My property in Sedona was recently flooded during the monsoon. I called a number of different companies, but Servpro was the one that responded. They were able to get me on their calendar for the following day. These guys were so professional, they treated my house as if it were their own. They kept me updated daily as to their progress and shared pictures when I wasn’t there. They were very careful about cleaning up and making sure it was ready for restoration. When all of the work was done, they came back and helped move my furniture back into the space. I really am so appreciative.Sammy and team were excellent and I highly recommend them.

We had a sewer back up at our rental property in Sedona recently and were fortunate enough to call in Servpro of Flagstaff/East Sedona. We have had to deal with this same situation on more than this occasion and have used 2 other local companies in Flagstaff/Sedona. I can tell you without any reservation that this experience, considering the terrible situation, was outstanding in every way the previous ones so obviously fell short in hind-site. From start to finish there was respect and attentiveness to our situation. They even helped find a reputable contractor to put things back together for us once they were done with the dryout. We are 1st time home owners, purchased a home with previous water damage and were unsure of where to turn as this cost would be completely out of pocket. Luckily our insurance agent recommended Servpro Of Flagstaff/East Sedona and we were able to have Lloyd and Danny help us through the process. Initially we were skeptical since the franchise is fairly new here in Flagstaff. Lloyd came out and was able to alleviate those worries immediately. He gave us a straight forward explanation of what he found during his inspection and what the likely damage was going to be, even in the areas where we couldnt see. He broke down the complete project start to finish and was able to communicate this where we understood pretty much everything. They took care of our personal property and our home throughout the remediation process. We couldnt be happier. We would recommend Servpro of Flagstaff/East Sedona to everyone. We had water damage in our kitchen that leaked below to our finished basement. Lloyd at ServePro measured and explained where the wet areas were that needed to be dried out and what needed to be removed. Our emergency flood was one of the worst experiences weve had to deal with as homeowners. We were lucky enough to have Servpro Of Flagstaff recommended to us. Lloyd came in and explained everything, he was able to go over any and all possibilities that we were likely to have to deal with during our claim process. Never once did we worry about our personal property, Servpro communicated with our insurance provider and made sure all damaged/non damaged content was cataloged and photographed. With in this day and age, you just dont see very much respect being given to our fellow man on a daily basis. Professional service no hassle. They billed my insurance company and dried my house out when my washing machine leaked and flooded. Would highly recommend them!

My washing machine flooded the kitchen and Servpro came promptly. The kitchen was all dry within a couple days and is now restored to the way it was before.

Thank you Danny and ServePro! The condo above ours flooded which caused damage to our ceiling. ServePro brought in the necessary equipment to remove a portion of the ceiling and dry out the rest of the affected area. They covered the cabinets and floors so that no additional damage occurred and checked the status of the “dry out” daily. Everything was very professional and much appreciated! I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone who has water damage in their home or business.
