry and ok. After investigation found basement carpet was still wet, wet dry wall, wet 2x4, wet everything. Called company to complain, was told if I was wrong I would be personally charged for a employee to come out since it was a weekend, I waited until the following Monday for a manager to arrive and she agreed that there was still moisture and the wood and drywall and carpet should have been removed. Two more people came and some other items were removed and some moved to garage. As I have I three babies the oldest being 3 I have to take the word of the employees as I can not go check on progress until kids are asleep, finding I have black mold growing on drywall that company says was not affected by damages. The work they did I could have done myself and whatever they charged my insurance is a complete scam. Servepro as they advertise themselves to be a big company are nothing more then a rip off. They rip you off to save your insurance money is how I feel. They suck to make it very simple. Please do not hire them. You can do better with a few fans and a couple dehumidifiers on your own. As a matter of fact if you you own two or more dehumidifiers and two or more fans you can be a servepro franchisee. If anyone wants evidence of how bad they were I have videos and pictures, I did not take this time to write all this because of a personal vendetta. This company sucks!!!! SUCKS!!!!!

Had about 45 minutes worth of work done (two rooms flooded in my concrete floor basement) and got a bill in the mail for $504.00. Tried talking to them on the phone repeatedly with my calls not getting returned and the bill sent to me over and over again. Still in the middle of dealing with it as I was just told Id hear from them Monday, well see. The most outrageous company Ive ever worked with.
