Great haircut. Service was fast and professional. Love using the google appointment online. Google made the appointment and emailed me all the information. I even received a text reminder 30 minutes before my appointment. Awesome!

My girlfriend got her hair cut here. They are so profressional and they do more than just haircuts for men. They do facials and shaving too!

Stylist did not check online appointments made, and was rude and dismissive until shown confirmation of the appointment. Then did a rush job, even though no other customers were waiting. Would not go back.

The woman who cut my hair the first Ive and the manager the second were great but the lady that works at the schools i know cause she was more focused on telling me about her opinions on weather kids should go to school or stay home rather then making sure she was cutting my hair the way I want she messed up my hair and I wont go back. I have been growing out my hair for two years an got a new job in office so I needed a professional cut but just wanted a trim so as to keep growing it out an she hacked off my hair before I could stop her so I changed up what I wanted on the sides an asked he to give me a fade an now I ended up with a bowl cut. POINT BEING DONT GO HERE

I did color my hair, but the color I wanted I did explain but when they did it was not the color I wanted, so she was lied and they didn’t do a good color my hair and charged me too much money, they are not professional people…

I was her to see my kids. I wanted a beach wave perm ad gave this location a call. They were able to get me in on a day and time that was excellent for me. Cindy was the lovely lady who did my perm. She is sweet and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend her. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lady who cut my hair was aweful. If she wasnt burning me with hot water or a curling iron, she was so rough I could hear my hair breaking. Didnt use any product except excessive hair spray so now my curled hair looks damaged and frizzy. And they charged me an extra $10 for that. For $40 I could get my hair cut at an actual professional hair salon. Which next time I certainly will. Terrible service, stay away from this place.

The hairstylist was a very nice lady did a good job.

I called this morning for an appointment and they were able to fit me in. When I got there I was greeted immediately even though everyone was busy. When it was my turn I sat down and showed Hope about 5 pictures and she said that they were completely doable. After an amazing hair was she took her time and spent quite a bit of time cutting my hair combining a little of everything that I liked. My hair turned out perfect 😍. Thank you Hope.

I always see Terri Foster and she does an amazing job styling, dying and cutting my hair.I highly recommend Terri Foster as a hair dresser. She spent two hours on my hair and it is amazing. So many nice compliments on my hair.

Not a bad place to go. Ive been going here for years but my regular stylist left. They are seasoned vets & most know what they are doing. Reasonably priced.

I have an asymmetrical bob which can be difficult to trim correctly. Valencia does it with ease and has made some very impressive and professional improvements upon it. I would highly recommend her for any short hair or unique hair cuts.

Took granddaughter in for bangs trim. Getting picture for being nominated honor student for month of January. Youn did an excellent job.

The lady who.cute my hair was super friendly. And she did a great job on my hair. My husband goes here also, and he likes them also.

Always like the ladies here, so nice and accommodating. Sometimes the wait is long for walk ins, but theyre usually pretty quick. Never had a bad haircut here.

She was behind and my cut felt very rushed.

Arrived at 6pm and was asked, “What do you need”, umm pretty awful greeting and its a hair cutting place, ehat did she think I needed. Next she said, “I’m just too busy we have a hair coloring going on and these two people need haircuts”.Wow, that’s a good way to lose a regular customer.I tried to ask when a good time would be and she told me but before I could finish my sentence she said, “Not tonight”, that’s it I walked out.They close at 8pm and it was only 6pm.

Its true what they say, You get what you pay for. Its been over a month & still no refund. I have been promised a refund of about $180 for Bridgette butchering my hair May 2018. Ive been in constant contact with Mai, their district manager, Caitlyn (new store manager) & Cassandra (old store manager)... and still nothing. This review will stay up until I receive my refund. Constantly calling them to just do whats right. I will write a full detailed review on how incompetent they are until I get my money back! It was so bad to where luckily another Hair Masters employee came back into the mall for whatever reason, Bridgette was able to ask her, Should I put the toner in while the hair is wet or dry the hair first?... as I literally was walking back to our station as directed with wet hair. Thank GOD Kayla walked back into the mall so Bridgette was able ask her. She should’ve known the steps! Bridgette was left alone and it was obvious she brand new and shouldve been supervised. She was not confident in what she was doing and it made me feel very nervous. Outcome, check out the attached photo. Do not go here, trust me.. unless you want your hair butchered to close to $200. All I want is my money back, Hair Masters in Federal Way inside the Commons Mall!!!!!!!

Been patronizing this salon for MANY YEARS and Many of the stylists know me by name and know what I want. Many times I will drop in and theyll take me right away, other times I have to Come Back Later (especially if theyre busy), and its usually no more than a couple of hours later.

Dreadful. First got a haircut and went back because it was not framed right. Told I would get charged to cut bangs. Got hair foiled and it turned neon yellow. I warned it needed to stay in longer. I went back after talking to a very nice lady. I returned next day as arranged and the manager said because I had a history of using home color there was no guarantee. so.... If you want to pay for a haircut and style and leave with damp hair and if you want a disaster with a color/foil and pay 108.00 then enjoy.

Rebecca is my go to gal. Takes time to listen and makes great suggestions. Cant do any better than her for getting my hair cut, trimmed or perme.

I got Maribel to cut my hair & it was just horrible! I asked her to trim my hair & layer the sides, but she made it all uneven! She spent only about 10-15mins on my hair, so I asked her to make sure it was even(which she said it was). I couldnt tell how my hair looked there since it was wet. I came home, blow dry my hair, and it wasnt EVEN at all! Now, I have to find another place to get my hair fix, which is a total waste of money & more so for my time. This was my first time here and definitely the last!

I wanted a quote for how much color would be and to redo my roots but I literally just came in and the lady that was there was rude and I showed a picture of what I wanted and was very dismissive and complaining about how much work it would be and etc; a simple no would of sufficed-_- never going back there again.
