Patty and her team are AMAZING!! They made the home buying process extremely easy for us. They have their own website that allows you to search for homes by various parameters and then it alerts you instantly when a house in your parameters hits the market. It was more accurate and faster than Zillow’s similar saved searches feature (for example, we could pick houses zoned for a specific elementary school in addition to price, rooms, etc.). This was key as we bought during a hot seller’s market in which houses in our price range were under contract before the end of the same day they were listed. Then Patty would talk us through the offer and give us her advice and guidance but allow us to make the ultimate decisions. I have known realtors that were pushy and realtors that were hands off and she is neither, a perfect balance of very informed and informative but lets you make whatever decision you are comfortable with. When issues came up with our house, she fought to get the price lowered and ended up saving us a ton, even though that meant a lower commission for her. When we closed, the sellers realtor took the keys before we were able to get them, and we really needed to start moving in that day due to our closing getting delayed a few times by our bank. Patty and Morgen (her office administrator/transaction coordinator) worked really hard to get ahold of the keys before the day was over and then Morgen drove across town to get them to me because I was having a hard time juggling moving, my young baby, etc. Truly above and beyond!! Whether you are a first time home buyer that wants a lot of advice and guidance or a pro that knows what you want and just needs someone fast and responsive, this would be a great realty team for you!

I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE:I went to view a home and low and behold I see a confederate flag flying in the yard. The home of which belonged to realtor Patty Herrera. As a realtor Patty Herrera should be ashamed of herself to display such “southern pride”. I would never purchase a home listed by her, nor will I ever do business with her or her company. This flag was not only displayed in her yard but also on her golf cart. I don’t believe that one needs a flag to have southern pride but to flaunt it is utterly disrespectful to your neighbors. I am disgusted and shocked that you have this displayed.

Purchasing our home through Litchfield Realty was such a pleasure. Patty helped walk me through the process with ease. My husband and I were relocating from WA to NC due to the military. We knew we wanted to buy a house. Being a first time home buyer I did not know where to begin. Upon doing research I came across HomeLight. This company helped me get set up with a reliable realtor.
