This is the ONLY pharmacy our family goes to. While other pharmacies take a day or two to fill a prescription, Medical Arts Pharmacy will do it within minutes. They are always the friendliest and will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is fully taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. They also are a great early voting site and offer quick flu vaccinations. Keep up the great work.

This group of people who work here are so awesome. They are like an extension of my family. So friendly and first name basis just makes them even more like family. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my scripts. They make it a priority to make sure they know their customers.

This is the only medical supply store so far in the NWA area that I found that has the specific bandaids and other stuff that I need. I definitely will be going here again.

We got tested for COVID here and the staff were all so very friendly, helpful and respectful. We were in and out in an hour and felt safe.

My family has used Medical Arts Pharmacy for years. Besides being very knowledgeable and professional, they provide a family like atmosphere. Never once have I walked in there without them asking me how my mom is. I love that! They truly care about me and my family and want to help in any way they can. Also, there is no faster service in Arkansas. Theres no Wal-Mart wait here. They are also more than willing to talk with your doctor to help you get the medicine you need. If you want a pharmacy that cares about you, this is the place!

My favorite pharmacy! The staff here goes out of its way to provide excellent service. In addition to special orders, they offer several services that other pharmacies just dont take the time or manpower to provide- including compounding, delivery, and personal assistance when Im having trouble deciding on a wrist brace or cold medicine. There is almost no wait time, and I feel like a valued customer there.

Love this pharmacy. We used to use another large drugstore in town (nothing wrong with it) but the service and personalities of the people at Medical Arts swayed our business through their doors. The staff is super helpful and the drive through is extremely convenient for my wife who is normally toting around our two young girls. I prefer to go inside and visit with the folks on the inside while looking over their other non-drug related products. They are like a mini-walgreens and carry a ton of every-day items that you can run in and pick up when you are in a pinch. Will be a loyal customer as long as the service continues.

I have been using the Medical Arts Pharmacy for over a year now. Their service is outstanding and always very personable. I never have to deal with insurance issues--they willingly take care of them for me. Overall, I truly appreciate Medical Arts service, friendly attitudes and the fact that they are local.

Cheap prices for great products but called n asked about filters for my nebulizer so I left that amount on my debit card called back when they had the part in n wanted to.charge me for shipping said thats not what the lady told me wound up letting me get em without the shipping but point being is had to stress out try to order em off Ebay they didnt have the rt filter n hrs later got a call back that theyd let me have the filter for 5bucks next time if yall charge for shipping say so so ppl can leave the money on there debt cards to pay it make life simpler instead of complicating things

Yea, its a little out of the way to get there, but this pharmacy has the best service in NW Arkansas. Full range of gifts, medical supplies, cards, and the rest youd expect. Theyve always got my prescriptions ready when I get there, and they take the time to greet customers by name and stop to chat. Its the kind of service and atmosphere that seem to be forgotten virtually everywhere else.

This Pharmacy can NOT complete any task asked of them!!!!! I never receive the right products I need and it is very important that I get them. This is not the first time.
