Bonita is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done!!! My eyebrows end up exactly how I ask for them to look + it’s really affordable!

Ruined my eyebrows.I have a bald spot on one of my eyebrows, and the technician talked to me like I was a 12 year old who shaved my eyebrows off, then she threaded them way too thin.

Long wait, upon waiting one employee used the same pair of gloves on two clients and then proceeded to use cash register with same gloves. Then she used hand sanitizer with her gloves on. Defeats whole purpose of wearing gloves. I asked for her to change her gloves when it was my turn, she agreed. I was then asked if I had been vaccinated and I declined to answer. The employee next to me snickered and under her breath mummbled something in regards to my answer. You cant ask someone if they have been vaccinated, you can provide a medical waiver for clients to sign. Place is dirty and being someone in the medical profession I would not return. As far as brows go, they are what they are.

They did a horrible job on threading my eyebrows. Then they charge $14 way more than what other people charge. Dont got here.

I went with a friend to get our brows threaded and eyelash extensions. my eyebrows were done perfect nothing wrong with them. but when it comes to the eyelash extensions they used too much glue that it hurt my eyes when i closed them, when i removed them it took off half of my natural lashes and it took hours to remove. i do not recommend going there for eyelash extensions.

Would recommend to anyone that needs some maintenance! Great management. Miss Nora or Miss Lili are my go to every time!

I’ve been here a million times and have enjoyed service, but employees just claimed it was closed. It’s 7:02pm. Please update your Google hours (currently show your open hours today until 9pm) to not further inconvenience future customers. I drive 20 minutes to come here.

Not what I was looking for. I went in for lashes for the first time. They looked ok but hurt so bad 3 days later and they where to last 2wks. I had to go to someone else to remove them.

Was so disappointed. Waited 30 minutes to be told that they do not do lashes after 5:00pm although I wrote it on the sign in sheet. There is no sign stating such. This is not professional.

All around excellent service. My eyebrows look better than ever. I highly recommend this shop.

The lady did a horrible job, they were SO uneven and I remember bawling my eyes out. Ever since then, my eyebrows have never grown the same, I don’t know how this can happen but yeah. Thank you random lady for completely messing up my eyebrows. I had uneven eyebrows for like 6 months since they took so long to grow back, they never grew back the same way they were before though.

Jayce Adams is such a kind and easy to get along with associate at Bonita. She always double checks on how I want my brows done. She’s clean and efficient. Love her! :)

I had a awful experience at the brow bar. The person who did my brows was white with light hair. I specifically had told her to JUST clean them up and leave them thick. She made them super thin, uneven and very arched. I left the store crying my eyes out. My eyebrows looked completely different. I will Never get my eyebrows done from this specific lady ever again. While she was threading my eyebrows I could feel her taking too much out. And so I told her to not leave them so thin. She completely ignored me.

Ive been going to the Brow Bar for about two years and it was always hit or miss...until I found my girl J.C. shes so professional and sweet and she always gives me just what Im looking for. Shes the best at lashes and brows I hope she never leaves.

I was there literally an hour ago and a piece of my eyelash has already came off. It wasn’t even on.

The young lady who did my brow threading and underarm wax didn’t even look old enough to work so I thought she wouldn’t know what she was doing but she was phenomenal! Made these 2 haired brows look like something! And she was very professional! I didn’t get her name but red hair.

I have been to other places for lashes. this place far exceeds any of those. the sraff is very welcoming this place is clean relaxing and professional.. One person stands out amoung the rest is NORA.. i am very picky about my lashes she exceeds all of my expectations and more because of her and the way she runs the salon i am absolutely loyal to Bonita brow bar.. i highly recommend that if you are looking for high quality and reasonable prices check it out

They are professional, quick, & have always made my brows look great.

They turn customers away 20-30 minutes before closing and they’re rude about it. I’ve been going here over the last few years and recently their customer service has been awful. Sometimes they do a great job at threading my brows and other times they thread my skin 😕 even though I hold my skin the same way every time.

I been doing my brows here for a while now n I love how they leave them but I recently got my lashes done n they did a very poor job with them I do not recommend you doing your lash extensions here. The glue was thick n it made my lashes look very fake. It irritated my eyes I had to get they removed after one day of having them.

I was very disappointed with my visit today at Bonita brow bar. The first few times I have gone I have loved it, but today there was a new stylist I had never seen who seated me and did my eyebrows. She did not trim them all the way and missed a lot of my eyebrow hairs and even admitted to it but didn’t fix it and one of the eyebrows was threaded down more than the other :(

The BEST place for brows!!! every time I go to NWA I go here. I have yet to find a place as great since I left Arkansas 3 years ago. Amazing work

Ive always done my eyebrows here and I love them but I got eyelash extensions done yesterday, and as soon as I got home lashes had already begun to fall off. When I woke up this morning more were already falling off, so due to it looking weird with gaps in between my eyelashes, I removed all of them. Just a day after, AND they came off super easy! the glue is not resistant.

If they were consistent I would give them 5 stars but this place is so hit or miss. Once chairs start filling up they rush so bad. I usually always leave disappointed when they are busy.. unfortunately it’s not usually the kind of disappointment that can be fixed. 4 other people behind me today and I was out of the chair in 2 minutes or less with gashes that will take me months to regrow. Nora is great but I seem to always miss her, she is the only consistent one. Depending on the day, you could leave feeling like a queen or in tears.

I’ve been using them for 2 years and I’ve always been happy with their service. The staff is so friendly and I’m in and out quickly.

I used to love how they did my eyebrows, but on Aug 1, 2017 the lady was there working there was such in a rush to be done with my eyebrows. When there was nobody but me . As soon as we were done my eyebrows were so thin and so short, when I first came in my eyebrows were so full and all they needed was to be cleaned in the bottom and the lady didnt even listen to me . I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN .

Up untill the last time I came here I had given this place 5 stars. The girl who threaded my brows ( I believe she is of Asian descent, I didnt catch her name) I had never seen before in the several times Ive come here. She put the thread in her mouth and I could feel her saliva hitting my face as the thread twisted. I was extremely grossed out. She also cut my eyebrows several times. And the shape was not like how the other ladys have done it. I should have taken photos but I didnt get around to it. I will go back but I wont go in if I see that woman working.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They burned my skin and bad costumer service.

My daughter went there to get her eyebrows done and when she came home her eyebrows were scarred up from where they removed the eyebrows too deeply. She is left with marks underneath her eyebrows and scars messing her whole eyebrow up.

Always walk out with a smile, they offer different services.

I am so disappointed with bonita bar today! I asked them not to thread my brows too thin and what do they do, thread them so thin ill have to draw my eyebrows on for the next month or so!!! Terrible service!!! The lady said well i wont charge you and call it good, my reply was hows that going to fix anything????? i wasnt in for a free brow job!!!

Have been coming here for a few years. I’ve learned it depends who you get how your brows will be done. My friend and I went yesterday and the threading was horrible.

A am a bit upset and disappointed in my last visit, they tinted my eyebrows too dark and shaped one side way too thin so they look very uneven. We all knew it didn’t look good but I still had to pay full price for a dye mess up, I traveled an hour away to do this so this was a bad experience. :(

I did upper lips by wax. They burned my skin and in a week I have my ceremony. Its really bad, my whole upper lips got burned and I dont know when the scars will go. Its really serious.

Horrible! I got my full lashes done here on Monday. The glue was so thick that when I would blink I felt like I had glass on my lashes. It was so uncomfortable. I had to take the lashes off 4 days later. I called and let them know what was going on and they said I had to repay the full amount to get them fixed.
