The man who showed up to look at my oven was completely uninterested and even rude when he arrived and decided he didn’t like that I had the oven pulled out of the cabinet. The woman who answered the phone and arranged the appointment was quite friendly and was made well aware of the condition the oven was in. Apparently this was not conveyed to the serviceman as he made clear it was quite a travesty that I took it upon myself to make it more accessible. I got the impression he was simply ready to be done for the day. No apology for confusion or even reasonable explanation offered. A simple “I’m just going to walk away from this one.”Here’s an update in light of the reply I got. First off, I certainly will not be requesting any more “work” from you, so don’t flatter yourself. And the way this went down, I can assure you because I was there, was not consistent with what you describe. You could have followed up as you were obviously well aware there was an issue. I’d still be happy to resolve this as it isn’t my goal to cost you business. A bit more professionalism is all I expect. I didn’t get that on this day. Believe me, it takes a lot more than a broken appliance to hurt my feelings! Thanks anyways for the unprofessional response.

I am new to the Flagstaff area and Kopa Home Repair helped me hang pictures in my home. I originally scheduled an appointment with one of their competitors, that didnt show up for our appointment, or even bother to call. When I called about 10 other competitors, Kopa was the only business that returned my call. They sent someone out quickly when I told them my other appointment had been missed. The work was done efficiently and skillfully. Its incredibly rare to find such fantastic customer service . I would highly recommend them!

My dog has broke one of the fence posts by continually jumping on it when he got excitedThey were able to repair the broken post so I didnt need to buy a new one. Looks great and they even fixed the gate so it opens and closes easier. They arrived early very professional and answered other questions I had about possible repairs in the futureWould definitely recommend this company and use them again

Job was the installation of a ceiling fan with light. The wiring options built into the fan/light were complex. The Kopa tech got it all figured out accurately and quickly. It was a neat and tidy job. Thoroughly professional. Ill be think of more things for them to do.
