I went in for a hair cut and left with a disaster. It was so bad I had to go to another business and get it fixed and pay for a second hair cut. One star is not accurate. It should be negative 35! The place I went to get it fixed couldn’t believe what sports clips had done. The prices are way to high!!!! Not to mention you have to plan on getting a second hair cut the next day. This place is flashy and a large corporation, just like McDonald’s they use there country wide marketing to keep people coming. Don’t be fooled by there flashy marketing and atmosphere. Go to a local shop, they care about the community unlike this huge corporation! My second hair cut with tip(was a large one) was the same price as a hair cut at sports clips before tax and tip. We need to boycott these cookie cutter businesses and go local. Let’s push these over priced bums out of our wonderful community!

I’ve always had great service here. This last time I took my young son who is very hesitant around clippers. Jo did an awesome job of keeping him calm. She showed great patience and care with him. Thank you!

Always a great group of ladies at Sports Clips. They use the same tea tree shampoo I use and never leave a floof or long hair behind.

I came in yesterday for a haircut and honestly it was the best haircut experience Ive ever had, quick, clean and professional. My hairstylist was Jo; I will definitely be returning. All the girls working yesterday were extremely nice and their customer service was superb.

Its an ok place. Id probably go somewhere else if there were more places nearby. Not sure what it is about the place but Ive never had an exceptional experience worth the price. And the attention to my hair seems the same as any other place. For a place that does mens hair predominantly I dont see the point in spending extra for the same attention to my hair I could get elsewhere. And no I dont need 5 hot towels on my face for an extra 20 dollars.

At Sport Clips of Federal Way, you will find yourself as comfortable as if you were in a chair on your back porch. Once the haircut is complete, you are in for quite a treat with the hair wash. Your wonderful barber will sit you down in a vibrating massage chair in the back and wash your hair and massage your scalp like youve never experienced in your life. Their attention to detail, covering every square inch of your scalp, massaging gently but firmly will damn near put you to sleep. The facility itself isnt all that special. The massage chairs are sub par and I personally dont have much of a care for ignoring the hair dresser in order to watch sports on TV. I enjoyed a couple of haircuts that were good. Sadly, each subsequent but after the first two lost quality. It may be the stylist, since i went to the same each time. Either way, I moved on. Give it a try and if your are patient you could try the different hairdressers to find one that does your cut the best.

Things were obviously different due to Covid-19. Despite being closed for 3 months the stylist brought their A game back. Deanna cut my hair this time and did an excellent job!

I have been getting my hair cut at Sport Clips, Federal Way location for over a year now. I have to say my very first Impression was fantastic. I was able to get right in and I received a awesome and so comforting hair-cut, shampoo and hot facial towels, scalp massages, last but definitely not least is the massage chairs that recline. The highly trained stylists always seemed to listen The entire staff is just out of site.!! I have always received 5 star service. So the least I can do is give all these awesome ladies a 5 star rating in over all customer service.

Fast service, consistently good even though I dont have the same stylist each time. Went to them first time several months ago when the stylist I had been seeing for 5+ years was too busy to fit me in even with a weeks notice. I now pay half the price for a comparable outcome that fits my schedule.

I sat down and and she asked me if I wanted to Triple Play I of course said no haircut she said all right America began she couldnt figure out exactly what I wanted so I keep telling her over and over how to fade pretty much give her step by step directions when it was all said and done the fade look horrible and not only that I do reminder to cut the top then we got to the checkstand she charge me for the Triple Play I told her I didnt know where the triple play you asked me and I said no she told me no every haircut basically is a triple play just some people get the shampoo and some people dont me not wanting to make a big scene said all right whatever and gave her the $25 now she pretty much pocketed the money Im guessing but hey whatever thats what reviews are for. Shes a little redhead about a hundred pounds with red eyebrows and glasses her name is Cynthia and she works at the Federal Way location do not let her cut your hair whatever you do.

If you’re looking to get a great fade do not come here. I’ve been to multiple stylists and maybe one will do a proper fade on occasion. They don’t take the time to blend properly. I don’t think they even know how to. I’ve never known there was such thing as a fade mullet but I got one here and I paid for that terrible haircut. My only regret is coming back multiple times thinking I’d get a better haircut.

Very rude workers at this location. A worker that said her name is Paige was extremely rude. I called the store at 5:30 and asked if I could still get a haircut because they close at 6:00. She said yes as long as I get there before 6:00. So I get there at 5:35 and asked to use the restroom and she said I can as long as I get a haircut after. When I came out at 5:45 she said they wont give me a haircut and I asked why not and she rudely said we are closed. I could not believe it do not come here this is by far the worst place Ive ever been for a haircut.

If....you happen to get a good stylist you will get a good cut, but 9 times out of 10 my husband gets the WORST haircut. They dont listen to what you say. If I could leave pics I would. They are that bad ! Cheap, but you get what you pay for. He wont be back.

They gave me a great haircut, I just wish the MVP didnt cost so much money. I think the MVP haircut should be $20, thats what Id be willing to pay for it. But at over $30, I need to find a different barber. Its a shame too, because these guys do a bang up job.

Not worth going there. The “stylist” have no training on how to cut hair. You tell them what you want and they cut your hair the way they want. Don’t ask them any questions. Ever since I stopped visiting my Bellevue barber due to their skyrocketing prices Ive been going to the SCAuburn location for some time now, and decided to try out the FedWay since my girl from Auburn wasn’t available..... wish I never went to say the least... the cut and the vibe you catch here is so terrible.They don’t know how to cut, that’s it.Disappointed. -5 stars

I always went to this Sport Clips. Up until my last 2 visits its always been a great experience. Now they have raised the price and twice Ive been very unhappy with my haircut. The staff doesnt seem to like talking anymore and the new manager doesnt seem to care about much except leaving early. I likely will not return.

Hit or miss. Ive been going here for years as a last min resort, and its been mostly miss lately. They have new stylists all the time and they always get it wrong. Emerald is the only one who gets it consistently.

Great people! Walked in 10 minutes before closing and they still gave me the same haircut as if I walked in at the beginning of the day.

I havent had good luck with this barber shop. My hair cut is pretty simple, #4 with a fade to the top and for some reason they cant get it right. It usually comes out uneven with areas missed and I have to find someone to fix it afterwards. This time they really screwed it up, I wont be coming back there again.

Got my hair cut twice here, both times I had to shave my head because they screwed up my hair so bad the only way to fix it was to shave it. The girls maybe cute and flirtatious but they know nothing about cutting hair.
