I freaking love these classes. It is the first exercise class that I’ve really connected with enough to continually do multiples times a week. I’m a teacher and I can definitely attest that Cierra is an excellent instructor. She’s upbeat, hilarious and keeps the energy fun and interesting throughout the entire class. I get bored easily with workouts and this is the first style of exercise that I’m able to focus on my own resilience and power through the class with confidence. Don’t get me wrong, it can be a huge challenge, but Cierra encourages you to go at your own level and to push your boundaries to experience what your body can do.

What a wonderful and beautifully executed idea! If you love challenging workouts, while enjoying the beauty of the amazing town of Flagstaff, classes are an absolute must for you. I have enjoyed every class and love being outside. I also think the various 30 minute cross training classes are an awesome bonus. On top of all that Cierra and Florian are both gems and make the experience so enjoyable! The Spin Box is already the perfect family feel and addition to our already wonderful community :) I can’t wait to make the most out of my membership!

The workouts are fun, the fellow riders are inspiring, the workouts are led by Coach Cierra who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the class and the right amount of encouragement. The music is always on point and the atmosphere is awesome. Outside classes, clean equipment and breathing in the clean air is great especially during this time! I highly recommend taking a class or two!

First of all, Cierra is probably the best fitness coach youll ever have. I promise. We are so lucky to have her in Flagstaff.The Spin Box has been a godsend. I dont feel comfortable going back to public gyms yet, but this concept has everything you love about group classes with the bonus of being outdoors and staying safe during this crazy time.Taking this class outside with the breeze, sun, and view of our mountains has felt like a dream come true after months of lonely workouts. The music, the rhythm-lead spinning, the people--its good for the soul.And a huge shoutout to Florian who does an incredible job of welcoming folks as they arrive and directing them where to go, helping people get situated on the bikes, and making sure no one feels intimidated or lost upon arrival. Hes dealt with my questions and requests a number of times and is always quick to respond and so helpful.So proud of these two for pivoting so seamlessly to this incredible concept. If youre thinking about trying it, just go.

Amazing cycle class! I signed up because I was really needing a group fitness class back in my life. I had broken my foot in April and then covid hit so I had been out of group fitness for a while. I had serious reservations with group fitness because of covid. Well, when I heard about spin box I thought this could be my answer. I finally went and it was awesome. The concept is brilliant on its own but during these times it was extra amazing. I can’t wait to go back. Amazing class with amazing views.

This was such a cool experience. Not only was it amazing to get a great workout outside, it was nice to be with other people doing the same. It felt incredibly safe especially at a time like this.

Absolutely love the outdoor, COVID-safe environment that The Spin Box Studio is all about! Florian and Cierra make sure that every piece of equipment is safe and sanitized for each individual. The Bikes + Body class had so much energy and is a great way to get some cross training in as well. Definetly recommend giving it a try. You’ll be hooked after the first class!

I recently visited Flagstaff and decided to try out this out because Im familiar with Coach Cierra in different fitness settings so knew this just had to be awesome. It definitely did not disappoint! I love being outdoors, so having a fitness class outside was right up my ally, especially since COVID precautions are still around. Made me feel comfortable I wasnt inside a room with other people breathing heavily around me. Cierras energy during class is just amazing as well. Every class is completely tailored by you(even though Coach C is great at pushing you haha), but I like to mention this because I was new to spin and was nervous about that. Definitely would recommend giving this a try!

First time spinner and really enjoying it during covid times. I was a box gym/ Orangetheory orient type of fitness person. Now I workout from home with kettlebells, Cierras spin box outdoor cycle training and enjoy it immensely without the fear of getting the virus and spreading it others. Cierra is a first class trainer among other Flagstaff top tier coaches and fitness studios. It’s good to know small businesses are doing their best to keep open, provide the best product and services they can. I appreciate the city of Flagstaff supporting small businesses during theses times. If your thinking about trying it out you should, great service, decent pricing and on site training support. I wish Florian and Cierra the best.
