My whole family comes here! My son gets his cut and walks out a fresh young man. In the back Elaine is twisting my daughters locks and braiding me back. Professional, clean, and great people. Highly recommend.

The woman who cut my hair cut off 5 inches when I had requested a trim. Additionally as I paid, I saw them leaning over to watch me put my pin in. I figured they were looking to see if I was going to tip, but not even an hour or so after leaving my bank notified my that my card information was stolen.I will never come back here.

Best place I’ve been for a bald fade in federal way if your black and looking for a quality cut Cee is the man he even did excellent on my son who has straight hair so this shop is good for all around cuts I’ll be back for sure

Was looking for something better than the $9 scalping I was getting for the past 10 years without shelling out $50 or more to someone who thinks theyre better than they actually are. O is great. Friendly and really takes his time going for the perfect look. It aint $9 bucks but it aint $50 either. Just the right blend of a great haircut at a reasonable price.

Service was fantastic. Great group of people who work here and take pride in what they do. Was one of the more expensive haircuts I have received ($40 for razor shaved head and beard trim). Will definitely use again, but only for the more bigger events I might attend in the future.

The guy was short on time and told me that, promised he would do a good job, I hate super short hair, I told him dont do that. I wanted a fade but only up to a little over my ears, but he cut all the way up and only left the very top of my head with hair, not only that but it was uneven (pic). All in all, way too short, way too high on the fade, I wouldve had better success asking a friend to put on a short setting on a random hair trimmer and he wouldve at least not made it as short. This looks almost bald, now I have to resort to cutting the uneven hair myself with scissors and a mirror, and they had the audacity to tell me it looks good and still charge me $30 even though I told him I dont like it, even though it should be only $20 because he didnt use scissors once, and should be free since now I have to live with this until my hair grows out for 3 weeks...

Tony did an excellent job on my balding widows peak haircut and beard trim. While I was there he did a blowout and a fade. Highly recommend going to him for any type of style you want since he seems to know a lot about different types of hairs and styles.

After months of horrible haircuts I FINALLY gelt like I was understood. The guys were totally cool and tried really hard to fix the mess of a haircut I had. Totally enjoyed every minute there. Super easy going guys, singing and dancing. Just by watching them enjoy their time made me feel comfortable and POSITIVE I would come out loving my haircut. Which I did. I have been smiling ALL day!!

This is one great shop, I got cut by OtheBarber, he got skills. I appreciated being on time for my appointment that I made from an app. They are professionals, but also great environment.

Google says you open at 10.. nice to know that when you’re “open” nobody is there. waited outside 15 min in the rain hoping it was just a fluke. it wasn’t, y’all need to be open when it says your open or fix your times, smh.edit(@ 10:20); one of the employees finally showed up, unlocked the door locked it back up behind her. i’m still outside.edit 2(@ 10:50); a barber finally showed up( was given a call back) but i already left due to my disappointment waiting outside.

I take back all the good things I said about this barbershop.. Every experience after my first one has been terrible and completely unprofessional.. Not showing up on time for appointments to double booking.. These guys lack professionalism and I really hate to speak negative about my brothas because its hard enough for us but these guys really suck like for real..

Consistently give the best fades in town! The availability for walk-in is always helpful and the barbers are real fun to be around. Make you feel right at home.

Told barber specifically to barely touch the beard just line up and he almost took off my whole beard, turned it into a pencil thin beard. Older guy close to his 50s new guy. Also was using the razor dry didn’t even use shaving cream worst barber experience ever

The barbers there are on point. The shop is roomy and the chairs in the waiting area are plush which makes their customers feel like royalty.

I go here every week, I lived in new England for 5 years and philly for two, its tough to find barber shops out here like on the east coast, these guys are best Ive found

Im Hispanic, so i have different type of hair, ive been to different locations around Seattle, chop it up, fresh cutz, dres barber,etc. and i have never really liked what theyve done because my hair is different. At royal elite barber shop, larry and josh always lines me up right, fade on point, every single time. I go either once a week or every other week, and i always have a great time

Didnt need an appointment for my son, walked in and cut was great and the barber was very friendly and conversed with my little guy to make him more comfortable.

Came in one time to the barbers, the owner got in a shouting match with one of his workers for being drunk and bringing vodka to work. Overall a very uncomfortable situation. Apparently customer service means nothing to this owner.

I had an appointment with the Barber name Tony that I made on a Saturday I didnt know if they were gonna be open Sunday even though it said on their website hours vary he stood me up I waited for over an hour from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. then he never returned my calls and I was looking to get the whole works fade haircut beard why not everything just didnt find it professional that he couldnt simply answer my calls and especially when I had a wedding to go to at 12
