My time at The Mark has been phenomenal!! Sienna was so so helpful during my move in process, making it easy and truly working to make the process fit my needs. Along with this, Adam has gone above and beyond, while I was going through some major personal issues, to put a real human touch to make sure my experience is what really mattered. Outstanding place to live, could not ask for more from an apartment community!!!!

Rented a U-Haul to move my buddys stuff out and the service elevator wasnt working so we had to carry all of their heavy furniture down 5 flights of stairs. There was no warning provided from management to any of the tennents about it. Also prepare to wait 5 minutes on busy days for the main elevator just to get out and in throughout the week.

10/10 in every aspect. Best apartment complex with regards to customer service and rapid response to all complaints and concerns. Would recommend to anyone who loves a lively living community yet not exceedingly noisy or uncomfortable.

We love it here at The Mark! Our apartment is so spacious. We love the amenities and staff is awesome! It is so great to have so many shops, restaurants, and essential places literally within walking distance. We are excited about living here!

Well constructed building with quality appliances and windows. Surprisingly quiet even though its near major highways and a bustling community. Within walking distance of probably the finest restaurants in Indiana.

I lived on top 5th floor with the hope that it would be quiet . I would warn those interested in top floor be wary of HVAC equipment noise on roof from retailers on ground floor . It’s disturbing.

Beware of the Trash Violation Fee! It can easily inflate your rentThese are amazing apartments. Ill stick to my initial review. However, I recently got changed (added to rent) for Trash violation ($25 each occurrence). I have been renting for long 8 years at many upscale apartments both in downtown and various part of the Indy suburbs but never got charged even once for the same. We sometimes do stay overnight at family/friends missing 9 AM mark to bring the trash bin back inside leading to additional dollars flowing out of pocket in these COVID-19 financially tougher times. Also, There isnt a way to opt out of this monthly paid service if you feel like not using it at all.Initial Review:These are excellent upscale apartment at heart of the city. Adam, Sienna, whole team has been wonderful, professional and very responsive. The apartments are beautiful, the view and aura around is spectacular. These are bit pricy compared to options around but you definitely get what you pay for. This statement stands true. The pool deck, business center are wonderfully decorated. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. The residents are wonderful as well. They do organize resident events which adds to the fun!

Adam handled my issues and concerns very professionally — despite my frustrations. Excellent staff.
