Been looking for a place to cut my hair and finally found it. i usually walk in and never have to wait more than 10 mins. i believe there’s a guy that’s dedicated to taking care of walk ins and the other guys mainly work with appointments. they have all cut my hair and all did a great job. i highly recommend the place.

I have not had any problems and this is my second time coming here. They really know how to clean up my 6 year old son. Eric cuts my sons hair.Will be coming back here at least once or twice month.Definitely recommend for a clean Cy cut, fade or style. See my sons last picture..

Are you kidding me! My boyfriend got this horrible cut from them today there cuts are always inconsistent and it literally doesn’t look like he got his haircut on the sides with this raggedy mess in the back. When he asked the barber told him he needs to make another appointment smh on top of that they charge an additional $5 just to make an appointment! Will not be returning

Been going here for about 6 months now. I was new in town and very picky about whos my barber. Al hassan the owner and occasionally some of the other guys have always done a clean job with their fades and their service. Recommend them to anyone who wants quality and efficiency. 🤘

I’ve been coming here a little over a year now and Alhassan has been the only one cutting me up ever since. Castle Barbershop is a dope spot they all make you feel welcome. Cost does not match service. As much as they charge you think they would be able to afford a broom. Few barbers there still learning but charging full price.

I had an appointment at 8:30 then Ali, my barber, delayed it to 10:00 and didnt show up until 10:10. Ali the barber did the completely wrong haircut after I showed him a photo of what I wanted. He did what he WANTED rather than what he SAW. In the middle of the haircut, I told him that he isnt doing what I asked and he said, You should have told me that before I started cutting. as if I didnt show him a picture and explain to him the exact cut I wanted. He showed a lack of concentration using his phone in between cutting my hair, and he told me to pick out my own hair. (Isnt that what I am paying you to do.) He rushed through it, finishing the haircut in just over 20 minutes. I messaged him about the experience then he goes on to ghost me. Terrible service. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A BARBER WHO WILL LISTEN.

Never have had a problem here. Always have gotten my haircut by Al Hassan, in my opinion he is the best barber within the shop.

Got one of the best haircut and beard trim here. I dont get those 1 star reviews about having to wait for a great quality haircut. Heres a before and after pics and judge for yourself. Very friendly and professional. Alhassan was my barber.

This place messed me up good. Came in for a simple trim, left with a new hair style. I understand that some people want a crisp line up, and a buzzed hairline filled in with powder. Not what I asked for, exactly what I got. Would rather go to great clips or cut my hair myself. I showed the barber (the owner) pictures of my haircut when I first got it and he went off the wall with it. Not going back. Also expect to have to pay cash and if you don’t have they have an ATM so if you get a $20 haircut you can feel bad and not tip, or tip $20 on top of your haircut.

I would give this place a zero star because the employees are very rude, prices are crazy high even they don’t even cut your hair the way you want it. Never going back here again!

This is one of the dopest barbershops Ive ever seen. Its run by four brothers and I had the pleasure of Abbas give me the whole works - facial scrub, beard trim and line up, fade up and wash. They know how to do mens beards the true ME way! If youre unfamiliar, check out any ME beard care post on Instagram and youll get an idea of what Im talking about. My beard is silky smooth now and sharper than a katana. As far as ambiance - Its definitely a loud, music blasting and lots of conversation going on sort of shop. If youre not about that then maybe not your scene, but for me, it was fantastic. The chairs are super comfy. Worth the $$$ to get cleaned up like youre about to bro down hard. Thank you, Abbas and Azeez brothers! Ill be back on the reg for my line up and fade. 🤙

This barbershop used to be always good, when rene was in the barbershop. Today, I tried walking in and going to a different barber, he took around 10 minutes to finish the haircut, USING CLIPPERS to cut the top of my medium length hair. I asked for a #4 with a taper, but for sure did not get a 4, couldnt even follow a simple request of a guard number. Never going here again, and would not recommend it at all. They cut hair as fast as possible, instead of caring about their customers needs.

Best barbershop everI moved from puyallup to auburn I tried a lot of different barber shops in auburn but I could not find any good ones then one of my my friends told me about this place I have been going here since.They give you the best quality work in a real short amount of time and that was the biggest issue I had with other places was that they would take too long to do a cut and still wont be what you wanted, but here they do nice quality haircuts and beards that most places lack. I love this place so much I would give it a perfect 10.All the barbers are very friendly and you wont feel like you dont belong here. Thanks for being the best barbershop in the area guys 😁😁

While the haircut quality is good, find another barber if you value your time. I’ve been having my hair cut by Hassan for about 6 months and he has been between 5 and 30 minutes late for almost every appointment with him.My haircut with him last November was scheduled at 10:00a when the store opened, but none of the staff showed up until 10:15a and Hassan himself didn’t show up for another 15 minutes.Today I scheduled for 11:15a but Hassan had me in for 11:00a and cut two other people before me. Not once has he given me an apology or accommodated me.

Barbers are skilled with their fades on the other hand the customer service is poor. Have made appointments and have been stood up twice. No explanation, heads up, or compensation offered. They are good barbers for fades, poor with beards. If your looking for a quick cut this is not the place.

I guess I just caught them at a bad time... finally got to them on a Sunday and man it was damn near empty and got one of the best hair cuts in a while...Waited an hour for a haircut while other workers were just walking around. I guess they only have one person a day doing the walk ins. I was suppose to be the next person but the guy had worked on the same guy since before I got there and insisted on working on the same guy an hour after I got there. Had to leave because I had to go to work but an hour wait is a bit ridiculous. I’ve used these guys barber shop before and never had this problem which is why I’m not giving them a 1 ⭐️ rating but come on man.

This Barbershop is WITHOUT QUESTION the best barbershop, salon, or anywhere you can get a hair cut Ive ever been to. Not only was every person working there casual, fun, and awesome to talk to. Every customer, including myself, walked out looking great, clean, and had a huge smile on their face.When I sat in that chair, I expected maybe 20 minutes and Im done right? Wrong. I was there a while, and my barber really took care of me, made sure everything was cut perfect, even ended it with his straight razor to get every last detail perfect. Ive never experienced a hair cut like this. And thats what this was, it was an experience, and a fantastic one at that, easily the best hair cut Ive ever had, If i was in town longer i wouldnt go anywhere else. This is the place you want to go. Hell this is the only place you should go!My barber was Pierre, and i highly reccommend him!

Had to wait over half an hour to get my haircut. Staff is rude and careless. No communication at all. The staff members kept walking out and were smoking inside. They had their lunch while there were people waiting for their appointments. The couch was even broken so I couldn’t even sit while I waited. Unless you have three hours to burn then I don’t recommend this place.

No professionalism whatsoever, not welcoming at all. Staff keeps talking and laughing to each other during the haircut. And the haircut was not even good, anyone can feel they dont have a skill. Plus they trying to charge extra for the beard, theyll do your beard without even asking, so beware. Would never go again sorry. btw dont even bother to get an appointment people were waiting even with appointment.Also, they dont accept card, bring card or get ready to pay 2 dollars in addition to bank charges for using ATM.

I walked into this place after reading the reviews and seeing that they were close to my house. As soon as I walked in I saw that there was quite a few people waiting. I found a place to sit but was never greeted or even acknowledged. The place felt like a mobsters den, nothing about it was welcoming.

I sat there in the waiting area & waited forever as the barber did my friend up, the barber going outside for a smoke break and also texting on his phone only added to the wait. Then he allowed some guy whod been in for less time than Id been waiting to skip in front of me & started on him... I walked out. Wasted all afternoon waiting there and didnt even get my haircut.

Went in to get a haircut. I have an undercut with dreadlocks on top. Before he started i stressed the importance of him paying attention and not accidentally cutting into my dreadlocks. He assured me he would be careful. After getting the cut i was pulling chunks of chopped hair out of my dreadlocks. 😡😡 if i could give zero stars i would.

Poor customer service skills. Didnt even get an acknowledgement. Prices are as expensive as a main stream haircut shop. Charged me 20.00 after a tip...no thanks never again.

Honestly this barber shop is more than just a barber shop, this is a home and the barbers that cut you up make you look atleast 10x better then when you came in and trust me I’m not over exaggerating. If it’s your first time coming set up an appointment using the the cut app (make an account, search karrar and federal way and the rest is your choosing ) because if you walk in there might be people ahead of you and well perfection takes time so you might wait there a while but other than that head over and make yourself look and feel good!
