Signing the lease to our apartment as a transfer (not even new resident!) has been a nightmare. Dates and pricing has been incorrect 3 times, office has failed to provide a paper copy of the lease despite being asked multiple times and being legally required to do so. Lots of extra charges and hidden fees on the lease with nothing more than a sorry and shoulder shrug when asked for an explanation.Parking garage is abysmal- you can only park on the top 2 floors of the garage as all public parking is now privately owned by the architecture building across the street. Extra monthly charge for more than one car, regardless of how many adults are on the lease. Very cramped and inconvenient. The blind corners are also extremely dangerous!Amenities like grills and fire pit dont work most of the time. When you go to address issues with management, theres never anyone in the office.

The team is excellent, I love everything about this place. They go out of their way to help when help is needed. You wont find a better team to work with when it comes to your home.

I have been living at Spark for almost a year and plan to stay here even longer! I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff is friendly, everyone who lives here is friendly, maintenance team is on point, the building is beautiful inside & out... If you work from home or have your own business the office space downstairs in the lobby comes in clutch! Lastly, being located in the heart of Fishers Nickel-Plate makes everything so convenient. Especially the brewery across the road. 😉Thank you Spark!!

This is is awesome! I really enjoy living here. The office staff is so kind and helpful whenever I have questions they are very responsive. Sydney and Rachel are so so sweet! When I cant get my mail they have even brought it up to me. Been here for a year and excited that I renewed for another. If you are looking for a new home this is the place to be! Love it here!

My husband and I sold our very large family home and settled into a one bedroom apartment at the Spark. After visiting other complexes, we knew immediately when we toured the Spark this was going to be our new home. We certainly had some apprehension since we had not lived in an apartment setting for many many years - would the noise or living in such close proximity to others bother us? I can say with certainty that both of us love living at the Spark! The office staff has been amazing and have gone above and beyond to help us with any questions or requests. The maintenance team is excellent as well. We enjoy meeting the residents and all of the furry friends. Our son lives in a similar style apartment in downtown Indy and by comparison - Spark wins hands down! The location itself is an added perk - we walk to restaurants, ride our bikes on the trail, and easily walk to Target, yet we have the convenience of parking our vehicles in the garage connected to the apartment. Please take note I work from home so Im here 24/7 - this is a review you can trust!

Spark isn’t a good place to live for the following reasons -1. Management is arrogant - when I complained about noise from an upstairs neighbor, I was told, “Why don’t you move to a top floor unit” and “Maybe the people above you never lived in an apartment before” Nothing was done and there was never any follow up.2. When I moved out, they deducted an amount out of my security deposit with no explanation. When I inquired about it, they just blew me off. To this day I never got a response.3. No one is ever in the office. Who’s running this place? I had to go down four or five times before I found someone.4. The parking garage is dangerous with blind corners and people speeding through.The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. They respond to and resolve issues quickly. I see that people are posting great things about this place, so why did I have a bad experience? I would like to mention that I’m African American...

I wish the staff would have a better eye for detail. For as expensive as these apartments cost, it would be nice to have entry halls and hallways that are touched up. A lot of them look very dirty.I also wish the intercom system actually worked in the building. I still have to go downstairs to allow family into my apartment.I also noticed that The Depot across the street has a really cool convenience shop that you can charge to your apartment.

I love living at Spark Apartments! It is very modern and well-kept, and there are many great amenities that come along with living here. It also is in a prime location and is extremely close to many shops and restaurants!

If you’re not on the top level, plan for noise! Lots of noise and music at all hours of the night during the week and weekends. Addressed multiple times, but never remedied.

Most expensive 2 bedrooms in Fishers. Updated and nice for sure but they are missing some of the fine details that competitors are offering. The gym is great. Pool is great. Fire pit is great! Club house stinks. Nothing there. Just tables that are never used. Pool table? shuffle board table? Dart board? The Internet service is another problem. It can be spotty. Drops while playing xbox and sometimes while streaming TV. Def need to fix the internet problem here. My goodness, give your residents something to do during the winter months. Grill area is nice but grills can be gross and not clean. Some of that falls on the residents to keep clean. Giving 2 stars based on price and lack of attention to detail that you would expect at this price point. I think you can find equally as good or even better amenities for cheaper. If they fix the clubhouse issues and offer more for the residents, then this becomes 4 stars. I will update when those things are done.

I love the location and convenience to walk to Target, Handels and the restaurants. I love the complex itself and I did not have any serious issues until the new tenant above me moved in.The tenant before him wasnt bad at all.

I have lived here for a few months.. very happy! Great floor plans, nice finishes and colors in apartments, & unbeatable location in Downtown Fishers! Interior amenities are excellent! Great courtyard/pool area! Outstanding office and management - attentive to detail, friendly, & prompt with follow ups. Would recommend!

Great location, cant wait for farmers market to start back up which is in walking distance. New residents must try FDR across the street.

Location is great. Love the atmosphere and all the dogs. However, I moved in over a month ago and have a long list of things wrong with my apartment. I turned in inspection list and work orders right away and nothing has been fixed. With the building be new and the price you pay I expected better quality appliances and apartment. Management is very friendly but things do not get addressed in a timely manner. Parking is now going to be a issue as the first and second floor of garage is being leased out to businesses and we will no longer be able to park there so I’m not happy about that. With that being said the lobby is really nice and clean, workout area is awesome and pool/courtyard is really nice. So I will finish out my year lease and move down the street.

I visited the Spark apartment community on yesterday 7/10 as my husband and I are amidst selling our home and would like to rent in downtown Fishers. I was greeted by a woman who wasn’t unpleasant and graciously showed me a two bedroom apartment. I indicated to her what my budget was and that I’d be looking to move Sept 1. The model apartment is all the leasing representative showed me. Unlike The Flats and The Depot luxury apartment communities, she did not take the time with me that I felt was necessary to be abreast on what all Spark had to offer. Upon my departure she indicated for me to check the Spark website to see if anything would be available in September. She never took down my information or asked me to fill out a questionnaire the way every other apartment representatives have done that I’ve visited. My husband and I would’ve been awesome tenants. You definitely missed out Spark😌.

Stayed for 2 years for the convenience of having my office within walking distance. Best part about it is that it’s clean and the pool is nice but outside of that, overpriced and the internet is weak. More newer options in the area now

I moved into Spark Apartments on November 1st 2018 after considering several other options in the Fishers & Noblesville area. In fact, I was the first tenant! The property was still in the construction phase in much of the building but that didn’t stop me from loving it here. I really like the layout and features of my “Glow” unit. It’s the perfect size for active single person who doesn’t need a lot of extra space.I really like having a parking garage with direct indoor access and the cardio and weight room is great. The staff if also VERY helpful, and friendly and are quick to attend to anything I need. So living here gets me all this plus the courtyard amenities, great pool, AND being in the awesome and walkable neighborhood of the Fishers Nickel Plate District. Love it!

Loving it just moved in May 11th. Such an amazing place.

Don’t move here. It’s pretty bad. They don’t know what touch up is and the hallways always end up looking bad.
