My wife and I were driving through town when my truck started acting crazy. As a auto shop owner myself I was Leary of taking it anywhere. We stopped in the federal way Midas and talked to Lynn she was very professional and took immediate action having her technian check it out. Went n to get front brakes done. Reverse light stops workn and license plate light. All were workn before. I get oil changes as scheduled. Lights check regular. Bcuz I dont want to get pulled over. Cuz Im a truck driver. Then after they fixed it. The manager tried to charge me.Check ur lights before and after this Midas if u still use their conniving service. Read the reviews....

My husband and I had attempted to change our brakes ourselves, but were unable to remove the rear rotors due to rust and damage from the previous owner of the car. Then on our way to the Midas for our morning appointment the rear rotor sheared off and our car had to be towed to the shop. Even with all those issues the mechanics were able to fix the brakes in just a few hours, they were amazingly diligent and everyone we spoke with at the shop was polite and helpful. We will keep coming back for service at this location.

This place was great!! We came in today with some transmission problem after being to jiffy lube who wouldnt even touch the car. The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely (Im sorry I cant remember your name!) And Rob who worked on our car was very thorough and even took it for a test drive before saying he was all finished. The price was very reasonable too I thought and everyone was so friendly. Ill definitely be coming back here for my car needs.

We had a blowout on our spare. They not only fixed it for us in 30 mins (everywhere else was 2 hours out) but did it for free!! Lynn was wonderful to work with! Thank you for getting us back on the road.

My brakes were freezing up and I stopped there. They replaced the brakes and rotors also the lines. I made it about 4miles and the brakes froze up and I had to rent a car. The next day I towed my car to them because they said they garentee the work for life. They dont. I towed the car home and a few days later took it to a different place they said it was my cylinder. I called them and they said to bad. I had to pay for more pads and rotors 👎👎

While this Midas may have shaky reviews here, I can say I have had a pleasant experience the multiple times Ive been there. Once for an oil change and second for an electrical problem. The individuals I spoke to were kind and courteous. I wasnt sold anything I didnt need and they not only communicated and fixed the issues, but physically showed me the issues on my car which goes a long way when it comes to developing costumer loyalty. Thanks Midas, youve made a returning customer out of me

Took my vehicle in to get checked out i would have diagnosed the problems myself if i wasnt so busy, they told me it was four ball joints wanted ($880 picked up four for less than $100) and my steering gear, i finally got time to go install the ball joints and found out all four are still in great shape its the wheel bearing and tie rod thats going out. Will never go to another midas again since they cant look to see if they are diagnosing it right the first time. Its easy to check ball joints. Now i got to see if the steering gear is going bad or if they lied to me.

This is my first review, and I feel that they are worth the stars. Went in for a quick oil change and the gentleman behind the counter was willing to give me information about my car even when I feel he didnt need to. I will go back for my next oil change and will recommend this store for others as well :-)

Ive been taking all of my vehicles to them for 8 years now. Always honest, courteous and thorough. I still travel to them for all my needs even though I moved four years ago. They are the best!

Took our car in for an oil change. The checklist they gave back to us said that our in-cabin air filter was fine and should be replaced as per the manufacturers recommendation, except that we dont actually have an in cabin air filter installed, so they didnt actually check it. They then told us that our right lower control arm needed replacing because a bushing had come out and offered to replace it for $230 or so... The part costs about 60 bucks. I figured I could probably do that job myself so I ordered the part and pulled the wheel off to discover the lower control arm was fine and didnt need replacing.

Over the last year since the brakes were worked on the brakes had a horrible squealing. After having several other locations checking out the brakes and finding nothing wrong the Midas on 325 & PAC. Hwy pulled everything for a complete clean and greasing and just want to thank Ryan and Lindsay for a great job. Well done 👍👍👍.

In my professional opion this place needs to get rid of Lindsey the first thing you see when you walk in there is some1 who seems like they don t enjoy working for your company at all I paid 404 to get my throttling fixed on my car they told me it was fixed same check engine light same throttle problem everything the exact same then I call to inform the location Lindsey says mmmhhhmmm well your gonna half to wait a week there where no cars at your location when I came there I dont respect how its a different story after Ive paid my money your other location knows me very well so I dont understand why its so hard to up hold the same standards....... So update I left my car with Scott yesterday to see if he could solve the problem so few hours go by I call nothing new so I head to shop they have a 203$ refund waiting for me even tho i paid 404 so I can accept that so upon leaving I think everythings ok so later that night my wife jumps on the car to go grab food with my son and she gets to Pac high way and realized that the signals are not working she almost get hit with my child in the back seat so I call the shop and tell Scott he chuckled and said sarcastically idk how that could be so I said you needa fix it he says Im not saying your wrong but idk what you expect so I was going to head to the shop this morning then the signals are workingagin so I said just let it go then my car says head lamps suggest it was getting late then all of a sudden there not working agin then I realize every time I turn my head lamps on the signals stop working witch I feel like my wires where messed with so another location will check for me 2marrow and if I find out Scott tried to hurt me or my family I will purse so for reckless endangerment and for child endangerment and thats a bet I video tapped my car the second time I brought it in just in case I had another experience there are two other mechanics by the name of Rob and Bobby who I want to believe are good people they deserve better then this get rid of Lindsey and Scott and I would give this location another chance my history with Midas is great you can check my records at the Fauntlero location very humbled and respectful persong rob and Bobby will vouch this

Never coming here again i went here for an oil change. When i picked up my car it had some scartches on it and was told that when i came in i was very low on oil and they did not fill it up all the way and i would still need to add 2 quarts. Didnt makes sense but because i dont know cars i said ok and paid came home to find out from my hubby i got got. I paid for an oil change i didnt completely get. They are suppose to fill it up until the line not less or over with new oil. Midas robbed me that day.

These asshats forgot to replace a bolt in the caliper for my brakes. They told me that I just needed to replace my tires. I drove over Snoqualmie Pass this past winter when the snow was treacherous and I could have died! They not only put myself in danger but those that I love and anyone else on the road. Luckily, there isnt any permanent damage...otherwise Id sue. Im never recommending these clowns to anyone. EVER!Go to Premier Automotive Service! These guys know their trade and are awesome human beings.
