They had an amazing deal on Groupon so like most I jumped on. When I called, they arent taking appointments, they were very rude about it & I understand if they sold themselves a lil thin but that shouldnt make it ok to make everyone loose money. They have unlimited for a year but I wont even be able to use it till March at the soonest cause I cant make an appointment n they just expect people to call everyday till they can make appointment which will still be months outI hate to give bad reviews but I dont think management is doing well after this

I have been going to these guys for about 2 maybe 3 years now based off a recommendation from my brother. Best shop I have ever done business with. Professional, time of service is always awesome, have never had any issues. Literally, if you dont go with these guys, your the one missing out.

I went there for the first time to get an oil change with my Groupon deal. They were very nice and quick. After my old change I scheduled another appointment for my other car. Justin was great at helping hes a really nice guy. Thanks Justin. I also while was waiting was talking to the sales guy that gave me good info about my car. As long as Im happy with thier services, I will be a long time customer of thier shop. I will also recommend others to go to them for services. Bought a 2007 BMW from here. It kept going into limp mode a week after I bought it. I brought it back they said that they would take care of it for me. I left it with them for a few days and the problem continued when I got it back. I brought it back 2 more times. I told them I would just take it to BMW to get a diagnostic and they told me not to and that they already tried and BMW was unable to figure out the issue. They told me that they would figure it out. But they never did. I finally took it to BMW and they told me that the Valvetronic motor had been put in wrong and the eccentric shaft teeth were grinding down, that there was a valve cover gasket leak that someone tried to fix with a cheap liquid gasket sealer (I would never try this on a BMW). BMW said it would be $4,000 to fix it. Im out 5 grand after only having the car for less than 1 year. Im very upset because I came in trusting these guys because they seemed nice but I got burned in the end. I would recommend getting diagnostic from the vehicles actual manufacturer before purchasing at this place.

They work on all the cars and make them tip top before selling, so you can feel very secure knowing you’re getting a quality car. Louis personally handled a major repair on a truck I was buying, which needless to say had me very nervous! Dave and Louis were highly communicative throughout the process, which was a relief and stood by their work when I had to bring it back following for an adjustment. Even though I live an hour away I will bring my truck back to them if I am ever in need of a repair I cant do myself!

They did what they told me they would do ....the work seems to be fine but charged me more than they quoted me.. It pissed me off to get a bill higher than what I was quoted by the Louis..I wont go back...!!!
