Not happy with the carpet cleaning done. It also did not smell fresh or clean when finished. There was cleaning solution residue on my leather couch 10 inches up from the floor,, and front of an end table. I had to clean both twice. It was even smeared by my front door handle. Footprints and residue all over my pergo flooring as well. A call from a manager would be appreciated. It was the most I have ever paid, and the most clean up Ive ever had to do.

Josh, our technician, was polite, efficient, and very professional. Did a wonderful job on our carpets and a couple pieces of furniture, in just about two hours. Would highly recommend and use them again!

We just had Modernistic out to clean our vents. They were super friendly, quick, and efficient. They wore protective covers on their shoes, as well as masks to keep me and my family safe.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vents or other areas cleaned! I am so pleased with my experience with Modernistic. Two extremely nice gentlemen came to my house for a vent cleaning. Upon examining the vents, they noticed that they didnt need the full cleaning like I originally thought. Instead of charging me for the whole cleaning, they made the suggestion to just sanitize, which saved me SO much money. Honest, friendly, professional. I would definitely recommend Modernistic.

This review is based solely on customer service not actual services rendered. I called after a referral from my sister in law having service done at her house & being satisfied. Just bought a home & the carpet was smelly. We decided to just pull all the carpet up. Making the appointment was easy & the guy was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Even when I called to cancel they were still very friendly & helpful. From those experiences alone if I ever do need carpet cleaning or know someone who does they will be the place I recommend. The prices are amazing as well!

They came to my house yesterday to do my living room, hall and two bedrooms. Was there maybe a half hour and my carpet still looks like they gave up the hall was nice and that was it. Very disappointed in the service received for $233.00.

Keith and Truman were extremely professional and personable! I received a call about 10 minutes before their arrival and their work was beautifully done! Will definitely be using Modernistic in the future and requesting the two of them; I couldnt be more pleased with the results!

Their team was in and out in 40 minutes for a new move in clean and deodorize. The carpet smelled awful after they left, we cleaned it with a rented machine and you should see the videos I have of the disgustingness. They spritzed on some deodorant and sucked it back up and left. Living room, stairway, hallway, master bedroom and walk in closet. I paid 175$ for nothing, just to rent a machine again. Awful. Would never purchase carpet cleaning from them again.

While I was aware of the cost of having the ducts cleaned ($389). I thought it would take the workers longer than 45 minutes to do the cleaning. If I had to do it again, I would definitely do some research and get additional quotes. Extremely expensive for a relatively small home. In my opinion, should have been much less. I would not hire them again. The price should be based on the size of the home or at least taken into consideration.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The technicians were on time, courteous, informative, and friendly to my kids. We can already tell a difference in the amount of air and the better quality of air coming out of our air ducts. We are pleased and would recommend this company.

Our techs name was Zach he is awesome! We are a getting a new bed and wanted to make sure everything was clean. Before the bed arrived. We have 2 dogs and one is a puppy in training. So even when you clean it your self it is not as good as a professional. I also had 2 leather sofas cleaned. Zach arrived on time and was courteous. He did a GREAT job. Utilized Modernistic for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning at our residency. A relative told us about the excellent carpet cleaning service. We used them and were very impressed. So much so that we tried them for duct cleaning. Again, job was excellent. Staff exhibits good customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Will pass my recommendations on to friends. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. Pet smell is still on my couch in the problem area. It probably needs another cleaning in that spot to fully remove it! I don’t think it’s their fault, but we’re not completely satisfied because of that and we’ll have to continue to try other things to get it out. I should have smelled the couch before they left!

Greg came when he said he will be in to work on my carpets and offered suggestions on services I asked for. I felt he was honest and trustworthy. His work was great and I am happy although he could not clean the love seat cushions due to the fabric used on them. I appreciate his honesty about the services I asked. Thank you, great job!

Steve was very nice and professional. My kitchen grout looks amazing! The only downside is that the spray or sealant that he used got on my new stainless steel downdraft oven at the bottom and it doesn’t come off. There’s splatter all over it and it looks really bad. I’ve called Modernistic Customer Care twice now and they keep telling me a manager is going to call me but no one has. I’m really disappointed because I planned to have this service done somewhat regularly.

Arrived precisely when they said they would. Very professional, yet personable. Showed the the fair and couch and they went right to work. Within 30 mins, both items looked brand new and you couldnt even tell Modernistic was here, they cleaned up so well after themselves. Explained all charges and answered all my questions. I had a paint spill on my carpet. I called Modernistic and they were able to come out that day. They even accommodated my schedule and came out after 4PM. Andrew did a great job, cant tell paint was dripped at all.

I made an appointment with modernistic and they said that they would call between a certain time in the morning to confirm and set a time for them to show up and they did they gave me a video of my ducks like they said they would and they did a very good job of getting to the vents and getting the job done with no mess left behind. Showed up at expected time, explained what they were going to do and went right to work.I was shown the dirty duct with the aid of a video camera. Very shocking to see 30 years of every thing imaginable in my ducts and being circulated through my home a real eye opener. When the work was completed the video camera was again used to see cleaned ducts. This is a very good company, they really keep things clean during the process, they even wipe clean all of the register vents. Very poor service. Signed up for a deep clean and resurfacing. The crew told me that because I used cleaning products on my floor, they would not be able to recoat. We went ahead with the deep clean. I had to move the furniture myself, contrary to what the website says.After they left and the floors dried, I inspected to find multiple spots with baby food, fruity pebbles and dirt still on the floor.After paying $100 to modernistic, I ended up cleaning my own floors. I sent the pictures to the customer service rep. She explained to me it was because of the condition of my floors and their machines could only do so much. Obviously they can only do as much as a swiffer wet jet, so dont waste you money.

The guys were very professional and did an outstanding job with the cleaning. They explained some great ways to clean stains and marks that won’t affect the coloring of the carpet.

I am very happy with this duct cleaning job by modernistic... It couldnt have been any better...My ductwork is located inside the slab of my home and from time to time was getting water inside them and causing a musty smell due to the mold... I called modernistic and they came out right away and the two young fellows were very professional and answered all of my questions and was in and out in an hour and a half...The smell is gone and my ducts are clean again!

I had my carpet cleaning done 2/20/18. My husband said it would not come clean but go ahead and try it. When he arrived home after it was finished he was shocked that it looked like brand new carpet👍🏻 They cleaned a chair and ottoman and most of the bad stains came out.
