I expected so much more out of customer service! The two men that came were polite yet when they entered my home, they did not offer to wear booties. Even the cable companies do so. They seemed to be very cautious (on the main floor where I was). The majority of the work was done in the basement where the duct work is so I left them to do their job. Big mistake. Unfortunately, I trusted them and did not double check their work before paying (and included a tip). Shame on me. Homeowner lesson #1!!! Later in the evening, I went downstairs. There was debris all over the floor under the duct that they compromised as well as all four of the vents that they worked on. Not just dust but who know what was there. There are also black handprints on my white ceiling that will need to be repainted because they will not wash off. Business practice ... if you are expecting stuff to potentially fall on the floor, put a drop cloth down. And if it does, clean it up. Common sense to me. And, why not wear gloves while doing the work and remove them when reinstalling the vent covers. Even though this may seem minimal, I paid a company to do a job and they failed. The pictures dont do it justice but here is my result.I am posting this review because I reached out to the company to make this right. They chose not to. No phone call, no text, no email. So here it is. DO NOT USE THEM!

Miguel was absolutely amazing so professional! Very informative took before and after pictures explained everything as he was going very thoroughly. He took his time and it wasn’t even that long ! He worked around my animals even though they are really nice. They also sanitized and deodorized my vents ! My daughter recently found out she has asthma and a ton of allergies so I quickly researched ways to help her and cleaning my dirty vents was one ! I’ll always come back to this company and request Miguel he was very personable and respectful.

Jared and Ernie came out to clean our air ducts and vents. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional! They answered all of our questions, and did very thorough work. They also were patient with my five year old who was following them around and asking a million questions. I will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We were very happy with our service from Dust Out, and we will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Had Dust Out on saturday for a duct cleaning. They were on time and very friendly. They tried to answer all my questions and their price is the best in town. I was happy with the expedience of the work. The guys were efficient.Unfortunately some rooms were left with dirt in them from the blow through. Several registers were not put back properly.I was pleased with the work over all but i believe some training or information should be required for the fogging process. Had to air the house out for about an hour due to the fogging setting off my carbon monoxide detectors. I tested the ppm myself at 26 which dissipated quickly. I called about this and could not get a straight answer.Update: I was recently contacted about my review and was told that they were very sorry to hear about my bad experience. The company apologized and made it right. Because of that kind of business model I will be giving them another chance in the future.

Super friendly! Willing to answer questions. I liked that Miguel advised that if any house work needed to be done to be sure to cover vents - something I wouldn’t had thought about. They were very thorough.

Update: I have updated the review, after writing Dave got in contact with me right away and made things right. Jared came back to the house apologized and cleaned up the area and washed the unwashed registers. Mistakes happen and they made it right! I would recommend this business especially that they want their customers to be satisfied with their work.I thought they did an awesome job cleaning and we’re nice but realized they left without sanitizing air vents (only did about half and by sanitize they washed them with water in my sink) then Jared had left his hose and my dryer vent open and a large mess in my front lawn. I flagged Jared down to make sure he didn’t forget his hose. He said it was his and realized he left in a hurry told me he would clean up the mess to my face. I walked in my house to put one thing away for less than a minute and Jared and Dave had taken off in the vehicle with the mess still in the front yard. Was appalled that he could just lie to my face like that even after I made sure he got all his belongings.

Their process left piles of dirt and dust clumps hand removed left for my clean up. As debri blown out of cold air return and forced air ducts, in basement & rafters + the main floor level. Dumped debris @dryer vent opening on basement floor and outside opening @ dryer vent.Told the process was a super high powered vacuum that sucks out the debris into their truck. I requested to look before process not after.They showed photos after processing of ducts. The duct cleaners Left me a mess clean up-- I had to wet/dry vac my basement floor rafters as well as main floor.From dust debris blow around after a poorly executed process . By square ft and # of rooms was 400 + 50 special on dryer vent. No emailed receipt paid to a phone app, + requested tip inclusion I declined. My Air conditioner drain line openings became plugged also plugged up from blown out furnace debri falling in drain opening plugging drain line. They left me with water pouring out of furnace 2 weeks to afford the return of the HVAC person to unplug line+ costing me 119$ to unplug the drain line. I have used multiple duct cleaners. This process was poorly executed. I had been left a mess I had to clean up broom sweep and vacuum floors ceilings and ducts external parts.

The guys were awesome. They were professional and did a great job cleaning my ducts. I will definitely use them again!

My neighbor had service two wks ago. I was given a card n quote a price for duct cleaning . I called to schedule a appointment i was given a higher quote, from 300.00 to 400.00 in two wks.. Very poor customer service.

Two super nice professional young men came and did an amazing job! Kind and efficient. We got to see some amazing things come out of the vents! We even found the long lost hermit crab. I had a Thursday 9am appointment. They never showed up, never called to say they werent coming nor to reschedule. I called them and the voicemail says our mailbox is full. This is completely unprofessional behavior. I ll have to find a different company to clean my ducts.

I DEFINITELY recommend Dust Out, the guys did a PHENOMENAL job!!!It was different selecting and scheduling the service totally online, but it actually turned out to be pleasantly convenient! The day of the appointment, our call was returned verifying the technicians would be arriving, and we received a text giving the heads-up that they were on the way.The two young men that arrived, explained the work then got to work, and again, they did such a great job!! (Thanks guys!!)When they finished, they showed us the before (YUCK🤮!) & after (WOWWW🤩!) pics- gosh! we were astonished! & the sanitizer used left our home smelling wonderful! The difference in the air quality of our home was noticed immediately. Our kids, 2 of which have asthma, said they could breathe easier and the air felt lighter- so true!!Again, a million thanks! DO NOT USE THIS SERVCE.. FRAUD!! THEY DONT SHOW UP...Horrible Customer service! We scheduled an appointment WITH Dave For a Monday.!!! I Repeated the appointment to him to confirm. The company NEVER SHOWED UP ON that MONDAY.!!! I waited and waited.. Canceled all my appointments that day...I called to see what happen or are they still coming.. They answered with one ring. I ask were they still coming and they hung up in my face. SO I HAD MY HUSBAND CALL AND THEY ANSWERED FOR HIM UNDER A DIFFERENT NUMBER. He ask DAVE WAS HE COMING FOR OUR APPOINTMENT TODAY..DAVE told him OH! I got you guys down for Tuesday.. So Tuesday come around and STILL A NO SHOW!!!WE BOTH CALLED FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND HE DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! HE COULD OF HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL US AND LET US KNOW HE WASNT COMING.. Dust Out is a fantastic company and we have used them for several years now. Being a veterinary hospital you can only imagine the amount of fur we have around here. We would highly recommend Dust Out to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned out.

Dave came out to clean our ducts after new basement construction and years of pile up. We had a small issue after the initial cleaning and he came back out to take care of the smell just to make sure we were happy. Great customer service.

What a great job the DustOut crew did for me. A nearly 70 year old house, with very dirty ducts, now has clean ducts and a persistent odor has been eliminated. The crew arrived as promised and completed the work efficiently and expeditiously. The access holes in the ducts were plugged and patched very professionally. Couple of weeks ago, I took off the grate over one of my cold air returns. Was surprised at what I found, all sorts of hardened dust. Called Dust Out and today David and Camron arrived on time. David took time to explain what they were going to do and asked If I had any questions. They were very professional and went about their work. About 2 and a half hours later they were done. Could not be happier with there work and clean up. Highly recommend if you are thinking about having your furnace duct work cleaned. Thinking maybe I should have it done more than once every 38 years!
