Presidential Mobility was bought out by Superior on the vehicle side tried to deal with them on buying a new Van. Their dealing practice there is completely a unfortunate racketeering. To cheat people out of their hard earned money and equity . They mark their inventory way up while valuing your equipment as nothing giving them selves up to a $20000.00 dollar profit gain off each person . Clearly out there to help noone but themselves . I did my research and found I was treated better at all the other disability places available to us as the consumers. Would not send my worse enemy to them .I wouldnt be able to live with myself.

Ryan really knows his stuff. He made a good suggestion on a chair. He knew that the chair needed to be bigger and that it needed to be adjusted a certain way. He knew that the wrong seating position could lead to skin breakdown. We didn’t know that. We’re glad we ran into him.

I had trouble with my mobility scooter. I’m grateful that Presidential Conversions was recommended to me. These people are highly professional, laid back, honest and friendly. The man who fixed my scooter took a little extra time to give me some tips on how to take care of it, like brakes and battery charging procedures. We are very fortunate to have this business in northwest Arkansas.

Top notch professionalism at its best in Fayetteville. Craig, one of their employees, assisted us in dealing with a dealership that would not provide us with a rental due to us needing a handicap accessible vehicle. He spoke with the “right” person and handled everything for us. Assisted us in getting the wheelchair accessible van, set up the repairs on the van and getting the rental paid for. If you are looking for a wheelchair accessible van company that is backed by a professional team, look no further.

This my second dealing with presidential conversions. I came back because they are very helpful. They make sure you know how to operate your equipment. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. I Highly recommend this company.

I had conversions done on my car in September. My initial visit I was qoted a price which ended up being double after the installation. During the installation, the installers, who Im paying labor on, constantly walk in & out of the office getting coffee & talking to people, running up my labor charges! My overall cost of getting my driving privileges back was over $800

Im not real happy with all the changes. But they are there when needed.

These guys took care of me. I chose them because they did things the way I needed rather than their way. Being handicapped is tough enough, walk in my shoes before you make my choices. Ive got additional items that I need and I will not be shopping for them Im going back to Presidential period.Ill put it this way Id send my mother there.
