Family has been using this place for years. I LOVE the way they notify of what your car needs via text link and you can choose what you approve. Also love that it breaks down what costs what. I wish they were closer to my house but i will drive the extra mile to go to Northshore every time.

Took my car in to get fixed and they did fix it and is better. Great service only thing that I was not okay with was Art in the reception told me it would be ready in a week but instead it was 2 weeks, also he told me a price on it and when I came in to pay it was more than what he had said over the phone. I dont mind if it took that long or if it is a certain price after taxes and everything, but if your going to tell me something make sure you stick to it, cause your providing a service and im the one paying you for the service. Other than that thanks for fixing my car

This business is very professional and prompt in their response. I was impressed my car was assessed and handled quickly. Previous to this I had taken my car to Les Schwab in Fife for new tires and brakes, I was sold new tires but told my brakes were fine. I knew they were not and took my car to Northshore Automotive for a very timely and professional brake job. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a True Deal.

Rude and condescending over the phone, and overly expensive if you make it to the actual diagnosis and quote of repairs. I’m not sure if all of these other reviews are fake or if there’s new staff now, but you’re probably better off opting for a business that will treat you with more respect.

I have had a couple of my vehicles for several different things. I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable about my vehicles and dedicated to doing the job right. Most important, their honesty is above reproach. My most recent experience with Northshore Automotive involved a problem with the motorized seat in my wife’s car. They took the time to diagnose the problem and make a repair rather than replacing the entire seat assembly, getting the car back in service the same day and saving me a ton of money.

They have serviced my ford f150 twice & have done good work at a fair fee, in my opinion. They always answer my questions & concerns...

Northshore has been by far the best experience I’ve had with auto shops. They are true professionals. I have an older Jeep and they understand that I’m just trying to keep it alive, of course there’s numerous things wrong with it but I go there with a specific problem, they diagnose and find the problem, and fix it. No BS ever. 100% recommended. You get what you pay for, high quality work, but that being said I don’t feel I’ve ever paid too much!Also brought my girlfriends newer car there and they were able to fix it up real quick.

When I called back the next morning to make an appointment he told me to bring it right in, within 45 minutes I was back on the road for very few $. I took my old work horse in that hadnt been running forever and I was fearful of the cost and if it could even be fixed. Art was great! and the price was right. I have my old work horse back at work hauling landscaping and remodeling items! No more trips to the dealer for our other cars either I have found our favorite Automotive shop at Northshore!

I stopped using them a couple years ago when we got a new car, but got fed up with the dealer in Fife. I just did an oil change and it reminded me of how much better the service is at Northshore. Service was prompt, courteous and they werent trying to sell me something else. Its a good place for service. I recommend them.

Amazing customer service Jason beef frank really helped me out when I needed my diesel powered RV motor swapped with a 1.8 Miata motor with a welded diff. Jason told me that now with a smaller motor it creates four times the amount of power the OEM motor produced.this is definitely the kind of restaurant that I would recommend to all my friends

This explains the satisfaction rating from their customers and the Many AAA awards on their service waiting room wall. This companies long term success is due to the INTEGRITY of the owners and their staff.

I usually take my car to the dealership, but if I cant get an appointment to get something checked out, I come here. The last time I came they found a rock, removed it, and didnt charge me anything. There is a very small waiting room (just inside the entrance) with a restroom but its clean which is nice. Located right off the main road, its easy to get to. Definitely call ahead because the place is small and they may not have openings.

I have brought 3 cars to Northshore for repair. A 2000 BMW 3 series, a 2004 Ford Truck, and many years ago an old cadillac. It seems like no matter what car they work on they do a good job and I have been impressed with how quickly the do the work. Art has a gruff exterior but is always pleasant to work with an is honest with me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went through a couple of shops, and it was extremely expensive, they didnt do what was asked. Found this place, and honestly, I will never go anywhere else.

Ive taken all three of my 90s era vehicles into Arts shop on 21st Ave. SW just north of SW 356th in Federal Way and have always had good, honest, quick service from his professional crew of auto technicians. Their service convinced me to drop going to the dealership in Puyallup. I would highly recommend taking your older vehicle to Northshore Automotive & RV Repair any day.

I failed my emissions test and came in to this office. Arthur was most helpful, I knew what my problem was on my car and he didnt try to upsale or talk me into getting anything else done. Car is great and I passed my emissions. Service was fast as well.
