Spots was completely professional. They quickly returned calls, were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. Once here, the technician Chase was extremely courteous and professional. Did a great job getting cat urine out of our carpet that I thought I was going to have to have replaced. Id definitely recommend using them.

Ive been using Spots Carpet Care for over 20 years and have always appreciated the job they do. Today I had them clean the travertine tiles in all three bathrooms and laundry room. In addition I had them clean the upstairs carpeting as well. I was very pleased with the results. The floors and master shower were cleaned and sealed and master bathroom counters were sanded, cleaned and sealed. The counter tops had etching from chemicals, so I was skeptical about how they would look, but they look brand new.

Two guys showed up right on time. Both were extremely pleasant and professional. They wore their masks the whole time (as did I). Impressively, they got out some rust stains in the carpet that I didn’t even expect to come out. Very impressive! They even left the carpet pristine by carefully working their way out without walking on it after they did each section. I really didn’t want to walk on it after they left because it looked so perfect.

Hands down the best carpet cleaning I have ever had! We have been cleaning our carpet annually for years and the high traffic areas always still had darker coloring and not as thick. For the first time ever our high traffic areas of carpet look as clean as the rest of the carpet and brought back to life! We are amazed! Not only that but ALL spots are gone and the carpet is cleaned right up to the baseboards. The two employees that did our carpet (Jimmy and Chase) were on time, informative and worked very hard to complete an EXCELLENT job. Fantastic customer service. I will recommend them to everyone! I was happy to find that there is a place in Flagstaff that cleans fine Persian rugs, which is a very specialized task. My rugs were cleaned beautifully and delivered right when they scheduled.

Nathan and Phil did an excellent job -- on time and very professional. Besides cleaning and sealing our tile floor they also cleaned and stretched our carpet. When we got home we were stunned at how good it looked - just as it looked when we first moved in. We plan to use them in the future!

After a not so great experience with another company in town left my carpets in my rental unit unfit for upcoming guests, Leslie at Spots made time in their schedule to fit us in before our deadline. They took their time, noticed spots the other company never saw, did an EXCEPTIONAL job, not to mention they guarantee their work & your satisfaction.Let me tell you from personal experience that it is well worth the slightly higher price... their work merits it. WOW,WOW,WOW,WOW! I was seriously going to have my carpets replaced later this year or early next year but decided to have them cleaned in the meantime because they were so yucky. OMG, let me just say I wont be replacing carpets any time soon. They look brand new, not even exaggerating! The carpet even feels different, fluffier, softer. My husband and I were blown away by the results, absolutely incredible! On top of all that awesome, Nate, the owner is one of the most honest people Ive met. I will be FOR SURE get on an annual routine with spots and will definitely be recommending them. Oh and how could I forget about Lesley, front office, who is BTW....AWESOME also!! Absolute BEST customer service, best quality around. I wish more business mirrored this company and their work ethic. You wont regret using this company, trust me!!

I had some issues with my grout that I had been working with other people to fix. I wont get into details, but I was at the end of my rope by the time Spots came in. They were very kind and patient with me in my emotional state. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every bit of their work. They have gained a customer for life. I appreciated the owner (Nate) coming in for the estimate and giving me options about the level of service Id receive and the price Id pay for each option. The estimate provided was exactly what I paid in the end and I never felt as if I was being pressured to choose a more expensive option. In fact, quite the opposite. Having explained the factors in arranging for the work to be done, Nate helped me to make the appropriate choices for my situation.Nate arrived for his appointments (estimate, and day-of-service) in a timely manner and was completely courteous and informative throughout. His office manager, Leslie, is also extremely courteous and prompt in her replies via phone or email.The scope of work involved repairs, odor removal (pets) and even a paint stain which he was able to take out. Everything was done completely to my satisfaction and I feel the price was very fair.
