We have used them many times to have our carpets cleaned and love them! Not only are they so sweet (husband and wife) but they do an amazing job. We have 3 pets and one of them likes to have “accidents” in one area of our home. They take care of the marks and smells every time! Not only do we love them but everyone in my husbands office also uses them with only great results. Always on time too, that’s a big deal for flagstaff! Do yourself a favor and call AM carpet cleaners right now. I already priced ALL the other cleaners in town, and it’s the best. Your welcome. They did a better job on my carpet and tile than my previous experiences. Also, AM carpet is run by Manny and is a family business. Manny is a genuinely good person, so you can feel good about where your money is going. 100% recommendation.

A&M was hired to clean the carpets in our new house on the day that we closed escrow. When we entered our new home for the first time after it was officially ours - the house smelled like musty urine. I assume they pulled smells up from the carpet and did a quick job because it was just for a real estate transaction and being paid for by the seller - so why do a great job for people that are paying for it but wont be there to experience the quality of work. Anyhow, you could tell that the carpets were not thoroughly cleaned - the closets didnt even look cleaned - just vacuumed. To top it off, they left windows open to aid in drying the carpet. The only problem? The windows they left open didnt have screens on them! They left our house exposed and full of bugs that happily flew in. We could have done a better job renting a rug doctor from the grocery store and our house would not have had the extra bud intruders.
